Good

There are few shops but mostly office rooms. There are few lifts but I'm not sure about structure of the walkway. There is a large parking space, a church top of the building. Another thing is I saw some minors smoking around abandoned rooms and they are running around and screaming some times by interrupting what ever you doing. I haven't seen more than one security here. There is a factory nearby, It makes too much noice 24h so this isn't a quiet here. Please note my last experience was 1 year earlier. So I don't know the exact situation right now.

Very dirty place bird droppings urgently needs washing of the facades in the state of building no rental possible and risk to human heath

I have been in orex city for more than 9 yrs and it's still has the same feeling and look around it. It has many shops and it's a great place for many travellers to visit here.

It's just like a no man area, only pharmacy , veterinary & Cargills super mkt performing well..
