I
have
been
a
loyal
member
of
425
fitness
for
a
long
time,
but
I
am
sad
to
say
that
I
have
to
leave
this
gym.
This
gym
used
to
be
my
favorite
place
to
work
out
and
watch
my
sport
teams,
the
mariners
and
Seahawks,
on
the
TV.
It
was
a
fun
and
motivating
experience
to
lift
some
iron
while
cheering
for
my
team.
But
then
they
changed
the
TV
channel
to
some
boring
tiktok
or
Instagram
reels
of
people
doing
athletic
stuff.
They
said
it
was
because
people
were
sitting
on
the
equipment
too
long
watching
the
TV,
but
I
don’t
see
any
difference
now.
The
only
difference
is
that
I
can’t
watch
my
mariners
and
Seahawks
anymore
while
getting
a
good
pump
on.
I
was
extremely
disappointed
by
this
decision
that
ended
a
15-year
tradition.
Another
thing
that
saddens
me
is
that
I
have
to
pay
a
lot
more
for
my
membership
now.
I
was
paying
the
same
rate
as
I
joined
many
years
ago,
which
was
a
great
deal
for
me.
My
rate
was
set
in
stone
and
never
changed
until
this
upcoming
month,
where
everyone’s
rate
is
going
to
be
the
standard
$80
price.
Now
I
understand
that
425
fitness
is
an
extremely
clean
gym
with
new
equipment
every
other
week
and
projects
to
improve
the
gym
are
always
going
on.
I
also
understand
that
it
is
2023
and
inflation
is
happening.
But
I
wish
they
could
have
made
some
sort
of
compromise
for
people
who
were
paying
their
original
price.
It
is
outrageous
that
some
people
are
paying
2-5X
as
much
per
month
and
they
can’t
even
meet
in
the
middle
somewhere.
I
understand
that
times
are
tough,
especially
in
this
current
day
and
age,
and
that
they
need
to
keep
up
with
the
exceptional
clean
and
good
equipment
they
have.
But
I
can’t
afford
to
pay
around
$950
a
year
to
just
go
to
the
gym.
425
fitness
has
been
more
than
just
a
gym
for
me.
It
has
been
my
comfort
zone,
where
I
have
gone
through
so
many
different
stages
in
my
life.
I
loved
425
fitness
and
what
it
is,
but
I
have
to
say
goodbye
to
it
now.
I
have
watched
many
memorable
seahawks
games
here,
like
when
they
won
the
Superbowl
and
Richard
Sherman’s
tipped
ball.
I
have
also
seen
the
mariners
well...
play
underwhelming
baseball
through
the
years.
I
have
gone
through
the
highs
and
lows
of
my
life
here,
from
breakups
to
graduations,
from
marriages
to
divorces.
425
fitness
has
always
been
there
for
me
from
5am-11pm.
With
a
pit
at
the
bottom
of
my
heart,
I
am
sad
to
say
goodbye
to
the
gym
that
meant
so
much
more
to
me
than
just
a
gym.
I
will
always
appreciate
the
friendly
staff
they
have
always
employed
throughout
my
years
here.
I
wish
I
could
take
them
with
me
to
the
next
gym
I
will
be
going
to,
but
unfortunately
I
have
to
leave
them,
and
my
fantastic
memories
at
425
fitness
behind.
I
will
always
love
425
fitness,
even
though
I
have
tears
of
sadness
running
down
my
face
as
I
am
typing
this.
425
fitness
will
always
be
my
gym
at
my
core.
