    Came to dine-in with family, but was not allowed inside. They waved us off and didn't come to the door to answer/talk, just waved the hands even though there's no one placing order at the drive thru. This happened despite their advertisement board reading that they are open for dine-in until 10 pm. What a disappointment when you drive miles for a dine-in experience and then get forced into the drive thru. This happened not once, but twice!! So if you are looking for a dine-in you should look for another BK nearby. Nothing wrong with the burgers though.

    Ordered on Uber eats an hour before closing yet the restaurant wasn’t even open. They pick and choose when to actually stay open during their normal business hours but close early frequently. I get staffing issues but to allow Uber eats to still accept orders is super messed up. Because of this, Uber won’t refund money since the “restaurant already started preparing it” even though there was literally no one working. I tried calling a couple times yesterday and today to see if maybe the store could process a refund or something but no one is answering. Again I get it, life happens but to have no intention on fixing the issues or helping customers is kind of a bad look.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Older male at the speaker & drive thru window was condescending. Rushed us through the entire order, seeming disappointed when we asked to customize a simple order. “I’ll do this for you just this once” in a very rude and annoyed tone of voice. Once we get to the window and ask if we can add an order of chicken fries he simply loses it. The next few minutes is him berating me and my wife as to why we should’ve thought of this sooner and how he will graciously go out of his way to make that happen. A simple “no” would’ve been sufficient. There was only one more car behind us in line and the dine-in area seemed empty. I told him we felt rushed and that’s why we added to our order at the window which he continued to disregard and mock. I got my Whopper with a nice side of disrespect. Drove away feeling confused, threw away food. Crazy how us wanting a meal turned to this. I will not return.

    I have been to this burger kind a few times now. not only does the man taking my order speak so fast that i don’t feel like i can say my whole order, but i just ordered from there a few moments ago and i ordered a bacon king with only mustard on it. all i said to not put on it was ketchup and mayo and they gave me a plain burger with two patty’s and just mustard. no bacon no cheese no nothing. i normally never write reviews because i know what it’s like working in customer service and the food industry so i try not complain but I don’t feel i received good service today. and now i just have to eat this because i’m on my work break so i can’t go back and get a refund or new burger without wasting my lunch.

    This place is clean and well maintained. I first thought maybe not many people dine in, but no there were several families with kids all coming in at the same time. Really appreciate the effort. The food, you know, is BK.

    Came to order inside as in a home service worker and my vans too tall for the drive through and all the lobby doors are locked an hour early. No sign, no anything. Sign says lobby was open til 8pm. Called the phone number to see what was going on, 3 rings then to voice mail, mailbox was full. Will never stop here again.

    I wanted to order a Whopper and fries, I am gluten free bue to necessity not choice. Unfortunately they don't have containers for a burger without a bun. I went to Jack in the Box instead. They will serve for my dietary needs.

    Each time I go here, staff gets less friendly. One time I went there to order some burgers. The cashier is not friendly already. When I got my food, they gave the wrong burger. I went to tell the cashier, she gave me an attitude as if I was deliberately making it hard for her to do her job. While she's giving me a refund, she talked to another coworker in Spanish, and that coworker laughed. If they were making fun of me, then shame on them. I DO Not recommend anyone to buy food from here. I wish the company give workers better training. If workers are rude to customers, retrain them or replace them.

    These people are so lazy that they closed the inside dining 2hrs or more before the actual said closing time. On top of that, their custumer service lacks quality.

    I've never had a bad meal from this particular location. Food is always spot on and the drive thru is super quick. I have known the manager Janero for the past ten years and whenever he is at the window he always has a smile on his face and a little sweat on his brow getting the hot food out to all his customers!

    Worst customer service in my life. I drove through the drive through and I was asked why I am taking so long. The manager kept calling me buddy after telling to not call me that. I reported them to corporate and hopefully there will be serious retraining. The food was cold too.

    A sign of a good company is when the people working there stay with the company for years and years, this place has faces from 5 years ago as far as I can remember. Good employer equals good food. The portions are decent, unlike some fast food places down the street. The food always tastes good and is never old. Drive through line is fast and smooth.

    I had my face covered, made eye contact 5 times, they said nothing until I got up to counter. Make sure you have your ear loop mask! Anything else? Forget it. I don't usually complain, but my kid was hungry. Bull.

    Wanted to order an Impossible Burger meal, small. Started to give me large drink & I protested, asking for small drink & fries. Price was not posted for meal.....wanted to charge me $14 & change for large, then reduced to $12 and change for small. Understand restaurants have to do something to pay their workers, but not by charging outrageous prices. Won't be back.

    The other locations, especially Burien and Tacoma could learn from this location. Every time I've had lunch here, it's clean and the food is hot. This is one of only a few BK I'll eat at, the rest are very bad and should be shut down until they can get competent managers and employees.

