A good Nero branch for a coffee break in the mall. The coffee we had was made by a male barista who has worked at a few branches of Nero and is award winning within the Nero group. He makes awesome coffee, better than most of the Nero branches these days - rich and with great milk foam.

Caffe Nero is my go-to cafe in Festival Plaza. Their drinks are consistently good and the service, too. I love the fact that the dessert options change regularly, so there's always something new to try. And the seating area is plentiful. They accept Fazaa card here.

Good coffee and cold drinks, must try Frozen Milano and Blackberry sparkler.

I always love this place for its amazing vibes and atmosphere. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Their coffee as usual is great and their cakes are tasty. The chicken turkey ham melt is indeed amazing and a must try but remember to let them warm it for you. Highly recommended

The main reason for a 5 star rating is the staff and service especially Cel! The welcomeness of this person at the end of the day (10.30 pm time of my visit) was still on point. Suggested the best options and combinations, had the patience whilst the whole family chose and proactively poured my kids drink into two cups for them to share! The drinks were also great flavours and balanced. Cosy atmosphere and lovely old style cafe environment setup!

The staff just seem to not be interested in what you ask for, asked for small and got medium which is too strong, worse still it was barely even lukewarm.. how can you mess up a simple coffee if you’re a barista They not interested in fixing issue and coffee went into dustbin and ended up buying from another brand
