The hospitality of the staff at this restaurant is special. They will do their best to explain to us foreigners in English. I'm Japanese, they tell me what they know about Japan and try to understand us. The inside of the restaurant is clean and fashionable. The time to serve food is a little late. But the quality is high and it is very delicious. There is no reason not to go to this restaurant during your stay in Karakol. If you find this review helpful, please "LIKE".

Quite disappointed by this one. Despite the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, our service was quite slow for food that didn’t even need to be cooked, just prepared (salads and cold soup). We had some of our food before we had our drinks (30 min after we had ordered). Drinks were served 15 min after that. Although our server was nice, they told us they didn’t have the chicken we ordered 1 hour and 30 min into our meal and then when we asked for bread, they brought a different kind of bread to the one we had ordered because they had run out. Super disappointing. Would not come back here again.

We recently dined at a top-notch restaurant in Karakol, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, and the interior decor was impressive. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Moreover, the cheese cake was exceptional, and it left me craving for more. I was so impressed that I even ordered some for takeout. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Karakol, as it truly is one of the best.

I had dinner there and everything was excellent.The place is also really beautiful and many employees make sure that you have a great moment.. The beef stroganoff and the boorsok are a must.Fresh meat,fresh mashed potatoes. Staff is good, all are polite. Administrators are all attentive, take into account all the wishes of customers. The waiters are wonderful and attentive,especially Kanykei. The restaurant is very suitable for family and even for business meetings. I strongly recommend you to come here because the time spent in this institution has a good sense of celebration.

Wow! The food was amazing!! We had a delicious dinner with great service here. We had beer, Greek salad, lamb shashlik (amazing!!), Beshbarmak (delicious!), and azu. The energy is laid back, but classy. After a long hike, this was a well-deserved treat. I highly recommend getting dinner at Altyn Kumara.

The best Shashliks i ever had ! The meat is smoky and marinated to perfection. Staff is friendly and you can even eat outside if the weather is good. Definitely a place to visit in Karakol.

We ordered mix grills as shown in the picture (extra skewer not shown) with two fries, the food was delicious so far the best meat 🥩 we had here in Kyrgystan, so tender and yummy, ribs was my favorite. Food preparation took long time (more than 40 min). The bill was 3050 som = less than 60$ Which is very good for 5 persons.

Very good vegetarian food that's hard to find in Kyrgyzstan. Beautiful interior decoration and sweet staff, I was served by Erim and we solved everything up to my satisfaction.

Really good local meal with huge variety on the menu. We had beef, lamb, pizzas and vegetarian and all 8 of us were really pleased with our food. Very tasty, good size portions and cheap prices. Drinks also varied, including cocktails. A big plus here is the young staff who were not only very polite, helpful and friendly but many of which spoke some English. Highly appreciated!

The food was really good, I had the Rib Eye. The waitress spoke really good english and everybody was very helpful and friendly. I would Recommend this place.

I was on tour around the Issyk kul lake. Stayed in karakol for 2 days. I found out that this one is The best place entire the city for me. Food is delicious, service is fast and polite, waitresses are beautiful. Very busy. But be patient and wait. Someone will finish and leave. Trust me u will love it. Шикарно
