We ordered their nuts and seeds online several time and got them delivered after months. They were extremely spoiled nuts(with spoiled oil taste and ants). This has happened with almost every time, and we even add notes not to send spoiled nuts, still they do. It was such waste of money. If you really wanna buy from them, I would suggest you to go to their store and taste them first. However, I wouldn't recommend them at all!

I bought some nuts and seeds two months back the pumpkin seeds and walnuts had gone bad with fungus on it. I called them up and they said since these are organic they cant be stored over 2 months. Found this reply very irresponsible!! Never buying from them again.

My order took a month to arrive (BEFORE the fuel crisis) with little communication, other than claiming it had been delivered. Eventually a very rude driver showed up practically throwing the package at me. I opened to find the nuts sweating in plastic bags and upon eating the pecans, walnuts, cranberries and cashews I had to spit them back out due to a foul / mould taste. Contacted the Nuthouse again. No reply. Gave them a month to reply to exchange or refund these and they didn’t even get back in touch. This was a 12,000rs order and my third order with them. Disappointed doesn’t cover it. Waste of my time and my money, and disgusted at having eaten a spoiled product.

Very good products but not professional enough (neutral). In-store shopping is not recommended. I am giving 5 start forgetting the customer service because the products are very good and I don't want to let down them. I can guarantee that anyone visit will find good quality products.

The product is good and the price is also reasonable but the Garlic cashew packet was already broken. The packaging is bad. They should have checked the packages well before sending.
