👍👍 Came here on a Sunday morning English tour at 9:30am. The guide Matteo was informative on everything balsamic vinegar in the Modena region and specifically the Acetaio Guisti. Amazing to hear now with the 17th generation of the Guisti family still making its vinegar the same from so many years ago....
