We celebrated our new year eve 2022 here with group of friends. They made it worth every penny. Ambience was beautiful decor with lighting, rose petals bed on table along with candle lit. Snacks and drinks were given as committed. Dinner also served with lots of variety and good quality of food. Staff is very cooperative. Overall I highly recommend Roof top restaurants for private or group parties.

Great place to stay at. It gives you the total feeling. I attended an office function which was great with awesome lighting, food, ambience, and staff. Overall got a royal treatment by Miss Sheetal. Food was good, though i expected to see more variety as compared to other luxurious hotels in the area like Marriott hotels. Anyhow it is not a bump in the road just a feedback. Must try.

We had a terrible experience at Sayaji and gone through mental stress during hosting an event. As we hosted an engagement party in a pearl banquet hall. SEE THE MISMANAGMENT OF 5 STAR HOTEL SAYA JI. How can they serve cold tea??? 1) banquet manager we meet for the booking was not at all impressive Being a 5 star hotel he was harsh and rigid with every statement no flexibility was there . He was like my hand my rules. 2) coming to banquet vendor they have provide kept the sofa set (white) wit torn seat and some red and brown stain on it where to be bride and groom's had going to sit. we asked them to change the white sheet as it looks dirty over mattress on the stage where we have to do the rituals . The person incharge over there said WHY YOU ARE SAYING THINGS TO ME????? See the attitude of staff . They are not allowing outside vendors and they cannot manage their own vendor . SEE THE MISMANAGMENT OF 5 STAR HOTEL SAYAJI...!!! 3) chair and table provide by hotel was having torn covers. 4) on the stage behind the sofa set they haven't cleaned some trashy item was there. SEE THE MISMANAGMENT OF 5 STAR HOTEL SAYAJI. 5) coming to the catering we have booked them for tea and coffe with cookies after Lunch and every single guest was returning the tea and coffee aa it was not hot . SERVING COLD TEA.....!!! 6) we had ordered a cake for ceremony these people had written earlier that cake cutting table will be provided by hotel but they brought a table in front of over guest kept at the centre and than putting table cover over it and then they kept it over stage . How embarassing it was THIS IS HOSPITALITY OF 5 STAR HOTEL. After party they haven't served cake to a single guest and when we asked about it during late night they said we have served cake to every guest but no one of us got the cake . When we enquire for cake those people had a cake intact they haven't served to any body in the ceremony. THIS IS HOSPITALITY OF 5 STAR. They are not even bothering that they should bring the cake at home along with them as 3 staff of 5 STAR HOTEL SAYAJI went with us to our home to take the cheque. They are not even reminding us or calling us that your cake is with hotel kindly take it. There was another function in the evening so they haven't seen the cake over there while making arrangements. When we asked them for this type of mis management before beginning the ceremony the staff incharge over there said WHY YOU ARE SAYING TO ME . See the attitude of these guys . Arrangement can be made anywhere .so there must be a reason why we have choosen sayaji over hundreds of hotel in Raipur We are guest of sayaji since 20 years ago. SO NOW.... THEY HAVE LOST THERE GUEST!!!!!!. WE WHERE GOING TO PLAN - Birthday party of 200 pax -Wedding party for 1500 pax. After such a bad behaviour and management of hotel WE HAVE CANCELLED OUR 2 EVENT'S AT SAYAJI RAIPUR. YOUR SENIORS SHOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER , THESE PEOPLE ARE RUINING THE IMAGE OF 5 STAR HOTEL SAYAJI. Excellent hotel with proper location. If you are in a business tour then it's may be your best choice. Airport hardly 15 minutes away and from rail stations its just 20 minutes away. They have complementary car service for airport. Early breakfast also served for early flight ✈ catcher. If you are late you can ask them for pack your breakfast. We take 799 ( without GST) for dinner. Food was awesome. Staff behavior also very nice.

