We
had
a
terrible
experience
at
Sayaji
and
gone
through
mental
stress
during
hosting
an
event.
As
we
hosted
an
engagement
party
in
a
pearl
banquet
hall.

can
they
serve
cold
tea???
1)
banquet
manager
we
meet
for
the
booking
was
not
at
all
impressive
Being
a
5
star
hotel
he
was
harsh
and
rigid
with
every
statement
no
flexibility
was
there
.
He
was
like
my
hand
my
rules.
2)
coming
to
banquet
vendor
they
have
provide
kept
the
sofa
set
(white)
wit
torn
seat
and
some
red
and
brown
stain
on
it
where
to
be
bride
and
groom's
had
going
to
sit.
we
asked
them
to
change
the
white
sheet
as
it
looks
dirty
over
mattress
on
the
stage
where
we
have
to
do
the
rituals
.
The
person
incharge
over
there
said
WHY
YOU
ARE
SAYING
THINGS
TO
ME?????

the
attitude
of
staff
.
They
are
not
allowing
outside
vendors
and
they
cannot
manage
their
own
vendor
.

the

they
haven't
cleaned

trashy

we
have
booked
them

tea
and
coffe
with
cookies
after
Lunch
and
every
single
guest
was
returning
the
tea
and
coffee

it

not
hot

Still
they
were
serving
cold
tea
.our
guest
where
not
happy
so
where
we.SEE

we
had
ordered
a
cake
for
ceremony
these
people
had
written
earlier
that
cake
cutting
table
will
be
provided
by
hotel
but
they
brought
a
table
in
front
of
over
guest
kept
at
the
centre
and
than
putting
table
cover
over
it
and
then
they
kept
it
over
stage
.
How
embarassing
it
was
THIS
IS
HOSPITALITY
OF
5
STAR
HOTEL.
After
party
they
haven't
served
cake
to
a
single
guest
and
when
we
asked
about
it
during
late
night
they
said
we
have
served
cake
to
every
guest
but
no
one
of
us
got
the
cake
.
When
we
enquire
for
cake
those
people
had
a
cake
intact
they
haven't
served
to
any
body
in
the
ceremony.
THIS
IS
HOSPITALITY
OF
5
STAR.
They
are
not
even
bothering
that
they
should
bring
the
cake
at
home
along
with
them
as
3
staff
of
5
STAR
HOTEL
SAYAJI
went
with
us
to
our
home
to
take
the
cheque.
They
are
not
even
reminding
us
or
calling
us
that
your
cake
is
with
hotel
kindly
take
it.
There
was
another
function
in
the
evening
so
they
haven't
seen
the
cake
over
there
while
making
arrangements.

management

ceremony
the

over

said

FOR
HOSPITALITY.
Arrangement
can
be
made
anywhere
.so
there
must
be
a
reason
why
we
have
choosen
sayaji
over
hundreds
of
hotel
in
Raipur
We
are
guest
of
sayaji
since
20
years
ago.
SO
NOW....
THEY
HAVE
LOST
THERE
GUEST!!!!!!.
WE
WHERE
GOING
TO
PLAN
-
Birthday
party
of
200
pax
-Wedding
party
for
1500
pax.
After
such
a
bad
behaviour
and
management
of
hotel
WE
HAVE
CANCELLED
OUR
2
EVENT'S
AT
SAYAJI
RAIPUR.
YOUR
SENIORS
SHOULD
LOOK
INTO
THE
MATTER
,
THESE
PEOPLE
ARE
RUINING
THE
IMAGE
OF
5
STAR
HOTEL
SAYAJI.
THESE
PEOPLE
WANT
ONLY
MONEY,
THEY
ARE
NOT
EVEN
BOTHERING
IF
THERE
GUEST
ARE
COMFORTABLE
WITH
THERE
ARRANGEMENT
OR
NOT
THEY
ARE
NOT
INTERESTED
AT
ALL......
NOW
ONWARDS
WE
ARE
ALSO
NOT
INTRESTED.
