    Worst response from telephone operator. I'm calling last two weeks for book an appointment, she haven't any polite manner to handle the customer, since two weeks appointment are full. very disappointed, please update or tell previously to all customers if they need to book an appointment call before 7.30am or kindly update the open time correctly in web so customers will call 7.30am. Be nice to customers, they are calling for seek help from you, not for fun.

    I went to Hemas Hospital to have my son's vaccination. No busy and no crowded at the time I went there, around 11:00 am. Having enough space in the car park, hospital inside having a lot seating capacity and saw several reception counters for different appointments. Have to consult the doctor before vaccination and it is of fee Rs.440/-. And have to buy the injection separate. Then have to go to vaccination room and there is very kind master there, and he did it very kindly, no hurry for him, took his time and did it carefully, my son didn't cry much and he said it was not painful. So, I'm happy, Have good toilets, and on the first floor there is a canteen. And there is a kids play area, but nothing to play. Anyway the paintings are nicer and attractive.

    Poorly organized hospital. I visited to consult a Specialized VOG after open the country back due to the Covid pandemic. Usually we are consult a Doctor in private hospital, because we want to talk with Doctor in more details. I visited my wife, because she is pregnant. But the management allows enter only the patient. As a husband and wife we both need to talk to the Doctor. Even I have explained the situation, they didn't let me in and. They do this to prevent spreading Corona. Even this is not a good solution to prevent social gathering, I had to obey. But could see there is no such social distance maintaining out side the door. They have only 4 hand operated taps out side and lot of people stick together at that point to wash their hands. This is a kind of a joke, without letting husband and wife to discuss with the doctor and giving poor facilities to their customers against the government request. I have visited other private hospitals also for some medical treatment purposes during the pandemic, and they are not behaving like this. Disgusting place. Don't consult doctors hear.

    Superb service .. well trained and well disciplined kind staff... They were very helpfull.. Food was with good quality and taste.. Rooms are clean .. Very happy to give 5 stars.. Charges are also reasonable and fair... Thank you hemas team..

    Rude nurses and very poor customer service. I was late to the place and they kept me wait. While i am waiting they took a person who came without an appointment. This refers to your reply Dr. That patient had a appointment for next day not that day. I was there watching all these things. So you cannot lie me. And i am pregnant and it was very difficult to sit on the small benches you have kept for patient. I understand you gave priority to the patients with appointments. And pls note i was late only 1 hr. Not 2 hrs. I think you should not talk to your patients rudely. You better recruit new assistants who are with good attitudes. Also you should not reply this rude to the reviews you get. I refer all other reviews also.

    Very poor service we cant get any information through phone call they just keep telling they will get back but no one get back to us. And also staff should know they get paid their salaries cuz of there patients. For an immediate info no one is there to reply promptly. Terrible. This must take up to the relavant management this is the worst hospital service i have ever EXPERIENCED in my life

    The best dentist I have met and he’s kind and very professional. I was comfortable in both mentally and physically during his treatments and also the staff is very attentive. Entire place is super clean. should book an appointment in prior before visiting. Which i feel as a good method rather than waiting for hours.

    Exceptionally happy with the service. Everything is very well organized. Handling a patient with dental problem requires lot of patience from the doctor and this doctor knows very well to understand from the patient's point of view. I had my tooth extracted with minimum pain and doctor was really supportive realizing that I was very nervous to go ahead. Due to the COVID situation the patients count is very much high so you might have to wait beyond the appointment time but they take patients as quickly as possible. Better make an early appointment to avoid any delays. Highly recommended and affordable as well.

    I regularly visiting the place for all my dental needs. Recently i did a root canal filling. Price is reasonable im highly satisfied with the work. You have to book an appointment before visit. Limited number of patients allowed per day. Highly recommended for your dental needs.

    Highly reccomended place for dental surgery i have done two root canel treatment from Dr sanjaya. Before met Dr sanjaya i done a root canel treatment from another doctor in Nawaloka hospital in 2016. he charged me Rs21000 + channeling fee and after the treatment he said the teeth crown require for stable the tooth and charge is rs 50000 for that. i was very disappointed after i met Dr sanjaya . he said tooth crown price is 15000 and further he said no required tooth crown for relevant tooth. he fill that tooth with a adjutant tooth and still strong that fill to date. he is charge very reasonable price compare to market rate and service is also super.

    Heartless and Very bad time management, I got and appointment for my small one and number was passed by 5 appointments. They kept me and my small one for more than an one hour. Also the ladies who works there thinks that we are coming to do dentals done free of charge. Basically it is like a government office. Advice to go to a different one around wattala.

