Superb place with great view. Lake need to be cleaned and rehabilitated.

A very calm and quiet place. The jogging track has to be at least 1 km. The lake is clean and lots of fish are there. Please check before you go fishing. Couple of groceries are available near to the lake. Best to avoid drinking over there since lots of patrons visit the place for jogging and exercising.

This is peralanda lake. It is being repaired by the government. They are going to make a jogging track.

Clam place to stay for relaxing

This is peralanda wewa and railway Crossing this rail crossings in near wewa. Need care while cross all vehicles because this alarm system always malfunctioning. Please alert all people crossing this

Good place for visit

The lake is beautiful and filled with red lilies. The sight is so soothing to the eye apart from the construction that is going on. A walking path is under construction which may be beneficial for the local ppl. Good location for Birding.

Awesome breathtaking place, which is center of the colombo city. Has a great walking path with great view. Kids park, sitting areas, fitness streching benches are grear features and the restaurants. Would be a good place for a relaxing gathering, meetups also.

Also know as Linear Park - Beira Lake. Awesome walking path experience in Colombo. Very calm and peaceful place to relax. Can see all the Colombo buildings with nice view from here. Best time to visit is early in the morning and evening time(sunset). There are two main sides to enter. One is from Lake house (Next to SLICC), and other one is from vauxhall street (If its hard to find just search "Beira Lake Park Entrance " in google maps. Entrance locations are accurate). There is a boat ride from these entrances (as per my knowledge is free).
