I was too scared to get in because it smelled like actual pee. This hotel is the worst. When i saw the bed and the room i was ready to start crying. The entire room smels really bed. The linnen was old and dusty, the fan was nog proparly working. Would not send anyone here. If you have to wait alot of hours for your plane. Better place to stay is at the aiport on the floor. Is much cleaner then this place.

I recently visited this Hotel near the airport, located in a pleasant area. The staff was friendly and provided good services. We could watch flights from the bed and enjoy the scenery from the corridors. However, the hotel had some issues: a dirty mark on the wall, no proper door lock, hot water problems in the shower, issues with the lift, and I was not satisfied with their bedsheets. This Hotel possesses undeniable potential, with its welcoming staff and scenic location. However, addressing the persistent maintenance issues and upgrading certain amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience and secure its reputation as a top choice near the airport.

We just arrived to this place and while we tried to park our vehicle the person in the reception came out and told "you know you can't park here right" in a very rude tone.The only spot which was available was there or else we would be blocking the entrance for the "hotel" if we parked in the other available spot.He sounded annoyed just because the vehicle was being parked close to another vehicle.Not a good first impression for their customers at all.Also, the rooms don't look as they are in these photos.The bedsheets are smelly as if they have never been changed since forever.Bathroom is in bad condition.Please do not book this place even if you want to stay for a one night sleepover. This is a rotting abandoned building which has been partially renovated and stopped construction midway due to insufficient funds. I got overcharged by 20% when I arrived at the hotel, instead 4552 Sri Lanka Rupes listed on Booking.com I had to pay 5395 Sri Lanka Rupes. The execus of the hotel was that they were using a 'default' dollar course of 240 instead of the actual of 202.7 that booking.com uses, weird to use a foreign currency as bench mark... I stay for about 7 hours at the hotel, most of the time there was no electricity, so no fan, no airco, no shower, no wifi, but with mosquitoes. On the booking website they also stated a free airport transport but my friend got charged 2000 Rupes and a couple days later I got charged 1000 Rupes, for a 5 minute ride. Totally got scammed here. Do not come to this hotel. 23th of September, I went to this hotel at 3.30 early in the morning. I gave 5500 rupies (charge per day) and went to sleep. At 7 am, someone just opened my room and immediately reclosed it once he realised I got awake. I tried to call him while he went up from the staircase but he did not look back. I was confused but continued to sleep as I was tired. Later when I tried to get out of my room, I realised that the door could not be locked. I went to the admission office and the person who went to my room at 7 am was standing there. I told him that my room could not be locked and he claimed that I must have broken it. I asked why he came to my room in the morning and he claimed that he "needed to check who was in which room". Which did not make any sense as they have a log book where every person is listed in (I had to hand over my identity card to get in and only got it back when I left). The person who led me to the room at night also joined and also insisted that I am responsible for the lock of the room.
