The service isn't bad at all. But the treatment received regarding payment deserves even less than one star. Estimated payment of €300 for one cycle, which became 340 because I asked to pay at the second meeting (not having all the cash with me due to a theft I had just suffered). The girls are kind and good, the owner decided after being asked, without even bothering to speak to me. Obviously I'll finish the cycle and won't come back. Sin.

Unfortunately my experience was negative. I purchased a large package of anti-aging facial treatments. Although the owner had guaranteed me more or less evident results from the first time with a plumping effect, I obtained ZERO results, I complained to the girls several times without actually obtaining a comparison. I wanted to do the treatments until the end even though I wasn't seeing results because I didn't want to feel like I would have to finish them to get a result. I'm not the argumentative type, but I decided to have my say. Save only the kindness of the girls even if they didn't listen to me.

2023: Low prices compared to other centres. €33 per session. If you do a package of 12 it costs €28 and if you do it during this period with the promotion it costs €25 per session. 2024: I was wrong to trust because the girls at the centre, at the time of booking and paying for the 8-session package, told me that generally after 8 sessions the hair on a boy's chest and armpits disappears, in reality I have had them 12 (once a month) plus 3 maintenance since you had to do the maintenance as claimed by them (every two months) and I understood that I had to go there all your life every few months for the maintenance, because in reality it shortens your life only. And in fact, after I was no longer able to do the maintenance for a few months for other reasons, they all grew back and were as long as before the 8 sessions (therefore the result of personal experience). You might as well use a clip-on razor or wax. I discovered that the diode laser does not eliminate them completely but temporarily. In fact it is done in a beauty centre. (I was told this by a surgeon from a private center also in Modena, so I am reporting what I understood through experience). On the other hand, the Alexandrite laser, which is only done in private medical centers, is permanent and after 4-5 sessions (not 12) you really won't grow any more. In fact I have already had 2 sessions and I already have almost none left, this Alexandrite one is much more effective on me than the diode one (I measured it directly on myself so there is little to dispute because I am one myself proof). It's a shame that I trusted it, but on the other hand, until you try it, it's difficult to know for sure whether it works or not. In fact, in the initial interview they tell you that the number of sessions depends from person to person. But that most men solve with the 8 session package. I spent around €800 for those 15 sessions I think in total. Now with the one for Alessandrite that I do in a private practice in Modena it costs me €120 per session but after 5 sessions it should be permanent. We'll see if it's true. It is certainly much more effective than this one with the diode. (Since, as I said before, the diode didn't solve anything for me and I grew back exactly as before the treatment)... I write it for fairness and to help others like me who were looking for concrete testimonies from those who have already done it. Thanks for wasting my time, more than money, which wasn't even too much. The important thing is to know clearly that it doesn't completely eliminate your hair for life. Or that with some it could even take double the number of sessions, i.e. 16, so one is already counting on double the money to spend. P.s. they have changed the name/management of this beauty center twice in 2 years so that's another thing that hasn't convinced me of them. First Biolaser then Made in Beauty, then who knows if they will change again next year. And one of the beauticians who did my hair removal, I often chatted with her, told me that before Biolaser they were called differently again. So they have already had three different names and management and this demonstrates the non-seriousness of the company, as logic suggests.. There is no point in replying to me by threatening me with defamation because it is all the result of my direct experience as I have fully explained. I have been doing reviews for years all over Europe so I have no reason to write false things since doing reviews is free on Google Maps. I have millions of views which prove my seriousness as a reviewer. If you want, I will attach the invoices of what I spent and the proof that before made in beauty they were called Biolaser and what they were called even before I arrived. There are also many who approve of what I say because they like this review, but every time I change it the likes are automatically removed. And I change it because the beauty center promptly copies and pastes the previous response to me, saying that it is a crime of defamation, but no, because everyone is free to review any activity and experience that can be had on a Google Maps location, and you have to accept it

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I purchased the LASER package with 8 sessions on 8 zones. Armpits, complete legs, complete crotch. It didn't help anything, 4 months after the treatment, the hair returned on all areas and points. Furthermore, they assured me that with the monthly payment by card I would save money. Definitely no. The figure equals 1,200.00. Their EXCUSE!? That the treatment varies from subject to subject. All nonsense. Shame!!!

Excellent welcoming and professional centre. I performed a hair thinning treatment and it met expectations more or less. However, I would like to say that you need to be careful about the duration of the treatment (epilation) you choose and leave yourself a wider margin than expected. I really like this center, a colleague recommended it to me for laser cleansing, I started by doing only the groin to see how I felt about it and seeing that it was super effective and the girls were very professional and kind I extended the package by doing the main parts of the body. I then received a promo for the Fast Tonic treatment and decided to do a package of 12 sessions. I was satisfied with the results and even though I live an hour away I prefer to come to this centre! In no other place have I found so much kindness, customer care and so much ability to understand my needs and know how to advise me! Not to mention the excellent value for money and the possibility of paying in installments for the services you use at zero interest. Five well-deserved stars! Thanks to everyone!

I performed total body laser hair removal, for a total of about 20 sessions, I still have most of the hair on my arms, armpits and groin. I do not recommend.

I am absolutely not satisfied with the service, at the beginning they are mostly sellers not beauticians, they convince you to pay a package of at least €1000 in a single instalment, when in other centers you can easily pay one session at a time. And the results are absolutely not what I expected, they convince you at the beginning but when you start it's a completely different thing, I was doing the total body, in 20 minutes they were already finished, when for a job done well it would take at least 1 hour and a half . After not seeing any results they said it was due to my hormonal problem, and I noticed that they told many other people this. I highly advise against it

Tried it for the first time today and am very satisfied. The girl who looked after me was very professional, friendly and kind, she listened to my needs and satisfied my requests without annoying insistence. Laser annoying at the right point, to look beautiful you have to suffer a little but I suffer more with waxing, especially on the face. New modern clean place, friendly and professional staff. I'll be back for sure, I already have the next appointment. I'm very sure it works, already at the first session some hairs died...
