We passed on this place last year as we have a small child, and thought that it was more a dive bar than restaurant. Boy we regret that! We tried it tonight after being told another place was reservation only tonight and we were glad we got turned away at the first place because it would have been hard to beat the food here. We will be back! Don't let the outside deter you from going in and giving this place a shot! The guys bathroom has a mini keg for a urinal which my son thought was the coolest thing ever when he peed in it and it made a tinging sound πŸ˜‚ The mural on the wall was very well done as well! This is definitely a place that proves not to judge a book by its cover!

We were staying in a remote cabin near Blue Eagle and wanted to watch the Orioles playoff game which we couldn't get in our cabin. I called from a local winery we were at and asked if you could put the game on and we'll be over. She said she would. We didn't eat here because we had a reservation at another restaurant. So we just had some drinks and watched the game. The waitress and bartender were great as were the drinks. The girl could make drinks for sure. She was wearing glasses and didn't get her name. I requested a Alabama Slammer and she looked it up and made it perfectly even though she never made one before. And the drinks were reasonably priced. Will definitely come back if we stay in that area again.

Been stopping a the Blue Eagle for almost 20 years when it opened for service. This last owner has did some work on the building(nice). Food and music was good. Will return next year when we come up from Houston.

Excellent food, great service and everything is reasonably priced. You won't regret stopping here. They also have live music and outdoor dining. We'll be back!

We went for dinner. Very comfortable. Had Jerk Burger and fries. One of best burgers of my life. Staff VERY friendly and welcoming. Going back tomorrow for another burger and music.

Monday trivia night is cool. Wait staff answers questions about the menu but are not accurate with their responses. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was supposed to have melted Bleu cheese on it but it was drenched in Bleu cheese dressing instead. Discrepancies exist on the menu with the sauces on the coconut shrimp app and basket, but it is the same sauce. $1.99 add on for three generic pickle slice, slaw, and fries versus their own chips seems high for the quality served. Background music is much louder than it needs to be.
