24 June, 1:15 am. We arrived here at 11:30pm with a family member that is literally shaking and shivering from a fever coming and going. 25 minutes later,We do the vitals they take blood to do tests. Then we are waiting for an injection for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Very friendly staff but completely understaffed. Its pathetic. Also not the most cleanliest place.

2nd time visit . Time wasting, the 15min job will be 3hr, if your time is valuable it’s not recommended to use medical care here . 50% only corona protection since masks seems not important here

Visit a week ago and in the beginning the service was ok. The doctor was very professional and send me the proper medicines, The receptionist was taking so long for the approvals from the insurance company, nobody was at the laboratory because apparently they were in a different area having a chat (2 hours). The person who is very helpful to receive my lab sample was the maintenance guy… also at the pharmacy no one was taking care of the service. You must have more attention to this things if you are working in a hospital, cmon.

Today Angel Mathew did a great job. I believe she will not forget me and she will remember me forever 😂😂 from what I can see things have start improving. The previous experience : Since it change to Aster Cedars things have went down. Very bad. Sick people are coming here so a bit of politeness and care would be really appreciated. It was just me and one more pacient so they were not busy or tired. The doctor described me an injection and x-ray so I was send from his office to the receptionist and from there to the nurse section where the "nurse gentleman" replayed to me "YES, we wait for insurance approval" in ironic voice and where he barely turn his had from his phone. Super super bad. I've been coming here for the past 6 years and in the last 2 years thanks good I didn't really needed to visit a doctor but today was the day. After all we are talking about clinic and hospital...

Worst experience from a hospital… I came with extreme body pain and feeling sick yet staff did not care. They will keep sending you back and fourth walking around from one counter to another and will have you wait for a long time even when it’s not busy. I had to wait for a blood test and the nurse who sent me to go wait, ended up leaving her shift and the nurse who took over didn’t know I was waiting to do my blood test. I waited for a long time for nothing. The nurse just explained that no one informed them once they handed over. All they did was a general blood test and I was in agonizing body pain; they later requested a drip as a pain killer. A nurse brought me to a room for the drip and never came back. The drip finished for a long time and no nurse came to check. You will literally have to walk out with the drip still attached to you to find a nurse and inform them that the drip finished a long time ago. They lack a lot of communication. Even after days I had to call and request for my blood test results since they didn’t call back or email them as they told me. Turned out my email was not in the system, even though I made sure they had my email before I left the hospital to send my results…clearly they don’t care for patients.

They accept all kinds of insurance. The hospital is a bit busy when I was there but the flow of patients are smooth, no one is complaining for a long wait. There's a separate male and female waiting area, and that is appreciated. This is my first time in this hospital and it provides a much better service than clinics.

Staffs are good caring and very helpful. I was emotional that they paid for our medicine. They book taxi for us at 3 am in the morning. They are not just like staff for duty but they express love with heart. This is the best staff in hospital I've ever encountered not only for emergency treatment but in generals. This review is not enough to thank them. It made me tears of their concerns . Amazing people! Thank you for the absolute service. Thank you so much.

Booked an appointment 3 days in advance. Reception called 1.5 hours before the appointment to tell me that the doctor is doing a surgery and they need to cancel my appointment. I asked why i was double booked but due to limited English proficiency, the conversation did not go anywhere. I guess if they can cancel and double book as they wish then i will go to a more reliable hospital instead of here.

I would like to thank Elmer of Aster Cedar Hospital for constantly replying on my queries. My only feedback is that, the insurance department takes a longer time to call-back and sometimes the phone is busy according to the operator. I would like to suggest that please do make quick follow up on your patients and keep them informed on the development, especially if this pertain to surgical procedure so that you will not lose a patient. I had a medical emergency last night and felt really welcomed by the guy receptionist at duty. The level of professionalism & compassion by the staff is truly remarkable specially with Ms. Mangga her genuine concern and care with the patients really shows. Horrible! The worst hospital in Dubai! I went last night cause of very high fever and I went only because this hospital is near to my home. After I told them I might be Covid positive and that I want to do a pcr test as well, they completely ignored what I asked for and later told me that I lied, that I didnt ask for any of it. Half of their staff are not wearing masks, and they are busy talking to each other instead of taking care of patients. Horrible! Never again!

Furthermore, I have consulted many doctors but only Dr. Bhavinkhumar who is a specialist in Internal Medicine gave me a sense of relief and has witnessed that my health improved a lot. The only thing that needs to be enhanced is the approval and processing of the insurance as It’s quite taking a long time to get it done. Overall, Thanks to all the nurses and staff! Went here for corona PCR Testing they have a drive-thru facility setup here. Not much que here and can done testing in 30 mins.

Too much delay.. Have to spent minimum 4 hrs in hospital for consulting.. If crouded, 1.Have to wait in the reception for atleast 1hr..then the security will call as per his intrest.. (No token system) 2. Security will guide u to nurse for checking.. After checking again wait for half an hour.. Then receptionist will call u for registering.. 3. After registration again wait for 1hr.. Then nurse will call u to the doctor.. Luckly u dont have to wait near the doctor.. He'll quickly recommend u for blood test (compulsory) 4. Half an hour wait at reception for billing.. Then laboratory.. Again 1hr wait for test results.. 5. With results u can see doctor.. After consulting wait at pharmacy for sometime, they will give a bulk quantity of medicines.. If not crouded, Dont think that u can easily consult doctor without any delay.. If u r the first patient at hospital also u have to wait for all these above procedures.. If u go nd ask anyone, System fault / duty shift change maybe the reason for delaying.. Often im visiting here with my colleagues, before everything was ok and waiting time was adjustable.. But now a days experiencing bad service.

