Very bad experience hotel staffs insulting and arrogant, they denied to check in while my booking confirmed one day before through OYO, they wanted extra money per person addition to Oyo site offered, other wise go and do whatever you can go to hell maine dharamsala nai khona hai... This is exactly statment made by Receptionist, in front of all not only me even they insult 2 more guests excluding me. Don't go this property

Denied room on qouted price, they charged Rs 700 however the price was around 400. Room and toilet were not cleaned, towel and soap wasn't available.. reception staff and owner were mannerless

Ridiculous staff. Beside you have online booking, they refuse that booking and tell for the another ofline booking with double rates. No matter you have online booking, they insist you for another booking with double rates. Very bad hotel. Uploaded room photos and actual room is totally different. Fraud hotel.

We got ac rooms at discounted price, for which we had to bargain a little. Room was good. TV was there but can't watch it because subscription of tata sky was over😄. Walls witnessed party cello tapes and cold drinks stains. AC was average, rooms were spacious, washroom was clean with 24x7 water supply, chilled drinking water was provided free of cost. A big cabinet and a pair of table & chairs were provided. Food was also available on demand with extra charge. I would recommend for budget travelers.

Worst hotel...worst staff behaviour...I booked on MMT, they denied my booking coz they want more money...I faced so much issues because of them.. My two hours totally wasted...totally waste of money n time....worst staff I HV ever seen

Your hotel denied to provide me a room in same rate as booked in your app. Hotel blue moon give me same room in 3 times extra charge .

Receptionist is rude and use wrong information and ask for 200 more for stay. And not provide and soap and towel. Worst hotel and 3rd call service.
