4 times out of 5, they make my coffee wrong. Tired of this Starbucks and will never visit again. I have no issues with the others tho.

Trying to be nice but this location struggles. Frequently long lines and waits. Mobile orders often not ready, misplaced, or incorrect even with ample time. Compared to other sbux the speed and accuracy of service is slow. Still, everyone is friendly.

I never have had any poor customer service the many times I’ve visited. Abbie makes especially sure my impossible burger sandwich (whatever) is made the way I like it best. The bathrooms are always clean. I have nothing but nice things to say about issaquah Starbucks, the staff & Abbie.

I just moved to the area and have only been twice. Both times the staff taking my orders were super nice and sweet. I truly appreciated that since I am new here. They got my first order right through the drive thru and the second was for four drinks and all were correct. I was disappointed they didn’t have the Washington been here mug but that isn’t the baristas fault:)

This location has gone downhill since the pandemic. First - can you reinstall the urinal in the bathroom? Just because the bathrooms are now unisex doesn’t mean the urinal has lost its place in the world. Second - why are you using the end of the store to store all your supplies? It looks junky always and takes away a nice area of seating that both myself and others enjoyed once upon a time (when I could still utilize the urinal). This isn’t hard, cmon guys.

Took several minutes for them to make eye contact with me at the register although there were two people there. Ordered drip coffee, which it took them over 10 minutes to pour and when they did, it was overfilled and spilled all over me. Not impressed.

First of all, shout out to Ava for being awesome and taking our order. She even cut my croissant in half when I asked, though she cut into into two pieces rather than down the middle so I could put my cream cheese in. If I was rating Ava’s incredible service alone it would be five stars. The coffee was a different story. I am a Starbucks barista at another location, so I definitely know what my coffee order is supposed to taste like and whatever I got wasn’t it. It was clearly missing the syrup I paid extra for and the milk in it was 2% instead of the oatmilk I had asked for. Really sad because I had been looking forward to this coffee all day.

Always have a good experience here. I place my mobile order at this location before work and it always comes out good. Only thing I will say is this drive through is a little awkward to get into so I would suggest parking and going inside. Especially when the line is really long.

Nice coffee shop, about average. Perhaps has less space to sit than many, focusing on drive through mostly.

Nothing against the employees, but I still have to give this place a 1-star for the point of waiting over 20 minutes for overpriced coffee. I walked in and placed my order, and was unlucky to be behind someone with a big order--he was clearly getting coffee for a bunch of his co-workers. It was what it was, kind of annoying, but people should be allowed to place big orders. However, what became aggravating is that the drive-thru orders and mobile pick-ups were getting orders served before the handful of customers who took the time to walk in. The queue should go in sequence of the order number, not how the order was placed. It's wrong that people who ordered 10 minutes after me got their coffee before me. One lesson is to just start using the drive-thru or mobile app. But that just seems wrong to prioritize certain customers. Instead, I'm just not going to this location again, since there's been other instances of complete disorganization here; and, aside from buying Via at the grocery store, I might just start supporting the smaller coffee shops. There are plenty around that actually appreciate your business, and don't play favorites with their customers.

Ordered an ice shaken espresso with almond milk this morning. Drank about half of it and noticed it tasted a bit different much darker than it usually is. I threw the rest of it away and I’ve felt horribly sick all day. Haven’t been able to eat anything. I usually get decent drinks and service here but that was not the case today.

Walked in and the staff immediately started laughing at me. I hadn’t said one thing. Some of the folks here are super rude.

This is a busy location with the drive through features. There are always lines so be patient. Outdoor seating available. Plenty of indoor tables too.