    Normally I pick up a Whopper junior meal, really love those. This time I tried the Chicken fries. They are awesome too. Good and fast meals, prices are up a bit, but still a fair deal. Portion sizes have not shrunk, unlike some other fast food places which have reduced portion sizes and bumped prices.

    This is a standard fast food experience, so one doesn't have high expectations. Everything was okay, food was solid and tasted good as expected, nothing else was notable. I do appreciate that Burger King has an Impossible Burger so that vegetarians who dine with carnivores have something substantial to eat.

    I always go through the drive through. The last couple of times getting onion rings they were just barely warm. So this time I ask for fresh and was told to drive around to the front. Two minutes later they were in my car and I was on my way. So much better when it's fresh! Burger King keep those onion rings fresh under those lights. But I'll be ordering them fresh!

    As is everywhere they are understaffed consistently and have a bit of a quality control problem I do not blame it on the staff I blame it on the ability for them to find help and I'm not sure what the solution is for that except to offer more money and possibly benefits at some point and then we would pay higher prices but I'm willing to do that to have a consistently quality experience. In the meantime always use that app the Burger King app you can find incredible deals on there under offers.

    By far the worst BK I've ever had. The food was just nasty. Absolutely zero care or effort was used to prepare the meal. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    Says open until midnight yet anytime you go after 10 no one is ever there and the one time they were we had to loudly speak into the speaker box for someone to even greet us. Don’t bother. The food is always cold also when you can get someone or go before 10pm.

    They have some workers that are nice and then some have nasty attitudes, especially the young guy that works there. If you don't like your job, QUIT! I've also seen needles by the bushes where you park. Also they're stingy with giving out sauce. I'm done with coming here.

    Whoppers are good and both burgers and french fries are way better than McDonald's these days! Need to keep the prices down and not charge ridiculous prices like McDonald's does. Remember this is fast food not a nice restaurant, so i hope prices go down and then are kept within reason! I guess I can keep dreaming about that! Families should be able to go to fast food places and eat cheap, Like how it was when I was raising a family.

    Horrible customer service. Place mobile order from their parking lot to take advantage of T-Mobile offer. Drove to their drive-through window, no response from anyone. Drove up to the pick up window, saw people inside, they kept waiving me off. Knocked on their window and they told me they are closed now, they don't care about my mobile order, they have nothing to do with the app. go away. That was their "manager', Angie, who looked like a high school drop out. No business card or understanding of customer service. What a waste of time. Had to contact BK customer service online to get my money back. Never again.

    We live right down the road from here and have come here a couple times in the past month. Each time the quality of the food was great. Honestly one of the better burger kings I have been too. Idk why there are so many negative reviews. Be nicer to people in food service.

    The food is good and hot. Not amazing but it's a $4 burger. The fries were freshly cooked and delicious. The staff is polite and kind. The store is very clean and everything works. It a thousand times better than a Downtown Seattle or Bellevue Square fast food experience

    Drive through order no. 64 on 10/24 12:51 pm. I ordered 4 cheese burgers, 1 bacon king, 1 crispy chicken, 3 L fry and 1 L Orion ring . They forgot to give me crispy chicken ! Please double check your meals!

    Wanted to order some fries for my toddler, the employee answered they’re only accepting cash. So I waited like 15min in the Drive thru. When we arrived at the window, I told the lady she should put a sign at the front, that they only take cash. She answered they to busy. I am just so upset, because it’s so rude. Not to mention my son who was very sad he didn’t get fries. Never again!!!

    Add .5 for speed and guy cleaning up tables. I came to try the Impossible Whopper. I have not had a Whopper in years, but I did have the Fatburger Impossible burger two days ago. It is a study in fast food to compare. Hands down BK is faster. Hands down the wait for Fatburger is worth the wait. BK needs to offer a tastier bun and offer a vegan mayonnaise and cheese to moisten their dry offering. The tomato was moist and tasty. I would definitely order it again if I was at BK. The drink machine needs to be added to modernize. The outside BK sign needs repair desperately.

    Last night I pulled into the drive thru line was so long that the back of my car was in driveway. There were no cars in front of the car ordering and it sat there trying to order at least 5 minutes. Next car pulls up to order same thing I waited 25 minutes just to get to order box, now there are 3-4 cars sitting on the road in the left hand turn lane waiting, some of them got out and left. Now I’m ordering and it was so loud with girls talking and yelling inside the guy had a hard time hearing my order so after repeating my order 3 times I pull up to window no cars in front of me! I saw 4 people working plus there were more cooking. I still waited at window for my order. As I pulled out I never did see the car behind me pull up. Such poor management! I tried to call manager today but of course no answer and mailbox is full. Ridiculous!!

    I used the BK app to order, and gave them my name and the order number. They still gave me the wrong order. Of course, I didn't notice until I got home. Tried to call them. And their voice mail box is full. No complaints about the food. Just be sure and check your receipt before you leave the drive thru!
