Nel corso della mia prima gravidanza ho anche avuto uno spiacevole episodio di stomatite necrotizzante e, malgrado lo scarso preavviso, dato l’esordio improvviso, mi hanno dato supporto al 100% e soprattutto hanno gestito il tipo di problematica in maniera competente e professionale e questo ha permesso di salvare il mio sorriso! Studio dentistico che segue da anni tutta la mia famiglia. Staff molto professionale, gentile e disponibile. Vieni seguito a 360 gradi in tutte le problematiche, sempre col sorriso. Ormai ci vado da un bel po' di tempo. Studio iper moderno, super ordinato e meticoloso da un punto di vista igienico. Tutto lo staff è costantemente disponibile a fornirti indicazioni su quello che andrai a fare (anche quando questo significa perdere del tempo). In ogni settore sempre gentilissimi ed inappuntabili, dagli specialisti, al titolare alle ragazze della reception che riescono sempre a trovare una soluzione che si concili con le tue esigenze personali. Fortemente empatici con tutti i clienti (da quelli espansivi a quelli più riservati). Inclusivi ed estremamente accoglienti verso tutta la clientela. Per quanto possa sembrare assurdo quando vado da loro mi rilasso e stacco dal mondo esterno. P.s. inutile dire che in questo bel contesto pieno di equilibrio sia assolutamente soddisfatto di tutte le cure finora ricevute.

Frequento lo studio da quasi tre anni e posso certamente dire che la professionalità, la competenza e sopratutto l’attenzione per il cliente sono sicuramente il punto di forza di questo studio. Per Simone, Floriana e tutto lo staff, la gentilezza e la fiducia sono alla base del rapporto con il paziente. Piano di trattamento chiaro e ben definito all’inizio; I risultati non hanno tardato ad arrivare. Avere piacere di andare al dentista non è cosa comune, allo Studio Vaccari puoi faro e sentirti come a casa.
