Love this studio. Head coach, Lauren is great and I love my mornings with Kim (coach) as well! They are both personable and work with members to improve form and crush their goals. There is no need to be intimidated- everyone is so encouraging. Also, the music is on point. The front desk staff is also amazing. They know the 'regulars' by name and make it such a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere.

I have been a member of Orange Theory for some time now, and I have to say that Coach Anica is one of the best coaches I have had the pleasure of working with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, and she pushes me to achieve my fitness goals in a way that is both challenging and fun. Anica's classes are always well-planned and organized, and she does a great job of explaining the exercises and demonstrating proper form. She is also very approachable and always willing to answer any questions I have about my workout or fitness in general. Overall, I would highly recommend Coach Anica to anyone looking to get in shape and improve their overall health and wellness. She is an amazing coach and an asset to the Orange Theory team.

Orange Theory Fitness Issaquah is my happy place. All the coaches are fantastic. I go first thing most mornings, and the enthusiasm of the coaches powers me through the workout and energizes me for the rest of the day. Love this place.

Omg if you have not taken Kim’s class, go do it now. One of the best classes I’ve taken at OTF. My only regret was not taken her classes sooner. She’s amazing, very encouraging, love her music choice, coaching and everything in between. She lines everything up perfectly so when you gonna go all out, you really feel the motivation. Just amazing. Lastly, the new manager Anthony is awesome. He’s so professional and he really takes care of his clients.

Sam, the Manager, and her team are always so friendly and helpful. When I broke my foot and had to take time off from OT, they went above and beyond to help me freeze my membership so I could recover. The work outs are incredible, motivating and you leave feeling energized. The instructors really help you maximize your work out with corrections to your form and intervals which was exactly what I needed. 10/10 recommend.

I've been attending Orange Theory classes for some time now, and I have to say that Coach Anica is one of the most inspiring and motivating coaches I have ever worked with. Her classes are always challenging but fun, and she has an incredible ability to push me to my limits while still making me feel supported and encouraged.

I went to OTF-Issaquah for a year and generally enjoyed my workouts. If you have no experience working out and could use help - this is for you. It’s really for all levels. They try and change up things so it’s not repetitive. Best part is the coaches. However, in the new year it got extremely over packed to the point I couldn’t register for my usual classes and just didn’t give me the flexibility I personally needed. Most frustratingly though many of my favorite coaches also left and a couple of newer/sub coaches didn’t quite meet the bar, which pushed me over the line to take a pause.

Was looking for new classes post covid and so glad I discovered this place! The coaches are amazing here, Lauren and Anica are amazing and seeing their name on the roster always makes me want to book a class. The new coaches are great too, really enjoyed Jacob’s class. The front desk staff are so welcoming and accommodating, Sam and Shaler, Maddie, Maithili and the whole team brighten up my day. Such a great workout and all levels of fitness here, no need to be intimidated.

I was interested in joining their gym and gave them my information to sign up for my first class. I ended up going with another gym and never scheduling with them… I have gotten 15 voicemails from them “seeing if I was still interested”. 15!!!! I eventually blocked their number. This is an excessive amount of calls and voicemails over the span of just a few months. For that reason alone I could never sign up to be a member. Beware if you ever give your information out to this company.

I generally consider myself self motivated and push myself to workout harder. So I had my own apprehensions what OTF could do that can change my workouts. I went for a trial class anyway, and got totally hooked onto it right away! The entire experience of working out with a group of motivated individuals, great music and awesome coaches was something I’ve never experienced before. I walked out burning double the calories I would’ve burned if I were working out myself. It is expensive for sure but the monthly commitments make it easy to sign up and cancel anytime! Totally recommend this no matter your fitness level.