    Today came for a colonoscopy test. Appointment time was 3.0 pm. It took 45 minutes for registration at the admission counter. Long que there, but one officer for registration. Very bad situation. After that came to ward for the test. Now time is 6.07 pm. Still doctor did not come. Furthermore other staff attitudes are very ugly and no body gives acceptable Answers for the delay. To whom we should complain. No body. Government must see these things. This is the first and last visit for hemas Wattala.

    I admitted my son to emergency unit at around 6.30pm and look 3hours to obtain a scan report. Person who is in-charge in that department was very unprofessional and not able to understand the meaning of emergency. Hospital administrators were hopeless and General Manager was involved to sort this issue after 3hours. Unacceptable service from Hemas hospital and not recommending at all.

    Probably the worst place you will be to, the waiting time to the way the staff responds utterly slow in time. Nothing happens on time very slow service and the support staff is at times very arrogant. Adding to that there's not enough chairs for the patients to be accommodated. Most the patients end up standing and waiting for hours.

    Service needs improvements. I did a few tests today @ wattala branch and received a text message to access the reports. It didn’t list the correct reports and I waited for another 1.5 hrs before checking again to ensure enough time is given. As it was still not available I had to call the hotline number provided in text message. Call kept transferring to around 5 people ( not a problem) and I kept explaining my issue 5 times. Last person asked for my phone number and ended the call. Now 4 hours after receiving the text the reports are not there and no other communication from them. During a pandemic like this it would be helpful if I can avoid another trip to collect reports. But they didn’t even attend to my complaint and looks like I spent my time for a useless call

    First time visiting this place. Dr. Sanjaya was attentive and professional. He was extremely polite and kind to me throughout. Also took the time to explain and give me instructions to follow afterward. It could get quite busy even during the weekend. So it is best to call up ahead and make an appointment prior to the visit. The wait was a bit too long but the procedure did not take much time. The staff was very efficient in getting you prepped and assisting during the procedure.

    I had a dental problem during the peak of the Pandemic and I was frantically looking for some treatment. I called all the clinics without response. Only Dr. Sanjay answered the call and informed me that his clinic is closed due to the situation and he gave some advise to follow which I did and had partial recovery. I am still waiting for his clinic to open to have a consultation. He was good enough to give some advise.

    Went to remove a tooth. Had a pleasant experience. First explained what happend and then proceeded with treatment. Definitely would go again for any dental issue.

    He is good as a person but its not enough. We need quality service for our moneys worth. One year before i went abroad i consulted him for several times for two cosmetic filling and two nerve fillings. Within few months after going abroad fillings came out and i was in a very bad state. He took only two days to do the nerve filling. As i understand it takes about three to four visits. And the cosmatic filling was pasted on to the next tooth because while filling it was not protected from the nest tooth.When the filling came out the other tooth was also damaged ( oh god...:-( have pity on me) Sorry i am not a dentist but a person came to you to get profetional services spending money and my time. If you are not sure of what you have to do please tell them. Dont dissapint them later.. i think you need more detail training.

    This hospital needs to improve its service! Has some good doctors coming on weekends, but hospital needs to address the quality of the interactions between some of the weekday doctors and paying patients. One of the doctors were absurdly rude and the nurse was too scared to do anything. Have informed in writing (with zero response so far) and will be avoiding far as possible.

    we have had many uncomfortable moments since some of the staff are not friendly and can be very rude in providing information. I specifically focus this complaint to the people working at the blood bank, day treatment unit, and customer service hotline. Also the security at the Thalawatugoda entrance. I've experienced better service quality at another competitor of Hemas Hospital and I recommend the management to rectify the issues in order to offer a better service to the potential clients.

    Have parking space and separate emergency & OPD services area. And they're following COVID-19 precautions as much better. I came to here with my sister, but they only allow patient to go inside. Sometimes it's makes us disappointed but have to follow Covid 19 precautions. But I have place appointment for at 1.30pm they've informed us around 1pm doctor will be late at 2.45pm. And I came on 2.45pm doctor doesn't come at on time . I have waited for long time , that mean earlier appointment booking is useless in this Covid 19 situation.

    Went to hemas wattala for small injury in chin of my 2 year old baby they made scared us and they put two stitches and charged for 5300rs. Then asked me to come again in two days for a dressing and just applied bethadine with and surgical spirit and charged another 500rs. And four days later went to remove stitches of my baby and have to wait for half and hour to get into emergency treatment unit. And while removing so called nurse they do not know to how to hold a baby without moving and she told that she cant find the not and she searching the not with a small blade which made my baby more painful and bleed. And again charged another 700rs for that wonderful service and again they want us to come in two days after checking the wound by us itself. Such an irresponsible staff and moneyminded hospital i have ever seen. Leesons ragama is 1000 times better hospital than this.
