新潟市から長野方面への長距離移動の途中に海鮮丼モードになったためよらせていただきました。 お品書きをみたら、海鮮丼（写真：1800円＋税）と特選海鮮丼（3800円＋税）がありました。金額に差がずいぶんあったので迷いましたが、ふつうの海鮮丼を注文しました。 結論をいえば十二分でした。中トロ、カンパチ、白身、アジ、甘エビ、イクラ、イカと数の子の和え物、玉子焼といったネタが器に隙間なくならんでいます。一切れも大きいし、なにより美味しい。アジなんかまったく臭みありません。わさびは風味よく甘みを感じるおろしたての本わさびでした。 これで1800円なのだから、特選はどれだけスゴいのかと思います。 なお、評価は料理は文句なく☆５なのですが、大将が従業員の方に説教しがちなところで☆を１つ減らしました。締めるところは締める必要はありますが、客商売なのでそこはお客さんの前ではぐっとこらえてほしいところです。
