Their cheeseburger is two patties with an incredible amount of topping. Toppings are customizable. I ordered a take-out, and the burger and regular size fries still tasted terrific at home. I wish there is a location near my place. I wanted to order the bacon cheeseburger, but I was afraid that the bacon would be soggy at home. The price is not low, e.g., the cheeseburger is $10 without fries, but some people might not be able to finish one burger because it is enormous. Had the price been lower, I bet this would have been as much popular as the In-n-out burger chain. Highly recommend! Go experience the thick burger!

For a uk guy in us I had to try five guys... I know good burgers (and bad ones) and this place was constantly coming up as 'you have to try it'. Menu was good with loads of options for your burger (free toppings!) and good selection of drinks (all soft). Burger was well cooked and tasty, and the size of the fries portion was insanely big. If you want to try a good burger eat here

So expensive I couldn't believe that a burger fries and shake was over 25 dollars. I have been to many burger joints because I love me a good burger, but five guys is not worthy of being on my list cause it's just too damn expensive.

Great food, great service, always good. Five Guys in Issaquah is a solid choice if you’re in the mood for a good burger.

Great food. Always devour the burger. Service is good, but some of the employees can stare at people.

The prices are outrageous! The burgers are ok but not worth $12+. 2 people eating 2 burgers and fries with water Costs over $45. Not going there again

Real burgers and tons of fries. I get the little sizes 'cause the regular sizes are huge. Oh, and the shakes. Dude! Open late and free peanuts in the shell while you wait for your hand made order. Friendly staff too.

Visited Five Guys this past Sunday and was taken aback by the incredible local service/management by Luis. Even with a bustling crowd and a seemingly endless flow of orders, he maintained an exceptional level of service. Not only was he multitasking at the cashier and flipping burgers, but he also brought an infectious energy that radiated throughout the place. With his jokes, songs, and spirited interactions with his team, the ambiance was absolutely delightful. It was evident that under his leadership, the staff was motivated and content, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. If I were part of the Five Guys' executive team, I'd hand him his own franchise on the spot... (to Luis, and our order was number 96, only french fries, so go and check the name on the receipt...). As a customer, it was truly an outstanding experience that surpassed expectations. Highly recommend!

Nothing great. Here’s an idea, stop charging so much for making shakes so flipping tiny that they make me feel like Andre The Giant. And please keep the place clean. If the dining rooms sand washrooms are alway so filthy, I don’t even want to think about your cooking surfaces and storage areas. Just plain icky! R.I.P. Andre. You really killed it in the Princess Bride.

Always excellent food for a good price, and they offer gluten free options and ask if you are allergic to gluten. If so, they have a totally separate area to prepare food which has no cross-contamination with gluten. Yes, prices have increased dramatically, but they have everywhere and 5 guys is still a great value for the money.

Great burgers (although it depends on the cook. Some can be drier than others). Best eaten quickly, as they can get soggy after not too long. They give a generous serving of fries, and the milkshakes are fantastic.

Great food in general. The thing that stands out is their milkshakes. They are perfect consistency not too thick or thin and have an amazing flavor

Great burger plus they let you tip as low as 5% unlike many other takeouts !!

There is a reason this place has so many write ups in magazines, online buzz, and is even brought up in daily talk shows. Five Guys is a no frills, old school burger joint that sticks to the basics, but does them VERY well. Customize your selection with a great variety of toppings and do it for FREE. The fries are fresh and excellently crisped in peanut oil. Open and clean environment, plenty of staff, enthusiastic and fast service. The person in charge takes customer orders and the kitchen is open for viewing. Fresh ingredients prepared to order, and even the potato of the day is posted so you can see where your fries originated. Five Guys has been around for years and still shows how the basics done right keeps them the talk of the town. Dine in or order to go, you won't be disappointed.

The Cajun fries at Five Guys are fantastic. But I only know this because I've been to other locations. When I walked in today, the single cashier behind the counter was engaged in a long chat with a person interested in getting a job there. She neither looked at me nor spoke to me once, and I sat there for a good 10 minutes while she continued to talk to the potential new hire. Eventually I walked out, drove across the street and got the fries I wanted from Jack in the Box. There's another excellent Five Guys in Redmond and it's not that far of a drive. Don't bother coming here.

Good burgers, and loads of fries. The customer service is on point. If you're up for a burger, it is a must do. A bit rich on dollars, but worth it.

I love the old time crusty outside and juicy insides of the patties. Then they add the full up bun and condiments. You might show up just for the fries, though.

Great burgers and fries. But the hamburger buns were the worst. One bite and the bun started falling apart and everything but the meat started falling out. Better quality buns and they could have a 5 star rating.

I ordered the bun unless little hamburger which can be served with lettuce wrap or in a bowl. I appreciate that they have some options for low carb diets, basically all their hamburgers and hotdogs can come bun less. The hamburger tasted good, but it’s a bit hard to handle so I recommend a fork and knife. There was a bit of a wait but they were busy, can’t complain about that.

Great burgers, and the fries are super fresh. Not on the less expensive side for a burger and fries joint. It is something nice when you want a nice fresh change.
