😠 I received the PCR test on 28th Dec, 2021 for going to China. As a Taiwanese, I asked the staff at counter to issue the PCR test certificate with my travel document iD, which I would use for boarding. But the staff insisted on issuing with my ‘passport’ number, which had finally resulted in refusal... People often mention test, results, certificate, Shinjuku, staff,

SHAME ON YOU. At 16,000JPY for a PCR test (150$+)... That is just another of these scam clinics who take advantage of the sanitary conditions the world is in to make a big buck on the back of people who need to travel to visit their family after such a long time. On top of that, the certificate they deliver is not even print friendly as the characters didn't even appear at printing, instead I had a bunch of squares.

The cheapest PCR test in Tokyo, 16,000yen tax included. Good customer service. Result can be get to the mail within 2-4 hours. Highly recommended for the English PCR report for the overseas travelers

I received the PCR test on 28th Dec, 2021 for going to China. As a Taiwanese, I asked the staff at counter to issue the PCR test certificate with my travel document iD, which I would use for boarding. But the staff insisted on issuing with my ‘passport’ number, which had finally resulted in refusal of my health code approval :( Now I need to receive the certificate with the right number as I had asked in the first place and re-submit for health code approval in a very short lead-time. I am very unhappy about this experience..the staffs were not professional enough.

This place is there just to make money. No service whatsoever. Booked both a PCR as well as an antigen test, but six (!) days later, still waiting for the results and no response from the Medical Team. Seems they lost my blood sample - as a result I had to cancel my flight. Would recommend going somewhere else if you want to be sure to get your results on time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Individual administering the test made a rude side comment. On top of that this clinic botched/contaminated the results and gave me a false positive. This resulted in unnecessary stress, delays, and costs. Three other clinics produced negative antigen and PCR results. Go elsewhere if you can.

I booked TMC Shinjuku last minute due to complications in previous PCR test timing (for negative cert), and was in urgent need for same day issuance before my flight. I took the test at 10.40am on a weekday, and the test results was released to MySOS at 2.55pm (just 4+ hours later). The staff was professional and helpful, accommodated English, and everything was completed in 5 mins, from registration to completion (nasal swab). The cost of 16,000 yen is the cheapest for the same day, and the location is B2 of Seibu Shinjuku Station. Highly recommended!!!

Very efficient. Booked online, tested and collected results without any hassle. Though they might say printed certificate will also work for travel (not accepted easily by the airport authority)but you must collect the hard copy that they provide in the clinic with the real red stamp.

Had a PCR test December 14th. Everything went well. The clinic was a little bit hard to find (under the Prince Hotel) and the test is too expensive for what it is, of course, but a least the process was smooth and I received the results just 3 hours after. I would recommend this place.

My experience here was good. I booked online the pcr test for travelling and at the same day of the test they sent a mail with the test result. You can also take your test result at the clinic on the next day. If you don't receive the confirmation of the appointment via mail, I suggest you to call the clinic, they are very kind and could help you to solve the problem. For the travel certificate I suggest you to pay attention to the name, they might switch the first name with the second name.

Some staff are very helpful though they are not flexible and don't allow you to book the same day or walk-in. I'm giving it 1 star because it took more than 3 hours to receive my test result. So yes, another day wasted in quarantine.

Its probably the cheapest PCR test in Tokyo, 16,000yen tax included. Very polite staff and the results appeared in the MySOS app 4 hrs after my test done at 3pm. The test was completed in like 10mins. The order of first name/last name on the cert appeared correctly as in my passport. Its at the basement 1 level of Prince Hotel Shinjuku, not difficult to find.

Booked PCR test for travelling through the web, a bit far from Shinjuku station. It's on the ground floor at Shinjuku prince hotel. Went there with passport and installed mysos, checked my details match with passport. And then paid and quickly continue to the test, very quick like one minute and done. Can leave immediately. Test at 6pm and I got the result through the app at 8.20pm. very fast! Thank you!

I used Team Medical Shinjuku PCR test to travel to Sri Lanka today and I was able to successfully depart from Narita airport, and arrive at Colombo using the original certificate. Process was very efficient, as to book online and get the test done at the lab. I received my results via email around 2-3 hours after the test, however, I visited the next morning to get my original certificate. Even the staff was very helpful at all times. Also, this was the cheapest PCR testing center I found in Shinjuku for overseas travels. Therefore, my experience is great with them.
