I was invited by the carp streamers swimming vigorously. Nature itself! The fact that there is only a well-maintained parking lot and promenade is very popular. There is only one portable toilet, so it seems like it would be a good idea to come and finish your errands.

2022/1/30 I heard that it was a swan flying area, so I went there just before dusk. I think they were Tundra Swans, and there were a lot of them. It's very friendly. There seem to be a lot of wild birds around here, so it would be fun to observe them.

Around 10am on December 24th, although there were not many swans, they were approaching. There are portable toilets and free parking.

There were still about 200 birds. I'll probably be back next week.

My destination was Joso Roadside Station, and I stopped by along the way with my dog. A natural swan can be seen in the meandering area of a quiet river! It was amazing to see them play in the water and take off in a majestic manner. Two birds flew overhead.

The parking lot has gravel and temporary toilets. The width of the promenade is very wide. I didn't know there was a place like this nearby.

The parking lot for this plaza is located in a marsh and is not paved. There is no playground equipment, but there is a temporary road built to transport the mud that has accumulated in the swamp, and you can walk along it to explore the swamp, especially in winter, where you can observe swans. You can enjoy it.

New Year's Day 2023. Right off the main road. Immediately go down the gravel road to the left. before entering the village. Even a swan is large and impressive. The atmosphere is not as good as Tenjinyama Park to the north. However, this one is more friendly and you can see it up close. There was one mute swan. The one whose neck is black with mud (not because the water is dirty, but because it sticks its neck in when collecting roots in the water for food) is said to be a whooper swan. It seems that there are about 10 birds. Tundra swans and whooper swans are said to depart around the beginning of March.

Compared to before, parking lots and other areas have been improved, making it much easier to come. We don't feed them in Tenjin, so there are quite a few swans even during the day. The special feature here is that you can see swans with black heads stuck in the mud. However, when I went, there wasn't a single pintail duck. Instead, I forgot the name, but there was a small duck.
