I
shop
at
your
store
in
Bay
Shore
and
spend
hundreds
of
dollars
every
week.
I
try
to
buy
anything
that
has
go
points
attached
to
them.
I
can't
tell
you
how
many
times
f
or
some
reason
they
do
not
show
up
on
my
receipt
and
I
have
to
go
to
customer
service
to
have
it
corrected.
Sometimes
I
have
to
go
thru
my
shopping
cart
to
show
that
I've
bought
what
I've
said
I
did
to
get
my
points.
It
is
very
aggrevating
to
say
the
least.
Today
was
my
worst
experience
ever.
I
purposely
bought
the
require
amount
to
get
the
500
points
but
it
did
not
show
up
on
my
receipt.
I
then
went
to
customer
service
&
spoke
to
the
women
there
who
was
very
rude
and
wanted
to
talk
over
me
when
I
tried
explaining.
She
called
over
someone
else
and
was
telling
her
that
all
my
extra
points
added
to
500
and
when
I
tried
to
tell
her
that
this
was
an
extra
500
points
and
she
told
me
she
wasn't
talking
to
me.
I
told
her
that
is
not
the
way
to
speak
to
a
customer.
The
person
she
was
speaking
to
(a
manager?)
explained
to
her
what
I
was
trying
to
say
that
the
points
are
listed
separately.
This
woman
did
give
me
the
points.
Obviously
there
is
something
wrong
that
the
register
does
not
recognize
when
you
purchase
the
dollar
amount
called
for
but
it
is
different
items.
Also
the
customer
service
in
Bay
Shore
at
least
they
do
not
seem
to
know
how
the
go
points
work
and
the
customer
has
to
be
diligent
about
checking
their
receipt.
This
happens
often
but
what
really
got
me
today
was
the
customer
service
person's
rudeness
for
no
reason,
just
because
I
was
questioning
something
your
store
promotes.
As
I
said
I
shop
there
weekly
especially
for
the
points.
I
could
shop
in
another
store
that
has
better
prices
and
more
variety.
