Stayed at the hotel next door. Decided to check out the donut place next door. Drive through was busy. We walked in and they were all wearing masks and super friendly. Gave us suggestions on their favorites and told us what the different kinds were. I had the lemon glazed old fashioned and it was the perfect amount of lemon. Not too sugary or sweet. My son loved the raspberry old fashioned. I would definitely recommend this shop.

First time coming here and the staff was kind enough to greet us at the drive through window but we told her that it was our first time, so she let us came in to pick and choose for our dozen doughnuts. Their Maple bar is so HUGE I couldn't finish it myself. My boyfriend tried the coffee and he said that the coffee is smooth and tasty. Will definitely try this again!

I just discovered this place today, my daughter had the pink rainbow donut, I had the sausage and spinach pie, and Americano and everything was delicious! Will definitely come back again and try other items on the menu.

Stale apple fritter tasted gross! I went into return it or exchange it and the employees didn't know what To Do so I had to wait while they called the management. The management offered me a donut which I was told are not made on site but are brought in " fresh" every morning. I did not want another unfresh donut, who does business like this!? This place is rude & greatly lacks customer service. Go elsewhere for fresh food! So I gave them back the disgusting piece of food & did not get my money back. Thieves as well!

I stay at the Marriott Springhill suites across the street from Top Pot. I had eaten there today. Their coffee is great. But their donuts are a whole new level. I had 2 donuts. A chocolate bar which was huge. And a double devils food chocolate. Both were outstanding. The staff was super friendly. They are a bit more expensive than a normal national brand shop, but who cares? Of you don't eat donuts everyday you should splurge for the very best. This will be my new morning stop for the future.

If you live in the Issaquah area DO NOT purchase your donuts from any other place. Top Pot is the place to be. Forget stale donuts that have been out all day at any of the Safeways or QFC. Don't wait in line at the busy Starbucks in Issaquah. Don't even think about going to Krispy Creme to get that franchise conveyor belt cookie cutter regular donuts! If you have the time, come in and sit down to enjoy your favorite doughnut with a cold milk or coffee, but DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT think you'll have a quiet doughnut on Saturday morning or mid morning. During this time its fairly busy. Yet that doughnut will be worth the wait in line. All of the staff here are very friendly and have even offered me some suggestions based on what I might be craving and what I may like as far as a doughnut. You might even see me there with an Emerald City Smoothie! :)

After ordering three donuts and three drinks for my kids and I and getting an eye roll from the employee after ordering my drinks, they then told me it would take a while, because one of the employees needed to go on a break at 9 AM in the morning in the middle of a rush. I told them that we would wait, and after 15 minutes of them not starting my order and still serving people who ordered and paid after me. I got up and asked for my money back. The employees and had to call somebody and took an additional five minutes to refund my money and never once apologized. Didn’t ask if they could then start my order instead of giving a refund or anything. They clearly did not want to be there and hate their jobs. After paying $27 for three donuts and three drinks you think that they would be a little more prompt. Their customer service was horrible. One of the workers was even wearing pajamas and crocs. And continuously running their hands through their hair, and then touching the food and drinks that they were serving without washing their hands. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had a dining establishment.

Super slow drive through. Most popular assortment was over 90% cake doughnuts and the other items ordered where forgotten as well as the warmed items or items that should have been served warm like a burrito were offered for purchase to take home and heat up in microwave for 5 minutes. Go to Legendary or QFC. Not worth the price.

Cool spot in a retro looking building. Ample parking available. Took my son and we had a donut each and I had a drip coffee. Good quality. Prices are ok.

Best donuts I’ve had in Eastside. Always excellent, especially the apple fritters.

Their donuts are delightful, and the ovaltine latte is so yummy! I just went to their location in Issaquah, and the super friendly person at the counter was just so refreshing that it made my day. Thanks for donuts, chocolate, and kindness!

Oh my gosh super delicious donuts and super kind stuff! I ended up getting a lemon filled and this absolutely mind-blowing gluten-free pastry! The pastry was my favorite by far! It was soft and moist and slightly sweet and absolutely delicious! 10 out of 10

More conveniently located compared to other Top Pot locations because of parking, and they seem to run out of donuts much later than other stores. Plus, everything is just delicious.

Love Top Pot, but this location had burnt bitter espresso (latte and cappuccino) and plain old fashioned were not crispy (although the softer deliciousness on the inside was on spec. If this was my first top pot experience, wouldn’t come back. Encourage this location to improve to the smooth creamy full body espresso and crispy on the edges and soft creamy plain old fashioned doughnuts found at cap hill, Edmonds, and Mill Creek locations

Great donuts. This shop tends to be really busy, so waits are too long for a 5 star

Staying at the hotel across the street. We called ahead to see if we were allowed inside the store as we were going to walk. Absolutely! We were asked to just use social distancing. Thay was easy as they have a drive thru and most were using this option. They have a great selection and I could have ordered 1 of each. I didn't though. We did order 4 flavors. Lemon glazed, raspberry glazed, pershing, and cookies and cream. All were good. The glazed ones we really liked because they were not too sweet. They had a nice consistency and were not greasy. If I am ever at this hotel I'd go again.

The doughnuts are very lackluster and they take about 5 minutes per order in the drive thru. (Like I can't imagine what's so hard about making a coffee and throwing a donut in a bag). So if you have cars in front of you in line, you'd better have a great instagram to scroll through or a pillow for a power nap. Their location is cool though so I'm giving them a star.

Amazing donuts, I would recommend going early. Went once at lunch and they had very little selection left. A great pick me up on a Monday. If they have a line you will be waiting a bit in the drive thru.
