OK hotel with acceptable amenities. Only downside is that there is no restaurant for any dining other than a simple continental breakfast. You can't even use the coffee machines out of breakfast hours. However, being within 150m of 'CentrO', Germany's largest shopping mall, there's a host of options available outside of the hotel. Parking is fine at €5 per night but you must pay in advance at check-in, and spaces are not always available. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms are completely sufficient for both business travellers or families alike. Modern TVs in the rooms accept streaming for either Android or Apple devices, so with the fast free WiFi as part of the standard facility, your televisual entertainment is on a par with your own home choices. I booked this place as part of a package deal with 'Movie Park Germany'. If you're looking for a great place to base yourself at good value for money, this is it...

Very nice and modernized Hotel, Directly in front of Westfield Centro and all attractions were nearby, there is only Cold Breakfast available which was good for a three Star Hotel. only problem was one of the Staffs named „Kostas“ who was very impolite and his reaction to a Kid was very Rude.

Hotel was nice and clean with a very modern feel. Staff friendly and helpful. It’s situated right opposite the large Westfield Centro shopping centre, great if you like your retail therapy.

The location is just a 100 meters away from Westfield malls and Christmas market. The staffs are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok.

My only complaints is- there is no wardrobe in room! Everything else is great. Breakfast was great, rooms are fine,everything was clean,and prices are afordable!

I won’t be lying if I said one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The rooms are CLEAN as if they were new. The location is superb and accessible to many cities in Germany other than being right across the road from the amazing CenterO Westfield mall. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extra friendly. Way to go!

Modernised hotel with loads of free parking in the neighborhood. Breakfast was very good but some products were sold out fairly quickly.

Tiny hotel just across the street (literally) from the Westfield Centro mall (the largest in Europe), free breakfast was included with my stay, friendly staff and conveniently there is a free fast Covid testing station on the parking lot, just scan the QR code, fill out the form and 15 minutes later you get your results via email

Nice, modern and very clean hotel, the rooms are very comfortable. The service is good and the staff is very professional and friendly. What's also great is that the hotel is just a short walk from the CentrO shopping centre and the promenade where there are plenty of restaurants for all tastes. But too bad, there's no refrigerator in the room and whenever I stayed there, the parking lot (5€/d) was always full or I would have given 5⭐

Great hotel, newly refurbished, very clean but what stood up was the night shift person Steven Denkowitz who went way out of his way to accommodate me and my family with 2 young children when we checked in at night. His customer service level was phenomenal and he was extremely kind and caring. He made our day. Thank you Steven. You are a real asset to this hotel.

A modern and comfortable hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness that I found excellent. I had chosen it for a business trip for the number of good services that there are in the surroundings. Unfortunately, due to the Covid, it was not possible to fully enjoy it. But the hotel is recommended and I will be back.

The options available at breakfast is not very impressive. In fact, It's just basic - nothing fascinating. However, the staff are super nice and helpful - everyone also spoke English. Parking is available too. Besides its proximity to the Centro, there's not much to do around the hotel.
