This restaurant is located opposite to Itarsi junction. Provides different genres of food, including Chinese, south Indian, snacks and full meal. The food quality is average. It's obviously better than vendors at the platforms. So if you have to wait for at half an hour, you can get your appetite here. Rates are reasonable. They also provide food to your berth. So it also provides you an option for a good meal during the journey.

Tried chhole bathure and dahi wada, they were good in taste but expensive in terms of quantity and quality. The place is clean but there is no washroom faciity. There is no parking place in restaurant. You have to pay and park in railway parking area. Additionally they accept only cash. I’ve been here before also but the quality of sweets and food has been degraded with time.

Neele Restraunt has one of the most craziest foods if you wanna take it on train while passing by itarsi. I ordered a Veg thali just 15 mins the station could arrive and to my surprise they were happy to serve me hit fresh and delicious food. Great service. Amazing food. Highly recommended!

Only for sweets previously it's was good for breakfast and lunch but now prices are too high but the quality is poor and quantity is also very less it seems they are offering only to see and want to make you full. service very poor And late they just walk here and there and will tell you, to wait like they are so busy and arrogant. Taste also sweet in everything like they add sugar to everything I don't know why everything snack and dal is sweet...very disappointing

Value for money excellent food,I ordered dinner and it was directly delivered to my train seat, delicious & well packed too.Just believe on Neelam for u r food requirements on train.

Superb Food. Whenever I travel between Nagpur to Delhi I order their Thali. The quality, Quantity are sufficient enough to fulfill my appetite. The only thing I don't like is the Boondi Raita which comes sweet.. Rest is all Good

The amount which was served was very less, I paid 210/- for one thali, amount of dal was very less. And just single piece of paneer, rice was filled less than quarter. This is very-very bad service atleast fill rice properly, taste of sweet and Raita was good but it doesn't taste good in empty stomach

I won't recommend to visit this restaurant, it's near railway station and easily accessible that's why you will be Tempted to go here. This restaurant doesn't have any compitition so they behave and treat as they want. They don't Accept their mistakes and argue without hesitation. Food is below avg service staff is very below avg. They don't mind if you complaint for any issues related to any dish, as they know you'll be not visiting them again ( as most of the consumers are tourist).

I have order thali in train number 05282, Food was very delicious and very hygienic and packaging was also very good. They are serving fresh food in trains. I am totally satisfied with quality and quantity and also by price.

A complete disaster place. Here is why you should avoid going Neelam - Restaurant meant for good food..but no taste and no quality. -Poor services...i literally had to ask twice for my food. - Unhygienic - Prices were not not according to the food.

One of the oldest restaurants of Itarsi. Idli sambar was good, chatni was ok. Service is ok. Menu card is a simple printed paper which can get wet very easily. You can also get the food ordered from train. This restaurant is just outside Itarsi Railway station. Parking is an issue. Cakes, pastries, sweets are available in addition to the food menu items. Tables are very congested for seating of four people.

I don't know how a person can give importance to his breakfast over manners! The staff is mannerless! Apman ka vish peena magar amrit nahi!! Sai Gaur Bhojanalay is faar better atleast they will treat you as guest.

Tried idli wada,medu wada,poha,dhokla. The taste of wada is good but all food is expensive in terms of quantity and quality. Try poha when it's hot. Idli is soft but sambar is so tangy.

Best vegetarian Thali in Neelam itarsi, Great service (we didn’t have any issues ) and we also tried a variety side dishes ..for sure best value for money and everything is so tasty and plenty of non spicy options

Ate worst dosa of my life. When asked the staff, manager and even owner don't listen. I am not going to this restaurant again. In Itarsi Manjeet is better option.

It's not the same as it used to be, not at all comfortable seating and even no washroom. Food is average and no hygine plus the service here is horrible guy's avoid it if you have other option.

I have ordered one thali 1 hours before reaching train at Itarsi and restaurant manager has talked in good manner. They charge Rs.180 for Thali that was good and hygienic. Quantity was sufficient for 1 person.

The place is good but they will not taking online payment but food quality is good and ambiance is satisfied,parking is big problem in front of restaurant .

I have ordered the food in train, the quality was great , special thali had a great tasting paneer sabzi , bindi was okay ,boondi raita was sweet ,the rice was also nice ,dal was good,sweet was also good ,over all for 200 it was a great deal ,it was clean n freshly cooked
