We went on a Saturday morning for my sons birthday. Just a family lunch not a full on birthday party. The waitress was nice and the food was served promptly. It was pretty good. Disappointing that they no longer have the deals where you can order food and get play cards for the kids. The kids had fun playing the games. One issue that was concerning was the fact that they only have one bathroom which is all the way in the back corner of the game room. It was very difficult for my father, who had a disability and a cane, to get to the bathroom. I really think a large place like this would have more bathrooms and accessibility.

Sat at the bar while my son was hanging with his friends. Grabbed myself a drink and some wings. Service was fast and the bar staff was very attentive. My drink was fantastic believe it was called "Henny's Nirvana" . Wings and truffle fries were equally as delicious.

It's always fun this place is fairly clean. The service is always good. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Wednesday is half price, so it's the day to play. Also, check out the food and play combos. Do your homework and work the deals. Have fun. I visited the Islandia location.

It's not great. Years ago, I thought it was better. It's isn't terrible either. I thought overall it was alright. Alcoholic drinks I forgot their names. They were specialty drinks, one blue one and one purple one both were great tasted like juice. The purple one, in my opinion, was much better tasting. They were not strong in alcohol whatsoever. The games I felt have gotten worse. I would say. It feels like it's less than from years ago. I didn't try the food the last time I was there, seeing as I didn't want to spend a bunch of money I don't have at Dave and Busters. The games I feel are too expensive overall. Wednesday seems to be a good day to go since they tend to do 1/2 off on the games. Overall it was just OK...

Took my nephew for the first time and we had a blast playing basketball 🏀 connect four ,then got down on some halo then we raced did some axe throwing then we ate and went home.. awesome place to take the family

Wouldn't recommend eating there if ur expecting some good food, but the pizza and nachos (tho they were stingy with the toppings) were good. My family and I had a fun time playing the games, though. The VR game (which was $6) was fun, too.

Pretty good selection of games. A few were broken but most in good condition. A little pricey for playing games but fun for date night or family. Wednesday is half price games. Restaurant is pretty good too.

First time back in many years! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. It would be nice to see a few more games geared to little kids and more options for prizes that aren’t so high in ticket exchange. We were short a few points and my 6 year old nephew was so disappointed, but the gentleman helping us was so kind, he used his own card and covered the points we were short! It made his day! If you want to get the most for your tokens, go on a Wednesday! They offer half off. We went through all of our tokens in less then a half hour 😂so I’ll be sure to go back on a Wednesday!!!

Gotta say, I come here with my son. He loves the games and the overall atmosphere! We went today like normal. Got his tickets in and then we went into the shop & he got his prizes. Decided to get food, asked to be sat down & then the dilemma started. Asked for a manger and Ronnie or Ronny ( didn’t get the correct spelling ) this manger/supervisor was a true testament to customer service. Speak to people with respect and they respect you back, he listened and took initiative. Treated my son with respect and allowed him to pick where ever he wanted to sit, that to me is overall. Long story short I’m glad I stayed and didn’t leave. That interaction alone kept me a customer Game & Food wise. Must Try the Bavarian pretzel & the Cantina nachos you can’t miss with these two apps. Trust me !!!!!

I have been going here since I was a child and as an adult, I can say the only thing that has changed is the prices to play. Birthday parties here are great. Parking is always over crowded. Staff is always friendly. Games are overpriced but it's somewhere fun to do; I do feel as if they should lower their prize pricing because you need spend about 200$ to get a semi-decent prize that you can easily buy at a local retail store, but I guess people can say it's more about the "experience." The food is extremely. terrible, do not waste your time or money when it comes to the food unless you plan on going to the bar their and are using the food to sober up. Bar staff is awesome, bar drinks are great but like any other bar-- drinks are super overpriced. Overall, I would recommend going here if you have the extra funds to spare.

D&B is a fun place to go when there’s nothing else to do but it’s a little annoying that you need to be 21+ and show proof of identification to go after 9:00? It’s an arcade, I understand that they do not want minors around adults drinking alcohol however there is a bar section separate from the games & people who are drinking usually aren’t bothering anyone else (at least from my experience). Wish you guys would lighten up a bit on this rule.

I recently celebrated my son's 10th birthday with family and friends, the place has a friendly and attentive staff, the food was OK and the kids had a lot of fun on their expansive and diverse game floor which is the main reason why we chose D&B and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend it.

Another Dave & Buster's for regular relaxing. Order the seasonal beer, mozzarella bruschetta and Korean style ribs. Great food though the ribs are little salty.

