Keells
wattala
was
my
number
one
supermarket.
But
now
they
really
need
better
staff.
Yesterday
27th
Sunday,
I
went
to
the
keells
bakery.
I
was
the
first
person
to
be
there
and
I
got
my
food
to
see
no
one
was
there
to
write
the
code.
I
took
a
look
around
and
finally
found
this
lady
with
glasses
on
her
phone/tablet.
I
was
waiting
for
around
5
minutes,
by
this
time
there
were
around
4
to
5
people
waiting,
and
the
bell
was
also
missing.
Finally
a
man
called
her
and
she
arrived.
Despite
me
waiting
in
line
first,
she
goes
on
to
take
other
orders.
And
after
serving
every
single
person
other
than
me
she
finally
decides
to
acknowledge
my
presence.
I
spent
about
15
minutes
waiting
to
get
a
damn
code
written.
Why
even
keep
employees
at
this
point
when
they
are
a
waste
of
time?
Might
aswell
make
the
process
completely
"self
served".
Ever
since
the
staff
changed
I
have
noticed
that
they
aren't
as
diligent
as
they
were
before.
when
I
was
there
grocery
shopping
earlier
within
the
same
week,
the
workers
were
never
there
to
weigh
and
sticker
fresh
produce.
They
were
chatting
around
and
laughing,
and
only
came
once
we
went
and
called
them.
The
cashiers
are
really
nice
and
fast
though.
I
appreciate
their
work
very
much.
Even
the
security
guards
are
amazing.
The
produce
and
bakery
goods
are
really
tasty
aswell.
I
literally
come
to
keells
just
to
get
their
chocolate
croissants,
unfortunately
the
experience
was
ruined
this
time.
Please
train
your
employees
better.
