    Conveniently located as soon as you walk in the Mall. Welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness is up to par and the Wings has a refreshing taste. Definitely would recommend this location of Buffalo Wild Wings

    This was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, we had a coupon for a free appetizer, which was excellent, there was plenty of toppings on the chips, the rest of my meal was good as well. Service was excellent!!

    Spacious seating with good distance. Silverware came on a tray in a brown bag with napkins. Waitress very nice. Menu code on table to scan with phone. Food was very good. Chicken was delicious. Everyone wore masks and distance rules were in place. Lots of tvs and a bar area separate from dining space.

    Update 08.31.2021 General Manager just called trying to make it right and is sending me BWW giftcards. Worst staff Left two emails to corporate Came here from out west New York and my group and I picked this location. Arrived at 842pm and was turned away by the host with no explanation. I called the restaurant 20 minutes later and they said they were down staff the kitchen couldn't catch up. Now if I am the owner of this restaurant I would be very unhappy with the amount of guests that were turned away and not just in my group but others. This restaurant lost a ton of business including mine FOREVER! I just got off the phone with the manager he was unwilling to right the wrongs so we are done with you guys. If your in Long Island dont come to this location go to the Deer Park one or the Farmingdale one. BAYSHORE BWW you get the F- grade. I already send two emails on the website so please share me the generic responses Buffalo Wild Wings team. I have received no responses or any proper customer service so like I stated I am through.

    My boyfriend and I went for dinner at 9 pm here at this Buffalo Wild Wings and not one waiter came up to us for nearly 20 minutes. 4 waiters walked past and saw us sitting at the table and didn’t even acknowledge us. Not even offered a water, could have said I’ll be right with you or something.. like do they not know how to do their job?¿

    The food was terrible. Nasty taste, cold, and very poor presentation. My French fries looked like I received the last few left over in the basket burnt fries. The piña colada tasted like water. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste there money at this place. Better off eating at Wendy’s you pay less for a better tasting food! Very disappointing!

    Take out is usually a longer wait then expected especially if you're doing Uber eats or door dash. I've had to wait more then 20 min for take out numerous times. I haven't dined in so i can't talk about the dine in experience. Hopefully it's better then the takeout experience

    Me and my girlfriend went to this buffalo wild wings and it was a terrible experience. The waitress barely came to our table and I had to go get her in order to get the check and some boxes. The staff seems more interested in hanging out in the kitchen and chatting than actually doing their jobs. They also took probably 10 min to seat us when there must have been 15 available tables and then they ended up seating us at the handicap table when neither of us are handicap, and while we were eating someone in a wheelchair showed up and they had to seat them somewhere without accessibility. The icing on the cake was that our food was cold when we finally got it after waiting at least an hour for some boneless wings and one app. Overall 20/100 F-

    The waiter, Josh, was very nice and accommodating. When we first came in, we had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to seat us (actually, I had to go get Josh for help). The mild sauce was spicy; the table was dirty and we had to ask for napkins and silverware.

    To whom it may concern, Really wasn’t happy at all my friend and I walked in after doing a little shopping to get a beer and something quick to eat first thing was nobody was there to seat us but employees were at the bar so we sat ourselves at one of the tables because the bar was dirty. The Lady that came over from the bar didn’t introduce herself or anything just ask what can I get you? We told her and she recommended that we sit at the bar I said ok but can you clean the area first she something that she had along day but she’ll get it done. After she got the beers we were looking at the menu and were ready to order but that took a little while because she was closing someone out and eating at the same time witch was a little gross touching money and the register and eating at the register then severing me my order just Nasty! And the food was cold the icing on the cake was I don’t know if he was the manager but showed no concern about what she was doing or was going on he was checking bottles behind the bar or whatever just seemed like nobody cared I know it was after 9 and people wanna go home but should be handled better. Definitely the first and last time there should of just went home.

    Had a great visit to this location. Our waitress Caitlin was attentive and amazing especially for being primarily the only waitress in the dining room. Everything we asked for was promptly brought out. Amazing multi tasker especially having so many tables and a table filled with teenagers. Only gripe is that there was not enough of the dry rub on the tots but what they lacked in the rub they made up for woth crispness.

    Service is a little slow here compared to most Buffalo Wild Wings. I mean how long does it take to cook 15 bonus wings well? It took them forty five minutes that's a little ridiculous but still same quality

    Samantha was a horrible waiter with a bad attitude. She never came back to ask how we doing, only at the end when we were leaving. We had to ask 4x to have the tv put on basketball. She was rude then a another man we asked it took way to long to. The place wasn't busy at all. She (Samantha) give us the bill disappear and never come back I took it and sat it on the podiums next to service door. So disappointed.

    Fun but very dead night with a good friend. Bartender was nice but not very talkative to anyone, mostly kept to himself. The cauliflower wings were delicious as always. The variety of beer I enjoyed.

