Had lunch here (ordered the flemish stew). Overall the food was fine - however the service could be a lot better. We came during a weekday lunch (the restaurant was mostly empty). Perhaps they were busy with something else we could not see, but not only was it difficult to get the waiters’ attention, they were also slow to take orders and finalize the bill once they were made aware.

I love Brussels grills but i will never go to this specific one never again. I have it multiple attempts and it's horrible! I ordered a steak medium rare and SPECIFICALLY asked to get a thick, normal steak because last time i received two tiny fillets stacked on each other and overcooked. This time, i got a thick steak BUT SLICED IN THE MIDDLE to create a long flat fillet, absolutely overcooked and burnt. How can this place call itself a GRILL RESTAURANT? My partner ordered linguine scampi, but after a good minute of looking for any sign of shrimps we found out that the shrimps are so hard and overcooked that they shrinked into minimal sizes. Horrible. Beer is good but when it comes to food, Brussels Grills on De Brouckere does way better job.

Steaks and lamb was fatty. Service was terrible. Server spoke no English and should have sent us to another server. Food hot cold.

The food is good and exactly what is expected at these prices. The portions are generous. The service is friendly and helpful. I was a little bit disappointed by the Caesar salad as i’m used to a more fried rather than grilled chicken and the greens being more lettuce rather than spring greens.

Perfect Belgian-style food experience and atmosphere. Really nice place for relaxing or having fun with family or friends with amazing Belgian food.

These steak houses are brilliant. Nearly like the Aberdeen steak houses in London. Very good value. I didn’t get there this time as I arrived late into Brussels. Then the next day I got the Eurostar back to London.

We were a bit late but some beautiful waitress welcomed us nicely 😊. And our food was also served so quick 🙏🏿.

Brussels Grills is a safe choice for good meat, cooked to your liking, and for typical Belgian dishes (carbonnades, ribs,...). Mussels are also very good. The rib steak is particularly tender and I was never disappointed. The salad and side dressing isn't exceptional, fries are ok. I was never too impressed with other dishes (fried calamari, pasta,...), but still a good quality overall. In this Brussels Grills Toison d'or, the service was good, people were kind and the food arrived quickly. A small mistake with the check at the end but easily solved. All in all we'll come back.

The food was pretty damn good but the waiters was in rush and did mistake. I ordered my steak medium but they brought it well-done. And my fried ordered it well-done and they brought it mediuk rare.

I got the food within 5 minutes after I ordered. That’s super fast. I ordered medium-rare rip-eye steaks. It looks more like a “rare” but it’s anyway. I finished them all 😋

Lovely and cheap, by Brussels standards. Professional and kind personnel. Location is good, just 15 minutes away from the grand place.

Good selection of drinks. Not much change of food menu since many days. During lunch hour, the response time of the waitress can be a little more.

Location is nice but they need to hire more staff. They had only one person working the entire floor. It took 20 minutes from sitting down to get our order and another 20 minutes to get our drinks.

They do ‘buy one get one free’ for their spare ribs on delivery apps. I found their advertisement pretty dishonest - I have ordered their ribs several times, and this time it was 2/3 size than normal. I like their ribs and I would purchase regardless of advertisement. But I don’t buy dishonesty.

Thats the place for meat lovers, specially if you love grilled food. I've been visiting here from many years and I must say the taste is as original as it was the first time. They have good choices in menu for all sort of meat. Beef steak is really famous here. Budget is around 12 to 25 euros but tasty and worthy food.

Service was too slow due to an unexpected rush but the waitresses tried their best. Was expecting a tourist trap but it's not. Food is very good at reasonable price.

I had a really embrassing bad experience from this resturant- Few days ago as I was sitting with my friend to eat a steak we've been waiting for a waiter to let us sit 15 minutes as we tried to get the waiter's attention and he didn't really care/any other worker cared (the resturant wasn't busy at all) finally after 15 minutes we were sitting and ordered while my friend tried to figure out some information about the menu the waiter didn't have patient at all and wasn't talking patiently to him after few minutes he came back to us and said we need to pay before we get our food in statment that the place is busy at the moment and this is how they work now, he also forced us to leave a 10% tip which I don't see why because the service was awful!! it felt weird because it's the first time we pay in advance for food and what if we wanted to order a desert or more drinks? people kept sitting in the resturant next to us and as they ordered they were never asked to pay in advance We felt so embrassed and because we are classic people we ate our food and left this shameless resturant and we will never come back I'm sorry that I havn't filmed the situtatio because I'm sure that would leave everyone in shock. The waitress had a bit brow skin and tattoes

It was very nice lunch in Brussels! The steaks were delicious, perfectly done! I ordered a medium rare steak and it was prepared just as it should be - juicy and tasty meat. There was no problem to sit our large group of people. Service was very kind and professional.

This place has great sized grilled main dishes, amazing tasting appetizers and great beer. I really recommend the parmesan cheese croquette me and my wife had for starters. If you're ever really hungry at dinner time jn Belgium, hit up this place.