I went for emergency, was not busy time. The blood test results, they say:one hour will be ready.... After 5 hours finally I got it... Extremely delay!! The doctor I. KHAN Send me home with medications and he found very low thiroids levels, he didt even told me, he just send me message of that, (because he was unhurry to go and have DINNER) so nurse send me to laboratory for a adittional blood test, not doctor, nurse or lab. Follow up at all.! Not a call. Not results on the system... After 5 days waiting for the results, still sick at home. Aster cedar laboratory, nurse and doctors, refuse to call me back, or inform me what happened with my blood test or anything. IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, THE NURSES DON'T HAVE THE MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE TO PLACE A CATETER OR TAKE BLOOD. after a week my arms and one hand are black, blue and green and swollen...

I would like to thank Dr. Susan Jacob (Physiotherapist) for the attention she had given to me. I was suffering with the pain of tennis elbow. She provided an excellent treatment and suggested some good exercise. Due to which i got relief from the pain. May god bless her to serve more people.

Very nice friendly staff most of them helpful specially the receptionist ms. Shini and Joshua and one staff from reporting desk. Also I don’t know the name the staff from another billing desk he has given his own iPhone charge cable . Only they need to focus to keep the mobile phone charging cable because we don’t know what customer wants to make emergency calls. Need to improve that one also the washroom to be maintain . The door is not closing . Over alll best hospital and friendly staff. Amazing

I would like to thank you Dr. Hardik, the Orthopaedic Doctor in the hospital. He is very professional and patient. My knee pain has been enormously reduced and now in pretty good condition after his treatment. Hi All, Cedar Aster Service is excellent. Iam suffering from diabetis, I visited every two months once with Dr. Ayaz Ahmed, he is very good respond with patients and his treatment also very good. He treated the patients such like that as a family member. I like very much his attitude and one more person Manga garu at counter. She is very helpful person..when we ask any help to her, immediately she has responded. She was talk to anybody with more respect and interactive.her service is excellent.

Finally i get rid of it from this horrible H-Pylori Infection. i like to thanks to @ll Nurses and Doctors who is petty good in treating me like their family member with their best experience for many complicated diseases and also for such infection. and i like to listed the name below which is very special to me who is help me a lot to get rid of this infection. 1. It was my second time to visit hospital here in dubai and I'm very much grateful that one of the hospitals that was covered by our company insurance is this hospital. Usually, you have to wait for too long for an approval of the insurance company before you will be accommodated by the hospital. I'm so glad that this hospital had some very dedicated receptionist staff like Elmer who helped us all the way through the process and even extended his duty hours just to make sure that our status from the insurance would be approved. Not only that, he also made sure that before he went home our request was approved and he took the time to wait for the result of the laboratory test and give to us before he left for work. Thanks also to Soliha,one of the receptionist who is also very accommodating with our needs and quickly update us with the status of the result from the doctor. This hospital is really good thanks to the dedicated staff. I will definitely recommend this hospital. 👌

Such a horrible experience. Emergancy staff not helpful and expect the patient to handle their own issues, push their own wheelchair and hobble around injuired. Reception staff unaware of what they are doing except punching letters on keyboards. This hospital service needs to improve for sure. No proper communication is happening and patient waits hours to get answers and issues resolved. Your managment needs to take a closer look at each and every staff member wasting time there. Some nurses do not speak english and it makes it difficult for a patient to communicate.

I went for my knee injury to Dr. Hardik Pawar Orthopedics (Specialist) and he was extremely helpfull and polite and he guided me proper process and treatment which helped me to recover from pain, I strongly recomment Dr. Hardik Pawar also i would like to thank Miss Alphonsa she was really helpfull for cordinating thr approval and appoinment.

As he was already in Consultation Under Dr. Hardik Powar who was already assisting him with his shoulder issue, which was quite rare issue but with his help he was fully cured and can do his normal activities at ease...apart from treating him also educated him on his issue to make sure he takes right care of his shoulder...but after that he got hurdled with Covid and aster cedar was the savior...Again!!! Dr. Ayaz personal care allowed him to get right medicines and treatment at the right time...actually he personally called him to to check if he was in right health...which was was really caring and responsible... I visited Aster Cedars hospital with back pain, orthopedic surgeon refers me to Dr. Susan Jacob (Physiotherapist) for physiotherapy. She provided an excellent treatment and suggested some exercise. She truly cares, and there it is true that at ASTER we treat you well.

I came to emergency i was feeling very bad The ER team took quickly in charge and gave me the necessary treatment with the tests. The cleaniness of the hospital is very good. I have stayed one night at the hospital and the doctors kept checking on me until i am in a good condition to leave. The patient food given is as well good and good quantity. I recommend this hospital for any emergency !

Hospital is with average facilities and average maintenance. Rooms were dusty and need deep cleaning. Doctor Shruti attending my kid was super attentive to details and was deeply involved in during entire treatment process.Highly recommend doctor.

Never have been happy with any dentist other than Doctor Abhijesh Chandran. He made my 13-yr old son so comfortable during our 2 visits. Doctor takes good care of his patients and is very hands-on and concerned. Thank you doctor… Highly recommended.

It took me a while to make a review but the experience I had with Cedars Hospital is beyond. I was admitted there for appendix removal and the doctors and nurses went the extra mile to take care of me. The surgeon who did the operation briefed me before and after the operation. The nurses who did the rounds were so accomodating that I felt like it was home. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did on those 3 days. This hospital is ❤️.

They were always checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The waiting time (even after taking an appointment) is way too long. We had to wait for half an hour each time just to get the vitals checked. The front reception is fine but the reception service in other departments is really slow.