We were here for a family function at the banquet, with the banquet booked for the half day... In the evening, the lights for the entire property were switched on, but the lights of the area where our hi-tea was being served were not switched on, and it took at least 20-25 requests to the banquet manager, but in vain, finally the lights were switched on after giving an earful to the manager, who started making excuses about some issue, which turned out that their control room was locked and some wise person took away the keys and nobody had an idea who had the keys...to top it off the staff had the guts to say that sir, we are busy setting up the dinner for your guests.... The food is good, and people book Sayaji just for food, but the other promises made while booking are highly ignored, and turn out to be hoax

Went here for a family dinner to celebrate a member's birthday. Booked a table for around 10 people, and we chose the buffet option. Only the starters (Veg & Non Veg) and basic main dishes (roti, dal, rice) were worth the taste. The Main non-veg dishes were not that great at all. Vegetarian Options were also pretty decent.

It is a great place to be your wedding destination. The rooms are very nice, hygiene and spacious enough for 3 people. The staff is also cooperative. They have good spacious halls for your wedding functions. Food is amazing, top notch!! They have great variety and taste is super. Location is just behind Magneto mall.

I was here for a lunch and, It's mostly a buffet, good as it is a 5 star premise, the quality of food was good in terms of, freshness and above average taste, nothing outstanding about it. But full marks for ambience and luxury. Its a wanna be fine dine place, except that people coming here are way too loud to let ambience be fine or up class. Live music should also be played at ambient volume level, it's loud enough to make everybody loud on a same table while conversing with each other.

We went for dinner buffet on valentines day. The restaurant was very well decorated with the valentines theme. There was rush but the manager helped us to get the seats and hence begined the hospitality. The managers, attendants, chefs everyone made us feel special. Food was also good and they had a huge variety of things to try. Sweet dishes were awesome to try. In the end they gave us complimentary heart shaped cakes to cut.

Right off the highway and yet a quiet place to stop by. Great amenities and very good service. Special mention for the laundry dept. who looked after my request for an extremely quick turnaround to match my checkout time. Overall, one of the best places to stay and dine in Raipur if you're planning to pamper yourself a little.

A good hotel which lot of business. Went to Horizon, rooftop restaurant - has nice live Hindi music....But only if service could've been more professional.... Who asks your name and mobile number while taking an order ? Will the guest runaway.....that too if a 5 star hotel....

One of the best Sayaji flagship properties... Got a free upgrade to a suite room, the food is really delicious. Overall it is 10 out of 10 for the property. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. Beautiful swimming pool and very good restaurants.

It is well located and rooms are clean and spacious. Room service is slow and the morning breakfast service at the ground floor needs to improve. Breakfast was not laid even at 7 am the staff looked slightly out of sync. Maybe, they required a senior person on the ground. Secondly, newspapers were not available on both days and it was a bit of a let down. In the context of food, they served singhara fish and not rohu. It was disappointing. The hotel is nicely built and the staff is polite. I wish them all the best

Better than other Sayajis if different states i have visited few of them. Had a 72hrs stay here. The food is really good, they have variety of options for breakfast which is quite good. Staff is very well mannered and resolves every little inconvenience to customer with utmost priority. Rooms are ambient, clean, spacious. But still there's a Scope of Improvement here. The party hall is one of the best in Raipur if you are planning to throw a big wedding party this is the right place for it.

To give you an idea of why I gave 3 stars, I visited with my cousin who is a local bureaucrat, and we have both been to many 5-star hotels before. Although my cousin had previously enjoyed the food at your facility and recommended it to me, our experience was disappointing. We waited 20 minutes for a table, which was not properly cleaned and situated next to a bin. We were then served after 30 minutes, and the food took another 45 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, the taste was below average, and we decided to leave mid-meal. I suggest that you improve the quality of food, taste, and service, and inform customers of any expected wait times. While the property and location are good, the food was the reason for my 1-star rating. I hope that you will take this feedback constructively and improve your offerings. hotel provided an average service experience and the food was decent. While the room was spacious but not good quality service and not any outstanding aspects, the stay was generally acceptable without any major issues.

My experience inside the Solis spa at Sayaji Hotel Raipur has been very bad. The therapist here is unprofessional. The way in which the services of a five star hotel are maintained, according to that type itself the ambition of the Spa inside it remains. But here that five star feel did not come. Staff does not know how to talk and is working unprofessionally inside the room! I don't know how this type of spa hotel has maintained it. But Please Spa in its own brand is not true for the hotel.

