Keells wattala was my number one supermarket. But now they really need better staff. Yesterday 27th Sunday, I went to the keells bakery. I was the first person to be there and I got my food to see no one was there to write the code. I took a look around and finally found this lady with glasses on her phone/tablet. I was waiting for around 5 minutes, by this time there were around 4 to 5 people waiting, and the bell was also missing. Finally a man called her and she arrived. Despite me waiting in line first, she goes on to take other orders. And after serving every single person other than me she finally decides to acknowledge my presence. I spent about 15 minutes waiting to get a damn code written. Why even keep employees at this point when they are a waste of time? Might aswell make the process completely "self served". Ever since the staff changed I have noticed that they aren't as diligent as they were before. when I was there grocery shopping earlier within the same week, the workers were never there to weigh and sticker fresh produce. They were chatting around and laughing, and only came once we went and called them. The cashiers are really nice and fast though. I appreciate their work very much. Even the security guards are amazing. The produce and bakery goods are really tasty aswell. I literally come to keells just to get their chocolate croissants, unfortunately the experience was ruined this time. Please train your employees better.

I had an issue with nexus card but the staff was very patient n really helped me. I waz overwhelmed.. Excellent customer service thank you

Wattala Keels have all food items like fruits, vegetables, canned and bottled items, all kind of flour and bulk and packed rice, meat and fish, all varieties of sausages. Foreign and local hard liquor including beer. This is my regular place.

Been there several times, the cashiers are fast and supportive. I went to their cooked food section, had to wait around 20 min to buy a kottu. The store is well arranged and clean. They have big parking facility. Can buy a wide range of home groceries. They always try to keep upto their standards. Thumbs up!

Sadly the supermarket looks empty in most shelves. I visited around 9pm but the staff have emptied the leaves shelf. When inquired as to wether i can have a little mint leaves the worker said its put in the freezer and cannot be taken. I asked what time they close she said at 10.30 pm. This didn't go well with me and a few other visitors

Other than the normal daily provisions, they got an excellent bakery inside churning out baked goodies. Their pies are wonderful. Enough parking available.

Keells outlet in Wattala. Adjacent to Negombo Road, there's sufficient parking space available even in busy times. There's a walking bar which you can choose what to get freely. And there's bakery items to fresh juices within the super market. Staff is friendly. The bar and meat shop will be closed on Poya days and specific holidays.

Ample car park available, Pharmacy & wine store also available.

Ideal shopping for every class of society. Courteous to every one. Quality products, reasonable px.

Went to the Wattala outlet after a very long time, I was happy to see that the setup was still the same minus some items not being on the shelves due to the current situation.

Apart from the regular super market stuffs. They have a pharmacy, sea food section, bakery, ready to eat foods, juice bar and a huge liquor shop. Friendly staffs and a good parking lot.

A new experience for me, all the staff are very friendly and kind. I am happy with the job I have chosen.

Big car park available. Can buy fresh vegetables. Lunch available for reasonable price. short eats and buns are are very expensive. Liquor available. good customer service. Only two or three cashiers working. Need to wait in the queues.

Large supermarket located in wattala which includes a bakery & a liquor store. Most of the necessary items are available here. Parking space is also available.

Wattala Keels Super is well stocked. Nicely arranged. Most of the staff are from up country Tamil population, courteous and customer concerned. Fresh vegetables are the everyday morning attraction. Sometimes short of staff and their language issues create delays. Ample car parking. Health issues well controlled. Good bakery products. Super helpful staff. Went out of the way to help me to deliver goods to a needy family.

Large supermarket compared to other colombo branches.. also big parking space available.. They have a pharmacy, a liquor shop and a bakery.. can buy fresh bread for reasonable price.. Can buy fresh vegetables and fruits.. all other essentials.. Cahier must improve little bit.. because we are waiting in the queue for long time..

I had a really good experience in Keells Super Wattala. The fresh produce and dairy sections were well stocked and was actually fresh compared to other supermarket outlets in Sri Lanka. Also, the service staff was excellent. Sachini, the cashier who served me was very polite, patient (I had some trouble with my overseas credit card), and communicated well in English. Same goes to the doorman who handled security. I was carrying the baby and had to wait a while for our taxi. He made sure we were comfortable while waiting by providing chairs to sit. I’ve had lot of negative experiences in Sri Lankan supermarkets, but the quality of service / hospitality here blew my mind. Keep it up.

The best market where you can park and buy everything you need for your home

Keells wattala has progressed Thier physical evidence considerably comparing with my last visit to them few months ago. Earlier there was a huge pile of water near Thier counter where the combo offers are placed. Customer service is commendable and has a good verity of groceries. The only set back is Thier liquor sales point where it's quite stuffy and lack of space to move around. Other than that all others are perfectly fine

Overall good supermarket. Have items stocked sometimes other well know supermarkets doesn't have stocked such as basil leaves and mushrooms. Liquor is available. There is a good counter where you can purchase food which is prepared in an environment with good hygiene. Food costs a bit more in comparison to outside shops though.

Waited more than 10 mins on the bakary area for an Assistant to come. But no response at all from anyone

The both (red and green) coconut chatni which i bought from the cafeteria for onion dosa ,were tasted BITTER.cudnt eat them.i shopped on 24th december ,2020 around 5.30pm to 6pm at wattala keels (handala junction ). Please make you maintain the quality of the food. We enjoyed the food there, but this time not satisfied for the money i paid.

Best supermarket in Wattala with a range of offers. Among all supermarkets Keells brings the best and most number of offers and keeps the store clean. Cargills can be sometimes disgustingly smelly. But Keells keep the Indore clean and with refreshing smell of baking items.

We are usually buy goods from Cargill's wattala. Last month we buy goods for 2weeks from Keells. Bill values is higher than cargills for same goods. Difference was about 2000- 3000 rupees .

Good bakery & juice products. You will get around 15-20 min to get your pizza baked.

Nice location with large parking. And variable selection of consumer items and liquor also there to select.

0 customer satisfaction. Outlet staff doesn't know how to provide good service to the customer.

They charged me three times in a row from my hnb card ,And they failed to give me a receipt but i thought that was my card error n that moment , but i finally paid it from my pan asia card, but there was no any refund for my hnb transactions since 5th of feb 2020! I complained them for more than 4 times!
