Worst clinc in jabel ali 1doctor 1receptionist 1 nurse 35 patients don't when they will finish. By staying there we get extra diseases

First time here.. first receptionist sabith very professional and really nice person and second..DrRamsheed also very professional and experience doctor and all staff treat very well..i really appreciate thanks for nice treatment 🙏

Worst clinic, specially the reception guy. I need to be the one to communicate with the Insurance just to be approved, because this guy doesn’t do his job properly, my test request keeps on getting declined, because he’s not communicating well with the insurance people. And the doctor is just like trying to count minutes to send you out. No explanation of what’s going on with you. Aster, do better!

The worst service. We waited on the reception for almost 03 hours with my sick friend. The reception guy has no ethics to talk to customers, he was saying what he will do there is only one doctor in clinic. Really disappointed with this clinic. This is our second time this happened. Please Aster train your staff.

Worst Experiance, Worst Worst Worst!!! Dr. Varun kandra. He don't no manners to speak patients. He is he put me on trouble my life, i was tired feel like deing, he is not ready to listen, In my second visit also my CRP level was 46, it was same before week also, He said "its normal and nothing to do", then I went to Burdubai aster clinic next day. my CRP was 86 they refer me to aster mankhool hospital Emergency Dept. Doctor said i was late and my lungs in very bad situation. I was admit almost mankhool hospital one week, still my lungs not okay, If he cant diagnose or if he is not interest to check patient, then atleast he should refer other hospital, not put patients life in trouble. it was 4 Months before, here all reviews against him, i hope he is not working in aster now, If he Varun Still on Service there, he have no quality to service an organization like ASTER. Im controlling my emotion, embarrassing... very disappointed. he don't care patient life.

I had very bad experience with you guys ,the worst clinic ever I have been in ,un organized staff, they have no experience at all, 5 hrs waiting for my appointment,then they are telling me they have an emergency,why guys?do you have only one doctor??? If the patient feeling well he /she will not be in your clinic? You wasted my time ,I’m diabetic person you let me wait for 5 hours without reason, I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone ever,because they have no respect,no consideration to your medical condition 😡😡😡😡

It’s was very bad experience in this clinic they don’t care about service the receptionist he like giving us free service he even checked just said it will take time . I meet D. Varun he didn’t even listen probably to me what is my problem than I want to tell him about my all problems he just said ok ok because I went to another clinic as well and I didn’t get well so I was telling him about my past treatment but he said ok ok I will change your medicine I will give another one go to reception . Than at the receptionist they don’t even asked me that your test are not coverage by your insurance it’s partially covered. He just give 2 test and the one is not covered he canceled himself and mentioned on the receipt that I don’t want it . Than I came back again and tell him I will pay please tell me how much Again he said it will take time he don’t even check it’s become their habit to tell everybody it will take time very bad receptionist. Nurse as well very bad like I’m really unlucky that I’m patient she was treating me I’m a animal came from jungle they don’t ready to ask and listen. But the man nurse he was good I forgot his name . I will never go to this clinic very poor service. But other aster like cedars and Al Nada Bur Dubai they have good stuff.

More than 20 patients waiting in line to submit there billing only one cashier is working is too bad patient need relax and to go as much as early they can but here no management to see this or to fix this issue
