I have been visiting Aster clinic, discovery gardens since 7 months for my maternity treatment. Dr. Suma and her assistant has given me proper advice and treatment till date. I would specially thanks Ms. Vina in reception for being very kind and helpful on my every visit. She is a very friendly & positive person and always ready to lead her support on my all admin related work. Being a pregnant woman Ms. Vina has always been nice to me and never kept me waiting. Highly recommended.

Very poor service. The doctor nor the nurse bother to get back to the patient even after repetitive calls. The calls do not get connected directly to the clinic. Call center employees only give standard replies what they have been asked to. Doctor leaving for the day is more important than getting back to the patient in spite of being notified. Would request never to visit this clinic.

I recently had a scan appointment at Aster Clinic. Very pleased with the service at Aster. Nisa from Aster was very prompt in scheduling my appointment, prepping me for the scan and following up with the report. She was very extremely professional in her approach, knew how to manage the line up of patients very calmly (there were a couple of people who were impatient) and kept us all updated on the waiting periods. Waiting times is always expected at clinics on weekends but when it goes on for too long, it’s normal to get impatient and lose cool. Nisa offered the waiting patients refreshments and updated each one of us on the waiting time. Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism and reassurance provided. Very poor service, i have an appointment at 11 am informed the doctor before hand that i will be needing a medical certificate, and suddenly they told me to come back at 2pm to discuss the medical certificate, but i informed her already the purpose of my med cert. she told me that she cant make my med cert because she has 5 patients to cater. My concern is she should have finished all my concern before proceeding to the next patient. What kind of service do you have? Im not feeling well and u want me to come back at 2pm. It’s a totally waste of time.

Very poor service and it’s like they just want to mint the money from insurance. Takes report and never gives it to patients. This time it went up to that clinic didn’t brother to give a call on report. Asked about doctor number than they rejected. In bed and struggling to get support and on call with call center for last 30 minutes and just waiting for someone to speak.

Visited Today around 9.15 PM was not feeling well infact had no energy to walk, somehow managed to reach reception and ask for general physician, Reception guy straight responded No walk in Patience, so rude behavior even they did not bother to ask the patience if there is emergency? can he wait or visit again. I was heard about this behavior but today experienced.

Worst experience worst staff worst service. I don’t have option to give negative rating. Waiting here from 1 hours even I have appointment. They took an hour. After check up from doctor they forgot to give the file. Wow what an unbelievable response from them simply put the file on other desk. I will not recommend anybody and I will also not come here again.

Visited this clinic yesterday for general check up. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have updgraded there system but still billing takes time for appointment confirmation. As walkin are also there . Suggestion :-they should keep separate counter for walkin or tourist for speedy checkout for patient with appointments. Like separate counter for PCR Test registration. If doctors prescribe to under go some test & and that needs to be empty stomach in early morning, the lab opens @7:30 a.m. you can directly go with showing payment receipt to room no. 10 for give sample. They have Pharmacy and speciality clinic as well next to this clinic.

Have visited Aster Clinic multiple times in last 5 years and always feels great with the way doctors treats. I would give 5 star for that but the staffs at the reception/Pharmacy need to be TRAINED or EDUCATED more about updating their system.I feel they take too much time in updating every request in their system! Also, for any insurance rejection, please ask the pharmacy to share the ID for the request they are submitting. Most of the time they do not apply it for insurance approval and quote that it is being rejected. Irrespective of PCR test, any medicine, or lab tests. Please ask them the system generated unique ID for the approval. Be aware!!!

I have bought insurance for my daughter keeping in mind convenience of location as it’s at a walking distance from my residence. I have chosen aster clinic discovery gardens for its repute and location but I guess I made a mistake. I have been visiting this facility from nearly 6 month and not once it was a pleasant visit. 1) In order to take appointment one needs to call the general inquiry number there is no direct contact to the clinic. I have called at 4pm Today I was told that our usual pediatrician is off and we can go as a walk in at 5pm. Dr. Supriya will be taking walk in between 6-7pm only. We went to the branch at 5pm and was informed that Dr. Supriya will come at 6pm and they will have to ask if she can take a walk in ? We waited for an hour at 6:05 I went to the main desk to check and was told she already got 3 walk ins and will not accept any more. 2. Luckily I had asked for other pediatrician timely else would have left with no other choice. I took that appointment at 5pm too and we got our turn at 6:22pm. 3. Billing was done at 6:40pm we waited for more than two hours from the time of call to see the pediatrician and yet there is no medication given. 4 whenever we have visited this clinic in past the place is always crowded any given day or time one will have to wait atleast for an hour if not more before one can be seen by the doctor. 5 In past we wanted to speak with the pediatrician but there was no way to get in touch with your own child’s doctor.

