Great service! We had an issue with online ordering and had it resolved efficiently. Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Can't recall the name of the guy that helped us (Matt?) but all there were helpful. Quick service with staff moving from cleaning to service when more people walked into the door. Food is hot and fresh. Perfect for getting out the door. We will be back next weekend to fuel our family adventure.

Raise their prices in my opinion too expensive now for a self-serve sandwich. Almost $17 for a sandwich chips and a drink. Too bad was good when it was reasonably priced.

Ordered an Italian sandwich, Turkey Avocado sandwich, two cookies, milk share and Arizona tea.. I took one bite of my Turkey sandwich and spat it out as the turkey had turned and was sour. Wife's Italian sandwich was bland and the cookies were salty. Foul and disgusting.

Having worked here over 5 years ago, coming back for a sandwich felt like coming home. Everything was exactly the same. The people were different but they were just as kind and friendly as my previous coworkers. The food is as good as I remember and that first bite brought back a wave of nostalgia. Potbelly is still the best place to buy a sandwich and Potbelly Issaquah is still the best one. Thank you for the trip down memory lane! I would recommend this place to anyone. Hi, Darrin and anyone else who remembers me.

Great customer service, music is great as well

Just okay. The salad I ordered to-go came with no dressing and was covered in tiny pieces of feta and chopped egg. The hummus on top was surprisingly spicy. There were maybe five cherry tomatoes, three thin slices of cucumber, and some old mushy avocado. Greens were fresh. Pretty hard to eat.

Used the app to order and picked up an excellent dinner 15 minutes later. The food is great.

It was pretty empty before lunch rush and the music level was already set for more people, very loud. The food was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

Great, fast, cheap service. The steakhouse sandwich is pretty good and the dressings are free. Chilly surpasses Costco standard.

Tried to order on the app: even with correct payment details the order wouldn't go through, but did charge my card. Not going back in unless corporate will fix that and not charge me five times for an order that didn't get placed. Edit: no one reached out. I tried again, same issue. Customer service never emailed me back. No point in trying with this "sandwich shop."

Surprisingly enough this is my first time at potbelly sandwich considering the number of outlets we have around. I like the fact that there is a skinny option which was surprisingly filling and good for the calories. I liked the broccoli cheddar soup . The sandwiches are good, I took the wreck and my wife took the sandwich named Mediterranean which I preferred more. I should have added some greens in the wreck, my sandwich.

Great chicken sandwich, nice tender and juicey with an awesome sauce.. But I'd probably never go back, it was to dirty...

Sandwiches are great, but the service at the Issaquah location is above and beyond. My order issue was promptly resolved and far exceeded my expectations. Thanks Darren(sp?) and team! You are exceptional!

The sandwich is great...make it how you like. The lobby of this establishment is quite messy. Tables are all unbalanced and haven't been wiped down after each usage. It really needs to improve in this aspect.

Always finished on time for pick up and always get the order correct! Staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great! Parking can be a little tough but if you order takeaway there are special takeaway spots!

The apple walnut salad used to be my favorite. but I don't know if I will order it again. I got one with rotten grape, apple looks like onion smells like alcohol. Very disappointing. But the sandwiches are still good.
