This is the best place if you're looking to buy bakery items. They have a variety of wheat based products. Enjoyed the food. One thing I like the most is, self service. This outlet is located in a convenient location, in front of the Wattala Arpico, next to the Hemas hospital. Quality food for a reasonable price.

They sold me a cake which had a very short expire time (not even 24 hours). The cake was already stated to spoil. Standard of this shop is getting worse day by day. Really disappointed with the quality of the products. Always check the expire date before purchase.

Its the worst place i have been to, not worth the money. I ordered this thing called the devilled chicken puffs which was literally ¾th the size of a cream cracker with identical thickness. Its was just a soggy, oily mess. The packing came like a used diaper and the chocolate muffins look like dog food and it tasts old and dry. These people doesnt even know how donuts look like, it was very small and dry.

Considering the quality, price is reasonable. The cakes are always on point. Servers are also great, efficient and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to get short-eats or cakes! 🍰🥐🥧🌭🍔

Good place to hangout for a quick snack as well as quick lunch. Of course, Breadtalk takes fresh baked bakery items to a whole new level with a range of choices. Further you can land up here for a coffee. However, prices are bit higher.

I had a bad customer service. I told the food i tasted seems to be gone off. But the chefs and the manager ate a piece of it and tried to convince me that's it's fine. They didn't even bother to ask if they could supplement it with someother or a new one. Such a shame of how you treat your customers. I had been coming here at least 4times a week. Not any more.

Just two years ago I made a comment on with a 03 star "Everytime we make visit only few varieties are available Everytime we make visit only few varieties are available" Since yesterday I was calling BreadTalk Wattala inquiring whether they have "Baquette" and they informed its finished. When I called today (1819Hrs) to BreadTalk Wattala they stated that they no longer make "Baquette" - Wonder why the Quality is becoming down every day instead of increasing? The staff too has no patiences and they were in BIG HURRY to HANG UP. However I called just from opposite of Breadtalk to inquire and i see that there was absolutely NO CROWD on this POYA DAY. Their focus is on some other interest. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The shop near at Hemas hospital. Food is good and tasty. Clean, well maintained and convenient location for most and anyone can buy many food items like pastries, short eats, buns, cool drinks etc. under one roof. The price is more expensive. Parking facility available in front of the shop. Shop opens at 6.30 a.m. A/C facility available.

Some Staff is unpleasant, rude and way over their head. Cashier act as he is the owner of the Bread Talk. Place is clean and spacious.

Worst customer service ever & definitely unprofessional! - Sharp at 9:55 am I placed an order and reconfirmed the delivery with contact number that’s given for bread-talk on pick me (76) 364 2823. They confirmed the order and I waited for over 30 mins and the rider was assigned for pick up too. Few minutes later pick me says order is cancelled and when I contact the breadtalk Wattala branch they said “ yes we can accept & also cancel orders” , no power cut so we cannot bake ! That’s totally understandable with the current situation, but there’s something called informing the customer and way of talking! Later then when I contacted the head office number (76) 364 2823, this loser he said he cannot do anything about it ! VERY WELL DONE BREADTALK, not even a road side shop would treat customers like you guys do. Proof of order and calls attached with this review

Always has the best tasting bakery items at Bread Talk. A peaceful area to sit and have your grub. I haven't been here in a while, but decided I should be here more often. The variety of items is really good and the cleanliness is always at a high level. Self service really helps you to take your own time and decide what you want. There is ample parking regardless of it being in a body central area. Great service all on all gets 5 star rating from me.

Today is the first day i visited this bakery. Its very disappointing that they had sold me a bun which was not baked( golden chicken ) . I called the bakery and spoke to a person who claimed that he was the manager ( Mr.Rohana). As soon as i told the issue, he admitted its their fault and the buns were not baked. He was willing to give me a refund. But my question is, whats the point of me driving from colombo 13 to wattala and buying breakfast? To get a refund? I asked him to send me properly baked buns and gave my address as well. He said its not possible and he wanted me to give him a chance. Even a stall in aluthkade would act more responsible than this bakery manager. The invoice number is w13820. I told him i am sorry and i am gona put it up online, and he didnt give a flying fish about it. The company may be big, but after this i feel like its just a big piece of +×÷=. Dont visit this bakery guys. That outta my personal experience.