Very bad customer service I'm waiting more then 3 hours no one is taking care

I have tried calling the aster clinic to inquire regarding my son vaccination but no one bother to call me back. This is really ridiculousness is getting worse no a days in terms of their waiting and service.How much time will it take to give me this small information?

I have been consulting Dr Suma Thomas for my entire pregnancy journey and she is just awesome. Always welcoming us with beautiful smile. She is very much approachable and explain everything to us just like our mother. Very much satisfied with her service and her helping nurse staff (sorry, i missed her name). I highly suggests her for everyone in need.

While to Doctors are amazing, the clinic staff and lab staff are very rude and do not care about patients wellness. The doctor advised to give post prandial blood sample after 2 hrs of food and I visited 30 minutes before and there was a long wait. The lab staff said they can't collect the sample at 2 hrs and it is okay to collect even after 2.30 hrs. How come Aster allows lab staff to give this kind of consultation risking patients health. Also when I requested they were rude saying 'if you want to give the test, you will have wait and do as we say or else you are free to go anywhere else'..

Aster clinic customer service is pathetic and worse then I can express. Staffs are in experience and don't know how to handle clients requirements. We have called 3 times from noon till evening following up for the call back request from doctor and after while day I was being informed that Dr has left for the day. This is completely so irresponsible behavior of no call back even after several follow up. irresponsible behavior and attitude. It's a complete bad experience and service from aster. I rate them below zero for this service .

I had my PCR here, it was quick and easy, not to mention it is cheap as well 49aed. The result was quick too sample taken by 9:20 and result was out by 4am while I was snoozing. Happy, satisfied and highly recommended.

Attended a colleague of mine at the clinic. We entered the clinic at 7pm on 6/12 and now it is 21:08. We are still waiting for my token number, it is very slow and bad service. The worst clinic in Dubai for us, staff at the desk are only focused on their phones and answer rudely. Doesnt shpw any empathy. The clinic is empty, see photos. Tell me the reason why we waited so long? Less than zero star. Do not go there. Trust me!

This is worst clinic among all the aster clinics. Even with appointment and registered token number it takes 20-25 mins to get to vitals room. The ladies in the vital room keep on taking anyone in without their turn, and later have the audacity to lie that they called out. What is the use of token number? It took me more than 40 mins to go to doctor with an appointment. Worst service!!!!!! Will never recommend to anyone because of mismanagement

The support staff is very lousy and rude. They never support the patient. If my scheduled appointment is of 10 a.m. my number will come in 2-3 hours just because they are entertaining walk-in which might be their known or relatives. I do understand for one or two patients but Everytime for 2 hours that doesn't makes sense.

Dr.Sana from Aster Clinic Discovery Gardens has been helping my mother with her physiotherapy. My mother is diagnosed with Vertigo, her condition was not good earlier but clearly with the help of the doctor my mother is making progress everyday. Dr.Sana explained the processes in very detailed and clear manner and was along with my mother in every step of her therapy. She is also very kind and friendly making every session with her an easy one. Overall, i have no doubts in recommending her to my family and friends.

All the staffs and nurses are very friendly. Have been visiting here since September and very satisfied with the services they provide and the way they deal with every patient with care and love. As it’s my first pregnancy and I don’t feel that I’m away from home. My Doctor, Dr Suma Thomas makes her patients very comfortable and is reachable anytime . Ms Veena in the reception is excellent in dealing with the patients. Very satisfied and happy to be with Aster Gardens. Highly recommended.

We took an appointment by call and got here in time for our appointment. Yet we were asked to take a token and wait to be registered. So taking a prior appointment is as good as a walk in. The ac in the lobby wasn’t working and people could be seen uncomfortable. After registration we had to wait for doctor availability. The doctor was good though

wasted 1.5 hours just to consult Normal GP doctor and 1 hour in Pharmacy to take medicine. also if you tell them you have Cold and Cough - unnecessary blood checkup with No reports - Very Bad experience Aster clinic Discovery Gardens.

Trust me this is the worst ever clinic I must have visited, it took over 100min to get to your appointment on received token,after the number came, Dr. Rauf was amazing and cooperative. I thought let's not get into the waiting time since the doctor was so good. Then after receiving the prescription, I went to aster pharmacy and the guy on counter said 30 min for just 2 medicine. This was worst I must have ever experienced. When the person is ill, he/she wants to take the medicine and go home as soon as possible and take rest and instead of this educated people ask to wait for 30min in full air conditioning place.