Had great service, great company, and great food! Cauliflower wings were great! And the GIANT pretzel was just that GIANT and delicious! Both sauces were banging! Highly recommended next time! We will be back! 😊🤙

Zero stars if I could. The games are sad, most worked, but there were a significant number broken and "working" or just not working at all. I played the star wars VR, lightsaber training, the right controller just didn't work. It kept freezing during play. The ghost busters game- one of the guns was completely broken, like, it could have been removed, still able to play... We decided to stop wasting money on the games and go get food. Oh boy.. OUR WAITER IS STONED!!??!! How do I know he's stoned? I'm allergic to it, and when he came over, I smelled it, and had to take my inhaler. The table was sticky, there was an unknown substance that I Had to clean off the seat while the host was standing there. I put the napkin on the table next to us, in front of the host, and he didn't take it. It's been there with the unknown goo for twenty minutes. -update- it's still there, we're getting our check... Two kids, two kids pizzas... Only brought out one? Five minutes more for the second one. Wings were delicious. French dip looks awesome, tasted even better. Kitchen is fine, if not great. Asparagus was awesome. Kids pizza was hot and kids loved it. (When the second one finally came out) Manager walked by at least five times, never once asked if everything was ok, even AFTER the kid's pizza. This one needs to be retained and deep cleaned. We asked to see manager and he was very polite. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3. Manager took care of half the bill. Apparently he wasn't told of the pizza

One of our friends came back from overseas for a few weeks and naturally we chose DnB for our welcome back get together, 10/10 always works for birthdays, chill days, welcome back, or even good luck. Whatever gathering you'll have a guaranteed amazing time for you and your crew

Omg, horrible. I ordered Creole Shrimp dip, so salty and look at the oil on the bottom. We sat at the bar and the bartender did not know anything about the drinks and the drinks taste like juice. I prefer going to the one in Garden City instead of this one in Islandia.

Food was good but the angry waitress got our order wrong 3 times. And we even had a dish missing that was never served. My son and I were in an excellent mood and were super polite and friendly, the waitress just hated everyone with a scowl on her face all evening. Games afterward were as expected. I wish it was a better experience on his special day. The employees in the prize section were 10/10 though- great people.

My child had a birthday here (party of 25)and the food was beyond horrible everyone in my party agreed. I suggest you eat somewhere else before you go. It’s not that the food was hot it just tasted very low quality. Never will eat here again but the games I will play and or drink.

My kids had fun with the game, but the prices and points system are outrageous and rigged. I will not be returning. We'll stick to Chuck E. Cheese, at least the pizza there is good. None of us were impressed. We didn't really touch the food nor want to take it home. I will say if you're looking to get wasted and spend money, it's a great place to go.

Been comming here for almost 2 years now. I have to say each visit since has gotten better. My last visit ..the food was top notch. The rib eye steak was juicy,not over seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife's parmesan crusted chicken was moist and juicy. The kids loved there food, everything came out hot. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. The games are updated throughout the year.. its a great go to for a family night out. We will be returning soon.

Always have a blast going here. Tons of fun games to play, unique prizes at the shop they have to redeem your tickets. Atmosphere is always fun and exciting. Employees are attentive and friendly. Always willing to help. They are also good at staying on top of fixing broken machines. The food is pretty good, drinks are amazing! Love going here :)

Half the games dont work, food is expensive and tastes like dog food. Covid ruined this place.

This was the best experience we have had in relation to party planning. Had my sons 5th bday party here. It was so easy to communicate what we wanted for the party with the party planner. Any changes I made last minute were so nicely handled. And all I had to do was send an email. The day of the event the manager was great explained everything and gave us such good advice on how to make the party run smoothly. Louis was the waiter for the party and he did great getting all my guests whatever they needed. Drinks came quick food was so delicious. The tacos which were recommended by Alyssa Rock were sooooo good everyone was raving over them. It was the best day. My son had the most fun and all my guests took time to come up to me to say what a good party I put on. But really I didn’t do anything ! Will be recommending everyone to have an event here.

The bartender we had was not very friendly or polite. We had a small complaint and rather than correcting the issue she challenged us. Also, she kept touching the garbage and dirty rag and handling people's drinks without washing her hands. Just an overall turnoff, so we stuck with bottled beer after all that. The games though are great. The attendants are consistently on the floor cleaning and refilling the jaw machines. We always have fun here.

This location was immaculate... not on this was out of place ... we went on a Thursday evening, and it was not busy at all... If you have picky eaters i would not suggest this as a good place to eat for them ... Other then the limited food options I highly recommend going ... We had a great time

Went to a kids birthday party last weekend. The set up was amazing, and the food for the kids was perfect. The games all worked from what we chose. The only con was the cleanliness of the woman's restroom.

I was generous with 4 stars. The women's room was fifty and looked like it had been that way for a while. The garbages were overflowing and every stall had garbage and toilet paper all over it. I also didn't see any staff cleaning at all so I'm not sure how safe it is to be touching everything but they did provide hand sanitizer all over the place.

