It is okay for one night. It has parking and is sufficiently close to town. It was clean but the pillows could be changed, as they were hard/lumpy. We didn't use the pool, but it looks nice.

I give this hotel 5 stars for the value. Nice clean hotel with not too many rooms. The pool is one of the highlights. Rooms are fitting to the price. It is clean and quiet at night. The whole property is in a courtyard with parking. The only drawback is the distance from the center. It is good to have a car, but you can take a taxi or a long walk.

We loved our stay here. It was very nice, calm. We ha the pool alone for ourselves and enjoyed breakfast there. Staff was very friendly too.

The area is fantastic and friendly. Lots of Ancient Ruins within walking distance. The hotel has parking inside the complex and the rooms are a few steps within the pool. Plenty of lounging seats and the staff is very attentive. You can even buy beer from their fridge at the front desk. WiFi is decent and the rooms are more than enough for anyone to get a comfortable goodnight rest.

Pros: -Nice and big rooms. -Cheap and comfortable. Has AC, hot water and wifi. Cons: -The floor had a lot of dust. -At 2am a train woke us up. -Slow wifi. Despite all of that, considering the price, I would stay again.

This is a former hacienda turned into a hotel. It is magnificent and affordable. Pool is clean, rooms are spacious. If you want the experience of living in a hacienda, I highly recommend this place.

Had a great stay at Hotel Hacienda Izamal and would definitely return if back in the area. The hotel had great water pressure and hot water. Additionally, the rooms were well kept and very clean. The town center and most restaurants are 15 minutes away, but a taxi ride is only 30 pesos. However, being away from the town center, the hotel has minimal to no road noise.