Even one star is a waste ! The worst clinic ever. I will never ever go there again and will make sure to advice all my friends and family to fully avoid it even if its the only hospital available in the UAE.

Extremely happy with the service provided at this clinic. Service has always been swift and efficient. Dr sindhu has been amazing throughout the course of treatment and I can’t recommend her enough. I would particularly like to mention Ms.Gemma at the reception who has been courteous, warm and has always made sure our needs were met. Highly recommend!

Dr. Vandana is one of the best gynaecologist. Her experience is reflected in her work. Have been consulting her from Last one year and I am very satisfied with her. I strongly recommend her for advises related to her area of speciality.

i gave my blood sample on saturday, and i have not received my report even on sunday. I called their customer care twice in the evening on sunday to ask about the status of my report but every time they take my number but one one calls me from from aster.and i still don't have my report

It was very good experience here at aster clinic discovery garden. Mrs Nisa was very helpful while taking ultrasound appointment. Overall satisfied with the appointment process and consultation with doctor satyanarayan. I have been coming to this clinic since 1year.

I had a very bad experience with them today. They have 2 clinics, located at the same place just few doors away. I had an appointment with a dermatologist which I booked almost 10 days in advance. I didn’t know they have 2 clinics in the same place and I went to the wrong clinic well before the appointment time and I wasted almost 15 minutes to reach the registration desk and then only I was told the doc is in the other clinic and immediately rushed to the other clinic. I told the receptionist this what happened, but she didn’t listen to what happened and denied the appointment and she asked me to wait for a minimum of 1 hour! What’s this!!! I WTH you made me wait for 15 minutes to tell me that the doc is in the other clinic? Why you didn’t want the security guy at the door to ask direct the patients to the right clinic? After that I called your customer care and told this. He promised to call back in 10 minutes wait at the clinic area, but he didn’t! Such a bummer!

Dr. Suma Thomas did a great job with my first ever health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great specially to Ms.Preethi – they were helpful, patient and helped a lot.

The service is horrible. 1. I didnt make an appointment and it took me 1 hour to see my doctor not because it was busy but because they didn't want to treat a walk in guest quickly. 2. The doctor was asking me if I wanted to an X day. I'm not a doctor but I can clear say that I have a flu. If it's serious the doctor sound recommend and insist for an x ray. But she shouldn't do that just to get money from insurance. 3. There is one lady in a blue jacket, going around asking peoples email and review, she does the review herself and only post if the reviews are good. And she doesn't help with anything or doesn't help in making the operation faster just stands at the billing counter and takes people's email and posts a review on google without their actual content. Atleast if she helped people I can say they are trying to make it a good experience but they are not even trying.

I have found the medical staff here (doctor & physiotherapists) to be efficient in their diagnosis & treatment of any health issues. The physiotherapists and front desk staff are also polite and friendly. I thank all these hard-working people.

I'm supposed to receive my sick leave certificate via email today but I still haven't received it yet. I called them at 2:51 as the first time to send me. The agent mentioned he will inform the clinic to send me via email to check my email recently. Even after 2 hour (5pm), I still didn’t receive so I called them again to request to send me asap before 6pm as my HR will be out of office at 6pm and I already paid for that. I waited again but after 1hour (6pm) I still didn’t receive so I called them again and unfortunately the lines are engaged. That’s the reason why I wrote the feedback here. I have no idea why does it take too much long time and nobody couldn’t explain for this.Even on the WhatsApp,’give me a moment’ takes like ages. I need my sick leave certificate asap so please help me asap.

Highly unprofessional doctors.. I did my influenza A testing and was tested positive, doctor was suppose to send the prescription via email. Called the clinic 3 times in a day, ultimately had to walk with 39 fever and waiting there for another 2 hours .. Reason the concerned doctor did not see the report !!

Communication with the health policy provider is bad. It has been more than two days and I have had many calls with Aster and the insurance provider.. Dr. Arun is too busy to provide a simple request such as a medical report. Not sure about your system and why raised another claim with a test that we have already done! And I still need to follow up with them with no result so far... Not to mention that we had to wait for almost two hours as the doctor was late for a procure...

After waiting 15 minutes , Dr refused to attend and customer service counter informed that doctor is not accepting any patients and his duty is finished , If the clinic time is till 10PM , how they can stop accepting patients 8:15PM ?? At least they should serve the people who are waiting in queue ..! Anyhow first bad experience with aster . After that we were treated smoothly and professionallly by Health hub discovery garden ,

Had an appointment at 8AM. Came at 7:58 and I was the first because my token starts from 400. 8:06 AM a man came and he took a token number. At 8:22AM the man was called to check the vital sign. I was surprised. Then I was called next for the vital signs check. At 8:27AM the man was called by the Doctor I had booked for 8AM. What a nice surprised!