I had booked three rooms for a family vacation between 21st and 23rd November 2023. Rooms I requested was not provided even after calling them thrice since the time of booking. Wifi is very bad and continuously disconnects.Rooms are badly managed and there are sepages in the rooms. Restaurant on the rooftop is full of mosquitos. Overall a very bad experience. Staff is also non cooperative. Furnitures are very old and in bad shape. However, breakfast provided was good.

Very poor service Manager showed rude behaviour , even general staff was very rude especially the room service representative Soma and Rupali , stayed in the property for 2 nights, Staff is very unprofessional and needs to be thoroughly trained. Food was quite average, Management needs a revamp.

Great place for weddings and functions. We were there for a wedding. Food is excellent. Anything and everything was delicious and served with patience and care. Rooms are good with all basic facilities. Staff is courteous and jovial. The pool is on the terrace giving the view of the city. Pool restaurant and bar is very comfortable.

It was an official event organised on a fine evening for rewarding and recognising the outstanding academic and special achievers children from my organisation. Worst service was observed wherein starters were served too frequently. Behind every 10 rounds of non veg starters there were only 2 rounds of veg ones. Salt was missing in it. Main course was also short of salt for veg menu... In short I will consider serving management was of less concerned about the quality of food as well as services both..

For business or for vacation , this hotel is a very good place to stay and dine. The swimming pool could have been larger but still ok for business travellers. The gym is good and the Spa is an added advantage for relaxation. Overall the best is Raipur.

GO to "Grand Hayatt" Next to It. Details- Food is so much waste of money. and they will not give you totally TASTELESS FOOD at the expense of time. You order at 8pm and you will get food at 9pm. I LOST MY FLIGHT because i decided to have some food there. THERE IS HUGE TIME MISMANAGEMENT there. Don't expect them to be on time, you better choose another hotel. Had a really great experience of having dinner at this hotel. Ambience is really nice and food was great too. Courteous staff and had a good time here. However, the perfume used in the main hall was not good may be due to cooking in the buffet area. Otherwise all good and you will definitely enjoy the stay.

I went to attend marriage of my friend at this hotel. First the positives, the food of the place is excellent, I enjoyed every dish of their breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel has lot of crowd coming in all the time specially at dinner. But the rooms cleanliness, hotels maintenance of the building and garden is not very good. They need to work on the landscapes and clean the glass of hotel regularly to do justice to the construction. Also make sure people don't smoke in non smoking room. It really becomes uncomfortable for them.

Went there for Dinner everything was perfect except the mutton rogan josh, I informed the staff and they have changed the dish completely. So I am a happy customers if they are listening to their customers. Will definitely visit again

One of the best hotels to stay in Raipur, used to be Taj earlier. Their rooftop restaurant Horizon has a great view of Raipur and good food, also has good live music, lighting can be better, mosquitoes is definitely a problem. Breakfast has a good spread, rooms are spacious and well kept, good and prompt staff. Location is very convenient, centrally located, mall is walking distance.

Firstly I am not writing a review for hotel stay, but for the dine part. It's Horizon in the top floor ie. Rooftop, so main is the pricing wrt to taste it's not worth at all. Tried to give a chance to Sayaji because of its brand value but I am totally disappointed. Secondly is the service Too Slow... Even there were only Two to three families. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have a dining experience here.

I was here for lunch along with my colleagues. We close to have buffet lunch, spread was limited and taste was hbekow average I would say. Service lack lustre.. Airconditioning was very poor in fact we had hard time having lunch during this hot summer season at 40 degree Celsius. Not recommended..!

Best hotel in Raipur at an affordable price. Rooms were spacious and with all modern amenities and interior. Service is extremely good, staff are very courteous and highly professional. There is a rooftop swimming pool. Food quality and taste is the best feature of this hotel. Lavish and widespread buffet, includes starters, main course, desserts and drinks. Everything was superb. It was a good experience and completely worth it.

Hotel is ok no doubt, but services in hotel are very very poor. When it comes to Spa service, staff is RUDE and don't know how to speak to guests. The person at front desk (Umesh) was not having proper knowledge. I have been here before but i never faced any issue at this place. There are stand alone outlets which provide better experience. As told to me, some of staff are recently replaced and standards are going down since then.

The stay at Sayaji was absolutely amazing. The hospitality and their food is what stands out the most. Their menu is extensive and the food is excellent. A big thank you to Shivam and his colleagues who helped make my stay and dining experience a wonderful one.
