Have tried this location 3 times now and the experience is always disappointing due to one reason or the other. Visit 1 - Ordered online and picked up in store. The footlong barely had any sauces in it (despite ordering 2) and was just too dry and tasteless. Visit 2 - The veggie patty was cold/partially frozen and stale. Plus, again stingy with the sauce. Visit 3 - The veggie patty was again stale. Barely added any spinach to the footlong. On requesting for more, I was told that there's just that one box that needs to last the entire day.

Poorly managed location with only employee at the counter. When were walked into the location, it was reeking of something bad. Really bad. Giving benefit of doubt that it might have been the full trash, we ordered anyways. The sandwiches barely has any ingredients on them. Upon asking for more lettuce and spinach, we received a cold stare. They were out of a couple of sauces. The toasted sandwich was still cold. Not recommended play. Go to the one in Issaquah/Gilman Blvd.

We got ripped off. Took in a coupon for two footlongs for $12.99. They said the coupon was good at their store. At checkout, the coupon was rejected by the cashier because she could not get the coupon QR code to work with her computer/register. The sandwiches had very little meat on them and did not look at all like the pictures in the coupon flyer. The prices charged did not match the menu on the wall. The two sandwiches came to $25.88. The The staff had very poor English skills. So far I have tried for 4 days to get a call back from a manager after leaving 3 messages, without success.

Such a worst attitude I have never seen by the person who made my sub. Very bad. I felt

Great place when I want a quick sandwich that's also toasted as a whole

Had just finished my first round of chemotherapy. Was really surprised that I even felt like eating. Took us a few minutes to find this location but it was great. I ordered double bacon and bread if they give me double bacon. I’ve only done Subway one time before it was the North Bend location about a year ago and I wasn’t impressed at all. This was a clean and tidy cheerful store. I ordered a double bacon on my sandwich. I was surprised pleasantly I might say so much bacon. It was great. I am going back after my treatment today.

Did an online order for four sandwiches while they’re due to their promo. The guy that was working kept slamming things around such as the food items, and oven door. Rude. Throwing weird tantrums… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Kept staring hard with a mean look. After we grabbed the food, we said thank you and still no response. Went on his laptop after making the sandwiches. Not returning. The one up the hill are so much nicer. Scared to even eat my food at the point.

This place is awful it was pretty dirty inside crumbs on every single table garbage on the floors and it was NOT busy at all. I asked for a meatball sub like literally the easiest thing a single person could order she asked me if I wanted something spicy?1? like what? is it meatballs? do they make different types of meatballs? I don't know but there was a definitely a language barrier felt like pointing to the picture and saying make exactly that just to make it easier. This place reminded me why I would rather cook for myself.

No credit card service cash only on the door. The guys waiting on us were not happy to be there! There seemed to be some confusion about how to make our subs, asked to have them heated(not done), for the meal with chips and drinks, they ran them up separately. Which I believe cost me more. The shop was small but clean and new looking. Plenty of parking!

I had a good experience here today - the staff was friendly and patient with me.

when we went there we ordered mexicali and garlicaioli we ordered italian hreb bread they did not understand english they were not able to find bread they put wrong ingredients they put avocodo in both and it was bad do not come here please

Very rude service…as if I am inconveniencing the worker. Also, despite the place saying that it opens at 10Am, the doors do not open until much later. I could see the girl inside, but she just continued to ignore potential clients.

I usually don't write reviews. I agree with previous reviewers that the old crew that used to be here wasn't so great. There is a fresh crew here and so far I have been happy with their service. Notably, a gal named Tori has been exceptional. I like the way she makes my sandwiches and her customer service is on point.

Worst sandwiches I have ever gotten from Subway. Spent almost $50 and regretted every penny. Which is extra sad because last time we ordered here it was awesome.

Their ingredients were mostly empty so barely any options, and the sandwich itself wasnt great

I walked in almost 30 minutes before they closed and she refused to make me 3 foot long sandwiches. Told me it wasn't enough time before they closed. This location continually disappoints!

This subway needs to be shut down they are a hazard I passed by tonight some guy who works there had his shirt off scratching his head just gross 🤢 also when I have ate there it’s never fresh and they always mess up my online order do better management needs to get better

This subway is one of the best as they really try to work hard to make your perfect sandwich. I has erroneously nodded to adding Sriracha instead of Chipotle southwest and they were kind to replace, although being my fault.