I have been a regular patient of Dr.Fardos Manzer in Aster Discovery Gardens She is very competent and understanding... Everytime I have visited her she has examined and treated me very well.. I will continue to visit this branch.

Last year , I was searching for a better pediatric specialist for my kid and one friend recommended Dr. Franson from Aster Discovery gardens. Though I visited many pediatricians in the UAE before Dr. Franson stands out from all with his skills to accurately diagnose the disease and recommend the best treatments for it. I noticed him carefully avoiding unnecessary medicines and encourage herbal home remedies to increase kids immune system. He is one among those blessed doctors who can heal kids with his presence and warm conversations with the little ones . One thing hard to get was his appointment since he is fully booked almost everyday. I should mention Mrs. Smitha ( I don’t even know her full name except the fact that she works for the Insurance desk) for changing my perception about Aster. All I used to do was wait for long hours in the crowd, until get through the reception and look for another option before the next visit, even though Aster has a list of skilled doctors. I truly appreciate her selfless act of service by being very supportive till I finish every consultation even though I was a total stranger to her on our first meet. People like her definitely is an asset for any service organization. What amazed me the most was her generosity to get back to me even on hectic working days, just to ensure everything gone smoothly. A small selfless act can definitely make huge differences. I truly appreciate Mrs. Smitha for being an inspiration for me to reach back to the review page just to express my gratitude towards her. May you be an inspiration for many. Thank you.

Awful clinic

There is no direct line for any Aster Clinics/Hospitals. The query raised by Insurance company was not replied & we had to call the Insurance company to check the reason for delay in approving.

Very poor costumer service. I have been waiting for a call to schedule my laboratory test 1 week now, i called the costumer service said same thing everytime they will place a request to call me and when they call they will just ask the reason of my call and they ask me to wait for the call from discovery garden branch for the schedule. Its been a week now. No calls until now.

Make sure you have a prior appointment, you will regret if you walk in! Had to wait for 3 hours for my turn after they informed me that there were only 2 people before me during my registration. Pathetic response

I made a visit in Aster Discovery Gardens and the proactive actions by looking at my conditions by Mr.Melvin(Nurse) and Mr.Askar(Billing) shown is so appreciative. Mr.Melvin made my visit to the doctor without any delay and he was constantly monitoring to ensure that I’m not feeling any discomfort.He maintained well attention even though the day was tight with so many patients. Mr.Askar made all the billing along with other procedures without making me to roam around and asked me take rest until he finish all the paper works.Really appreciate for such a support and caring nature eventhough the day was crowded. Both are a real asset for the entity.

Something needs to be done about the waiting times. It has improved a bit lately but not enough. The reception staff keep keying in details into the computer for a long time, and often chat a lot among themselves. We are kept waiting without knowing what we are waiting for. After seeing the Doctor we are sent to the cashier who sometimes has no information about your case. You are left wondering whether your name will be called at all ! Once I happened to check after waiting for about 15 minutes and he said he was not aware that I was waiting to pay! And then he dialled the Doctor who did not pick up the phone. They need to simplify their internal workflow processes. You see a lot of confusion and discussion among staff. The staff seem very happy there which is good to see but this bonhomie should not be at the expense of the patients who are sick and can pass infections to others while waiting.

I was advised by the staff that if I wanted a permit for Abu Dhabi on Sunday I should take the test on Wednesday as I would not receive the results until Saturday. However, I received the results within the next day which has now affected travelling to Abu Dhabi on Sunday. This has been a complete waste of time and money all due to the wrong advice given. After speaking to the call center and being told I will receive a call I'm still waiting !! Very poor customer service on Asters behalf. I want this issue to be resolved. I would like to continue what happened after not receiving a call from them. As soon as I wrote this review I called the call center and spoke to a guy named Nash who then helped me through out this whole messy situation. Nash was so professional and he listened to my complaint in a very calm manner. He then made sure that he would contact me after speaking to their management. I then received a call from Nash - he helped me connect to the supervisor Mr Muneer. I Informed Muneer what happened and he made sure that he would first speak to the call center supervisor regarding this issue where all this started from. Muneer made sure that he would help me solve this issue which he did. I would highly recommend to recognise Nash and Muneer. They are truly helpful, calm, friendly and they will help and resolve the issue. How lucky is Aster to have people like Nash and Muneer to work for Aster.

