The absolute worst experience I have ever been to in my life. Staff was miserable from the jump when we walked in. Appetizers were decent at best, French onion soup might’ve been the worst I ever had, as well as the wings. Only good appetizer was barely the mozz sticks. After the appetizers, we have a little tiny critter going across our table that completely killed the appetite of everyone, as you can see, all of our meals are still there. After that, a ant was found in one of our waters and this was the last straw. Instead of the management/owners being sympathetic towards us for THEIR restaurant being like this, they were very rude and harsh towards us. This place is extremely dirty and bug infested and I will strongly recommend no one ever going here. We leave when we are told we are free to go without paying, then the owner follows behind me , recording me; telling his phone we are leaving without paying. Telling us we “planted the bugs” and “we smell like weed” Never in my life had a situation that get like this and as you can see by the picture, some of us didn’t even touch our dinners as we completely lost our appetite , and a couple had a few bites. I strongly recommend no one go to this dirty place, 0 stars

Friendly service and a nice meal. The bread was warm and plentiful, the Guinness was chilled! The meal, freshly prepared. (No greens with our main course...seemed that would have made a nicer presentation, and a bit too bright inside to create an evening atmosphere) Very good spacing and a safe environment. Clean and family friendly.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. My husband got fra Diablo, boneless Buffalo wings. Which both were amazing. I had spinach and artichoke dip, French onion soup and a chicken burger. Didn’t really like the chicken burger but the rest was good. Service was great. The waitress was friendly, outgoing and attentive…her name is Danielle. Nice quiet atmosphere and they have outside dining.

My family and I love this place! It’s small, quiet, and quaint. We love that is family owned and feels like you’re being welcomed into their home. The food tastes homemade like your grandma would make and you can feel the love.

I do have to say this place can easily be 4 maybe 5 stars. It was a Tuesday and we went there for my birthday. It seemed slow but picked up as the night went on. What put me off was the octopus special. It had pieces that was good and others with a fishy aftertaste and the sauce it was in was very strong garlic flavor. The seemed to the same as the steak tips app though it worked together. That was really good, why I think this place can be 4 stars. My wife had the shrimp and scallions over a bed of pasta. Again the shrimp was good but the scallops where dry and the pasta wasn't in the description and wasn't dressed with anything. Plus my wife's not a pasta eater. My main was a simple chicken fettuccine alfredo. The chicken didn't have seasoning and the sauce was overly reduced. The I noticed My dish was dirty and can feel residue on the underside of the dish and grease prints on the edge of the plate. They simply just changed plates when the owner I think saw the dirty dish. I lost my appetite. In short our meal wasn't consistent some of the food was really good and others missed the mark. The waitress she was excellent happy and always made sure we had a full glass.

I am shocked that this place was pretty busy on a Thursday night. Ridiculously overpriced drinks! (Cosmos we red not light pink) The chicken fajita was awful. Chicken and onions were not browned at all, and the rice had no taste at all. My wife had a Greek salad which had oregano on it and spinach pies which were not good. $166 dollars a couple! Will never go back.

Parlor house has been our families go to spot since it first opened a number of years ago. The owner trays you like her own family. Love the atmosphere and vibes. The eggplant chips are delicious. Have never been disappointed with a meal Selection.

The appetizers were a strong start. Baked clams, tomato n mozzarella, coconut shrimp were very good. The main course of Grilled chicken cordon blue was good a little dry but tasty. My wide had the chicken parm with spaghetti she said the sauce seemed a bit acidic but she thought the chicken was ok. I will definitely give it a second chance on the regular menu. The eastern menu was a little short on the selections but I understand. I will see them again soon For a second Dining experience

Walked in on a Saturday night to a mostly empty dining room. After we ate the food we knew why. The bread was the best part of the meal and it was free. The wings were basically bar wings you get at 4am when you're hammered. The chicken parm was decent. I'd give it a 5 out of 10. My wife got chicken fajitas which weren't good. The rice that came with them was soggy and had no flavor. The service was perfect though. Giovanni was a great server who got us everything we needed quickly and asked us if we wanted things before we even had to ask for them. Overall it was okay but doubt we'll go back.

Great homemade comfort food... Greek background...Been passing this place for years... no more... quality meal each time. The spinach pie app is a meal. Stuffed with spinach/feta mix! Dina the owner is a doll! PHG has a new fan in town! The pic is 1/2 of 1 pie. Homemade strudel dessert! Lil gem!

I haven’t visited this wonderful neighborhood restaurant in a while, but I’m glad I did last night. My chicken Marsala was delicious! This is what I call “comfort food”!! The owners treat you like family. The main dining room is expansive and the roaring fireplace is toasty! So so so very good!! If you haven’t been to Parlor Grill in a while, it’s time!

I just love this family owned, well established restaurant. I was blown away by their Christmas decorations and open fire place. What a cozy place to eat. This doesn’t mention their food is always fresh and delicious!!! Great, convivial hosts as well. Would always recommend.

What a wonderful experience! We stumbled across this establishment after a traffic jam kept us from original destination. Our seafood dishes were magnificent, and the service was superb.

Came here for a birthday lunch for my family. I thought my food was good (I had chicken parm) but I could hear around the table that other people didn’t love their dish. Staff was attentive to our large group.

Day after Christmas our Islip flight was cancelled and our family was hungry. Found this place and didn't realize what a treat we were in for! Eggplant chips and tzatziki were crispy and tasty. Chicken shawarma well seasoned w great accompaniments. Burger was perfectly cooked, fajitas had great flavor. Even the kids Mac and cheese was superior! We left happy!

What a hidden gem! Have been here before as just a couple but we went this past weekend with a group of 14 and it was still wonderful. The staff and owner are welcoming and on top of their tables. They were up front with us that the kitchen was running a tad slow - we didn't mind - we were out and enjoying our night! Truthfully, we didn't notice. They kept the drinks flowing, had bread on the table for us and we enjoyed. The appetizers were DELICIOUS - coconut shrimp, eggplant crisps (GET THESE, TRUST ME!) and the spinach pies. I ordered the chicken souvlaki platter - WOW! There was so much food that I enjoyed it the next day too! Everyone was very happy with their meals. Drinks were good - the Sangria was delicious - most of us had that. We also tried the Butterscotch martini - it was like eating candy. I could only have 1, but well worth it! The dining room is very warm and inviting, especially around the Holidays with the decorations and the fireplace - super cute. Will definitely be back again soon.

Been here a number of times - the food is always good and the service is always friendly. There are some better places to eat, but there are far more worse ones. Prices are in the correct range based on location and quality. The bar has a nice feel to it, though on live music nights they can have the volume up a bit high.

The calamari & the steak & the white wine were delightful but when the main entree of Chicken Parmesan was served I was disappointed. The server served it to me saying “here’s your kid’s meal” but I would never give this to my child. The breaded chicken was over cooked, chewy, and stale tasting… the spaghetti sauce was thin and seems like it came from a can. I enjoyed the steak tidbits with the spaghetti much more than the chicken it came with. When the hostess asked my opinion of the food, she seemed agitated by my honesty. Sorry not sorry,,,, the chicken was tough. As a manager & server in the restaurant industry for many years, I know good food lol.
