I wonder isko 4 star rating kese mili hui h but then i remembered mujse b 5 star rating maang ra tha ye while doing hair color.. i got my kertin treatment and hair color and now m facing severe hairfall .. keratin hardly 1 month chla .. nkli products use krke pese kmata h .. and he charged a lot of money .. pathetic service .. worst experience.. 1 star se b koi niche rating hoti to I would have given him that! He promised me that keratin 5-6 months chlega and than when i called him after a month than he completely denied ki hm to kbi ese bolte hi ni h .. jhooth bolke logo ko loot ta h .. not gonna go a long way!!

Good service still room for improvement in management for sure. Staff behaves nice while booking the appointment but takes forever to do the work. My wife was told hair cut and color will take 1.5-2 hours but it took 5 hours. She was made seat 1.5 hours just for nothing. Msg to staff: Start respecting other's time.
