    Péssimo plano, melhor SUS. Não se consegue marcar nenhuma consulta direto com o médico, precisa primeiro fazer uma consulta com medico na clinica, pra ele te dar uma requisição pra depois vc conseguir marcar com o médico que vc quer, que é credenciado no plano. Nunca vi disso. Os médicos que atendem no centro GNDI nunca tem horário, todos os bons ja saíram.

    Quero dar zero estrela, péssimo atendimento, estou me referindo atendentes a maioria não sabe nem porque estão sentada na frente do computador, esses dias me liberam uma guia eu tinha pedido especialista em Jaraguá do Sul, quando eu fui verificar liberam a guia para clínica de Joinville . Por favor paga capacitação para essas meninas que atende aí na frente,elas não sabem responder uma pergunta sequer com informações corretas( a maioria) culpo a Clinipan pois parece que cada vez que eu vou tem uma moça nova atendendo, explica para as meninas quais são os médicos que é conveniado, que dia da semana as ginecologista atende, informações básicas as coitadas não sabem, mas se a pessoa não ficar atenta elas acabam prejudicando as pacientes pela informação errada. Eu mesmo tive que remarcar consulta pra Jaraguá,isso pq verifiquei depois na guia, mas os idosos que as vezes passam despercebido e acredita nas informações errada, descaso total da Clinipan não capacitar atendentes.

    Mimha vontade seria dar zero estrelas. Não consigo contato, preciso de um oftalmologista e tenho que ir lá pegar uma liberação primeiro. Outra coisa, liguei no centro oftalmologista de Jaraguá e pelo clinipam e se for particular seria agendada para dia 20 e pelo clinipam somente final de fevereiro. Ou seja, somos preteridos por mais de um mês por usar esse plano. Infelizmente ele tá sendo vendido pela 3° vez em 4 anos. Fecha logo essa biboca. Clinipam foi vendido para o gndi e o gndi ta indo para a Hapvida. Se pelo menos se vendessem para Unimed que é a única que funciona mas encaixa a faca e roda no valor da mensalidade. Fossse pelo menos una 150 reais tava bom, mas 280 reais também é um assalto.