Love the games. The food wasn't so good. response to owner: have better food for the next time I go... I don't know when that would be, but it gives you time to train the cooks. Thank you. Update 11/7/21 I gotta say, the food was great. 5 stars!! Delicious. But, Why so many games out of order??

Save your time and energy and go to another location! This one is horrible! I took my son and I decided to have some food and a drink at the bar, while he was playing games. I waited for at least 20 minutes and no one approached me to ask what I wanted to order. I finally flagged a waiter down. They brought me my food with no utensils. napkins or condiments. I flagged down a waitress to ask for napkins and utensils and she gave me the nastiest attitude, like I was disturbing her. My son came to join me after he was done playing video games because he wanted to eat. One of the waiters told me no children could sit at the bar. That was after I saw a little while girl eating at the bar with her parents. Keep in mind me and my family are black. I found it odd that they let the white family’s child eat at the bar but told me my son couldn’t. This was absolutely the worst service and treatment I’ve ever received in an establishment like this. Don’t go there! Especially, if you are a person of color!

Great place for a fun night with friends! Bartenders are excellent! Friendly and efficient. Game techs are quick and professional. Food is good (not awesome but not bad either). Drinks are awesome. Wednesday is half-price night for all games and boy! is it worth it!!! Games are a little on the expensive side. You have to buy a $100 package to get the most bang for your buck. Theres a happy hour too (not sure of the hours but I know it ends at 7)

The wings were really good. The entrees were lacking. The games were cool. Not too many were broken this time. I wish there was better warning that the virtual reality is not included in the game pass. You must specify that you want to do that specifically. I loaded a ton of money onto a card just to have to load more money on it to play that game. It was still a fun game. I have plenty of points left on my card and will be saving it for a rainy day.

Lets be honest, you're not coming here for the food. Don't get me wrong it is ok and tasty but the real reasons are the bar and arcade. The staff was competent and friendly. Drinks are reasonably priced. The arcade floor has something for everyone, nice variety: plenty of fun to be had.

It was a nice time- we celebrated a birthday, party of 8. The food was good, the drinks were strong. Two people in our group have shellfish allergies, however the servers were great with accommodations. It wasn't very busy which was good. Definitely a great time

Hands down, BEST VALENTINES DAY I HAVE HAD IN MANY YEARS!! Took my 4 kids and had a blast. Plus, the food was delicious 😋 even my picky eaters all enjoyed their entrées, I am in total shock!! Hope everyone had a Valentines Day filled with as much love as I did 💗

We went earlier on a Friday and were one of the only groups there. Our food came out quickly and then we had all of the games mostly to ourselves. My only gripe is that when you refill your card at the machine it doesn't always give you the promo so I had to go upfront to have the promotional $20 added on by a manager. Which they happily did, but was a bit of a bummer since my daughter was excited to start playing. Other than that everything was great!

Went for lunch with my two daughters, and three for their cousins... There were seven of us in total. The service was very slow considering they sat us all the way in the back (not an issue) of the dining area and there were no other patrons in that section at that time. Once we got or order taken the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was good, all the kids enjoyed their chicken tenders and fries 😂 I thoroughly enjoyed the Fish and chips... It was a much larger filet than I expected and it was very light and flaky... After playing the large variety of games we decided to get dessert... Dessert was good unfortunately service was still very slow even though we moved to the main area. Overall a good experience

It’s was a good experience. We were here as part of a party. Servers were pleasant and readily available. Food was ok, typical bar food, but flavorful. The kids had play cards and even won 1,000 tickets from one game. On the bar side, good food, drinks were good, sports everywhere on screens of many sizes. Bartender was pleasant and made drinks well. Would return here again, but before the night rush hits.

I came to eat and had a pleasant time. Great service and wonderful food at D&B rounded off a wonderful visit to Islandia, New York! The grilled salmon is awesome.

First time at this one.. not crowded...some people had on mask others didn't ...was seated quickly...our waiter Nicholas was so pleasant and down to earth(I like people like that)...the food was okay..my fries 🍟 had to go back because they were cold...but otherwise nice

I would give 5 stars but the women's bathroom was not very clean and we have been there quite a few times and it's always not clean. However the place itself is clean. Air quality pretty good. The staff is great very helpful and happy. An interesting piece of information- my 11 year old son loves his steak dinners. Not only was it amazing and cooked perfectly. This was the second time that he ordered the same thing and it was just as good as last time. We highly recommend this dish. We can't even get a decent steak at our local outback and Texas roadhouse. We had a great time and look forward to going back

I come here ALL the time and I hope that they can fix the hungry hungry hippos game? It’s been out of service for months and I hope that they can put more candy back in the gift shop my daughter used to LOVE getting the Soda bottle candy from gift shop and they didn’t have them anymore this trip they also lost almost half of their candy prizes and it was very disappointing to see I would love to give a five star review but I think they need to fix some issues first