    Food is fine but the girl I spoke with on the phone about an issue with my delivery was rude and nasty. Had to go through door dash for them to contact the store and reach out to the manager for a refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

    ordered takeout over a week ago (on a Thursday) for there BOGO special. Had the 10 + 10 (3 sauces). Drove 20 min each way. When i got back to work one of the containers was missing. Called them up to see if it was there, if they forgot or what happened. They couldn't refund the difference cause they said it was the special so they'd send a gift card. Been over a week and received nothing. When this place first opened i'd go maybe once or twice a week. But its been downhill for awhile. Now its maybe every other month for a special and that's even iffy now.

    Nice dining area but I really hate the to go service. Everytime I order to go I don't get fresh food. I ordered wings and fries. The wings were under cooked and the skin was fatty, just horrible considering I asked for well done. I spoke to the manager who justified the cold under cooked wings. Without looking at the wings she said that's how they come. So she took wings back and the new wings didn't have the sauce on them she put it on the side. So I won't be going back to that location. Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan have tastier food. And the fries were cold too. You would think customers would be appreciated after a pandemic.

    There are 8 servers and they cannot handled the 11 tables on the floor. They just put people on a waitlist. How can you not handle 11 tables?? It’s not even their fault. The manager should quit and the owner should close this establishment. Otherwise, stop neglecting your employees & take the time to teach them.

    I love the food, that goes without saying. Sometimes the staff is so absent minded, even when it's not busy. For instance, I ordered wings with the sauce on the side so that I can dip my wings in the sauce. When I received my order, the cups were filled with dry seasoning😳 What am I supposed to do with that? Also, I placed my order to go and when my order was ready the staff didn't even tell me that my food was ready. I felt that they were taking a long time with my order(the place wasn't busy) so I got to the cashier to ask when my other will be ready and my food was on the "to go" shelf for nearly ten minutes. It don't be the food that's bad it's the service.

    Service is excellent. Some of the kindest and most considerate staff and managers. Ken and the others helped accommodate us for a booth and were very warm and friendly. Definitely recommend going here to support this location even if it’s out of the way for you. We had a great time. Nice and clean place, great atmosphere, and everyone makes you feel at home.

    Had a good time there for the most part, I had boneless chicken wings with a strawberry lemonade. My waitress was absurdly kind, and the food came out in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the wings. The burgers and fries were made just right, and the experience was interesting, I am going to give it a four due to the way the menu is. Not the most intuitive menu, but overall, I enjoyed my visit.

    Did a take out. Came home and the grilled chicken was undercooked. It had a bad smell and taste aftr tking a bite. Very plain and bland. It felt like we were eating raw meat. Buffalo Wild Wings is no longer our favorite. I added my own Mayo at home but the chicken was white like really undercooked.

    I'm not exactly sure how to word this without cursing but just wow. I'm not surprised to see that there are other complaints about April. BWW has always been a favorite of my husband and I for years now but we will be taking a long hiatus. I've never met a more rude and just flat out miserable "manager". Being a person of "power" I expected a bit more professionalism but I guess that's a lot to ask for. All I wanted was hotter food and I was told it was fresh from the kitchen. No apology or even a "oh man hate when that happens" I wasn't looking for a grand gesture. All the other staff had smiles and really were great. I'm not sure if she's new or what but please invest in additional training or something. Everyone has bad days but it seems she has many.

    One day i decided to take my family on a nice trip to lunch. We went to watch the giants game and waited 25 min to be seated. Me and my son ordered the bacon burger and 30 min later they let us know they didn’t have bacon. I finally got my beer after asking our waitress twice and another waitress once. We didn’t get our food until a hour and a half after getting seated. My son looked at his fries and we were disturbed by the two pieces of hair that were in it. I left not wanting to leave a complaint but on the way out my daughter pointed out a rat. I will NEVER be returning TERRIBLE!

    They told us 30 min wait but that turned into 1 hour, it took them 15 min to take our drinks order, and it took them 15 min to bring 3 simple drinks. Then it took them 30 min to give us the appetizer and 1 hour to give the entrees.Then we had an ice cream cake, told them to put it in the freezer but they forgot, and it melted. They lost our candles that we personally brought. We always go to other Buffalo Wild Wings. This was our first time coming to this one. Unfortunately this will be our last time coming here. Management need improvement

    The experience started out with the hostess tell is to wait 10 mind to be seated when the restaurant only had three tables occupied. We were told the waitress can't handle the tables. We finally got seated a.d placed or order and waited 30 mi s before or order was delivered while patrons that came in after were served before us. The last straw was a hair in their cheesecake. The one upside is the manager was very nice.

    Worst customer service ever!!!! If I could rate under a one star I would. Quote on quote supervisor April was extremely rude and unprofessional. After explaining to her that my phone call had been disconnected four times prior and all I wanted was a credit for a missing item on my order. She yelled at me and told me that they were too busy for that and she wasn't authorized to do any refunds. They made a mistake and I have to pay for it. Unbelievable!!
