Do not recommend at all. I put my newly bought vitz for the first service yesterday and there was damage on the buffer. It's been knocked somewhere and they acted so cool as if it was already there. It wasn't even registered at the time I put it for the service. I brought it home from the sale on the evening before the service. There was absolutely not even a scratch since I got the sale owner to do a cut and polish. Both myself and my husband checked the car before we brought it home. I was furious to see the damage but didn't go to argue since we felt that's of no use. When we asked they showed us the CCTV footage at the entrance but that clearly doesn't specify on details. They gave a lame excuse saying that they didn't take pictures coz their camera was low battery. What I did not understand is why would they not even take pictures if they saw the damage before taking it for the service. Specially for a new car!The supervisor said he saw it before but they clearly didn't have any proper way to prove it neither has he informed my husband that there was a damage at the time he took the car in. We are utterly disappointed and will not visit this place again or recommend it to anybody.

One of the best place for Toyota vehicle repairs and maintenance , Customer service also very good, and friendly, there are refreshments also for customers free of charge. They do all kind of Toyota vehicle maintenance activities. All the technicians are well qualified and educated too. I think it is better to go to Toyota maintenance if your vehicle want any kind of repair activity.

I visited the Negombo branch with a pre-reserved time slot, but unfortunately, there wasn't a systematic approach to completing tasks. Waste of time.!!

16/10/2023 I made an appointment & went to this place for my periodic car service in the morning. When I meet the front desk person, I asked him to change my tyres as well. In the evening I went to take my car from Toyota. What they did was only changed the tyres. They didn't service the car. I had to travel overseas on 17/10/2023. Still we couldn't service our vehicle bcz of this. To maintain the proper records I need to go to this horrible place. Otherwise I never go there. The front desk serves their known people well & others they don't care.

We cannot expect good service for what we spend. The workers do not care about their work. They just work for a salary. Good, experienced workers are leaving them. Every day, we see new faces.

I scheduled a 10 am appointment and arrived just 5 minutes late. However, my vehicle wasn't taken into service until 1 pm. This experience was a significant waste of my time.