All of the staffs are very courteous and respectful, they prioritize and understand people who are in need of medical attention. They have excellent customer service skills especially Ms Cindy. I really love to recommend this hospital to my friends and family.

Yesterday I went to Aster Discovery Gardens. It was actually my first time to meet Dr. Firdaus Manzar. Upon entering, Dr. Firdaus welcomed me and my husband with a smile and an enthusiastic voice. She will definitely listen to your concerns and also will go into deep what are the possible areas you might have an issue too. I loved how caring she was with me and she can give you the best advice too. I highly recommend Dr. Firdaus Manzar if you want to meet a doctor that listens, cares and respects you and your thoughts just visit her in Aster Discovery Gardens. You wont regret it for sure.

Poor customer service

I regret choosing this facility for my maternity. Currently being 22 weeks pregnant and facing too many complications and pain due to negligence. They neglected a 6.5 cm big fibroid which I have. I was doing regular follow-up and ultrasound and not even once they mentioned about it in reports. Upon severe pain when I visited emergency department of another hospital I come to know the pain is bcoz of fibroid and nothing can be done now. I spent so much and outcome is poor. Too much waiting even for emergency as they say emergency patients should visit hospital and not come to them.

1-The doctor asked me to do unnecessary analysis despite the fact that I told him that I don’t have insurance .

Ms. Nisa She is very kind and nice. She assisted me very well with regards to my appointment. The way how she prepared everything inside she will be on your side and informed everything what will be the next step. She is very approachable. Her service with the patient is really great. Kudos!

Have visited Aster Clinic in Discovery Garden in first time. It was very nice the way the employees approach especially Ms. Cindy in reception area. She guide me and assist me all the way. She is a positive person. She knows how to handle the patient in her own way. I don't know you but thanks to you!

Steer away!!! Absolutely horrendous. The 48h guarantee for COVID-19 tests is a sham. Had to rebook my flight because they did not release the results not even nearly 3 days later. I took the test on Friday at 11:50am and on the certificate (which they sent thrice to the wrong e-mail address........) they jotted down Friday 00:00 which set me back 12h for the 96h flight requirement!

Dr Arun Nair is the most knowledgeable and kindest dentist I have ever been to. He will tell you all you need to know in an honest and gentle way. Our home far away from the clinic but I am really comfortable with him. How can a dentist with so much expertise and so good at what he does be so humble and caring to his patients. He will treat you BECAUSE HE REALLY cares. Hes the best best dentist for me. Thank you Doc! You did very well and you took my feara away! You made sure you do excellently and that your patient is comfortable and at ease! SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

I am really happy with their Hospitality service, From start to finish everything was smoothly done, i had a consultation with Dr. Sathyanarayan, Doctor was very nice and kind. He explained me the issue very patiently and with all the details. Front desk staff's were also very professional, when there was an issue with approval, Mr. Akshay from front desk , quickly contacted the insurance company and sorted out the issue. Finally my issues are solved now. I would like to recommend this clinic to everyone in Dubai.

I've visited couple of time in different locations but faced same problem upon booking online appointment. Your call center service sucks. We need to wait more than 15 to 20 minutes to get in call. Today i i booked for Urologist in Discovery Gardens and the call center service representative wrongly booked my appointment with Neurologist instrad of Urologist. I had to travel back to Bur Dubai AJMC again. You need to upgrade your manpower to avoid any overwait when your patients call for an appointment and they should listen carefully what has been asked for so that we could safe our time.

The doctors are very professional and does amazing job especially Dr. Franson Jose (Pediatrician). The staff are very professional and courteous.I want to thank Lijo for once again going above and beyond during my recent visit.

I have been visiting Aster clinic, discovery gardens since the last one year and is under the treatment of . Dr. Suma Thomas. She has been a wonderful specialist and clears all my doubts when it comes to my pregnancy issues. She is very positive and helpful. I must acknowledge her assistant Ms. Preeti for the immense support and advice she has given me during the entire course of consultation till date. After spending ages in the booking/waiting area, watching a dozen times the screen which calls token numbers. I entered the doctor's room and felt anger at first look. The doctor was angry with me and said, "We were calling you many times. Do not play games on your mobile in the waiting area and focus on the screen calling your token number". I am not judging here. Maybe it's purely my mistake using my mobile or the system which shows the token number late. The point I'd like to raise is I lost trust and now feel uncomfortable taking prescribed medicine. (Solution: While keeping in mind the patient is a human and could be in the toilet or unintentionally miss the announcement in dizziness. The solution could be to call the patient on the given phone number or cancel the appointment after x minutes would be better than showing anger.) Thank you.
