Beautiful resort! Bed was so damn comfy. Very lovely having the animals onsite and being able to interact with them with permission from the staff. I only ate from the buffets for lunch and breakfast, but was delicious and great quality. Loved the entertainment in the evening on the beach. Every resort was beautiful and vey well maintained. Needs more buggies during the busy times but they would call for more when guests asked for them.

Nice large beach hotel. Great facilities. Friendly staff. 3 swimming pools. One for the vip guests. Extended beach front with good service. Good breakfast. Good Italian restaurant on the top floor. Lots of sports including sea sports, mini golf, shooting club, swimming with the horses, Nice gardens all around. Connected to backside hotel building, and restaurants. Reasonable rooms area. Very small beds (almost 90 cm width in the double rooms. Reasonable furniture. Bathrooms needs maintenance, damaged hooks, plumbing needs attention. Guests need to carefully check and validate their bills at checkout. The discover plan works and it gives 15% discount on food consumed.

Stayed at the beach resort. Fantastic service, grate food and a nice selection of gourmet experiences. Sette restaurant was more than we expected. Travelling with 2 kids it was easy with the AI concept. Free shuttles to the malls and to the shooting club for mixing an dinner which surprised us in quality. Pools really nice and Friday evening was devoted for the kids at the beach pool. Can only recommend.

If you are devastated from the summer and looking for something really relaxing and lush green scenery then JA the resort is one of the best destination outside the city. Resort holding many hotels inside, amazing golf course, horse riding, peacock, dears. Many lush green parks, ultimate fun time for kids having Splash Pads, mini golf, many swimmers pools, gym, best restaurants. Best part is having beaches along side with resort. I like their Sports cafe as well their Beef stake sandwich was excellent. Its really an excellent place and Attraction in Dubai.

Great place to relax and chill! Restaurant on harbour Was a bit crowded and the waiters were a bit overstrained due to the amount of people, but all in all was a great place

The best beach resort in Dubai. I highly recommend this place. The facility includes a wide variety of kids and adults activities. The restaurants are also varied in terms of cuisines and can be suitable for any event or timing (breakfast buffet, brunch buffet, café and sports bar). The beach area as well as the pools are super clean and relaxing.

This place is possibly one of if not the nicest resorts in Dubai. It's as if you've taken a flight out to somewhere different. A real escape. Palm tree court is our only experience but we've been there a couple of times now and both visits were exceptionally nice. Food is good, service is really good, everyone there makes sure you're having a pleasant experience and the variety is welcome. My only gripe is that the rooms need a refresh, overall clean and spacious (stayed in a garden view terrace) but dated for sure. However the epitome of staying there are the gardens and the birds and animals that are hanging about the place. Peacocks, turtles, some cool looking birds and ducks. Recommended staycation spot for sure.

Always love a staycation at JA The Resort. This stay was no different. For families, the Just Splash park and Kid's Club is one of the best in the region. Combined with the wealth of other activities on site and the flexibility to explore each of the hotels ... we love it here and will definitely be going back!

It is the most amazing place, and it makes you feel like you are outside Dubai. It has so many plants, trees, and lakes with huge and nice golf places 👌 There are a lot of different restaurants there, Also, it has so many swimming pools and a big water park. Highly recommended to enjoy with family and friends

Very top-notch resort. Love the environment and the staff is awesome. The food is great and there is a beach right by the pool and you can enjoy the climate there. Wondeful place for vacation and would come again for sure.

The Half board concept is totally not clear or even understood by the employees. With such a price that we paid we should feel more welcomed in such a resort and they should offer at least free soft drinks and water along with the half board expensive price. Besides there was a lot of families with their kids and too loud voices where we first went to relax not to be hearing shouting and so. To focus on the positive aspect we found peace on the pool however we paid for our alcoholic beverages an expensive price. 😅

One of my favorite golf club in dubai. There are many beautiful nature there. Beatiful peacock and bird and beach is there. I recommend stay palm tree court and sports cafe there. Golf course lake and marina. You can enjoy horse riding and keep baby during golf

Soulful divine food by Chef Vikas Khanna. Not only delicious but colourful treat in all dishes. Would not miss it at all in my next visits.

Enjoyed my stay there Was surprised to find a place like that in Jebel Ali - rooms were clean, staff is great and a good place to relax with family. Shuttle services also available to nearby destinations...

Brand new luxury resort with spectacular facilities - golf, tennis, equestrian. These are complemented by a superb sand beach, outdoor swimming pools (adults / children) and expansive gardens, luxury Spa and a great selection of dining.

An oasis on the beach. Beautiful beach resort with a serene environment. A big lobby full of tourists and it appears to be most sought after resort in the desert with marina and beach. I had a lunch buffet at the restaurant. Um ali dessert was very nice. Live pasta cooking session was available. Taste of food might be appealing to many.

We were here for a wedding and damn it was fine! Excellent property, excellent amenities and a lovely ambience to go with a wondeful breakfast buffet spread over so many counters. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Resorts. The Soulbeach, The Gymnasiums, The Lake view hotel, Kinara Restaurant and the beach side was truly sensational!

Lovely hotel and complex. Staff so friendly. We had a 1 bed terrace suite which was huge. Child has a nut allergy and head chef came out each day and asked what food he wanted and they cooked it separately incase of cross-contamination . Not too far out from main attractions. 2 types of all inclusive at hotel.

One of our favorite places - there's so many activities and it's great if you have little ones. They have a great splash play area which is entertaining for children and adults. It tends to get a little crowded on weekends but never too crazy. The best part is that it's part of Privilee of you are a member :)

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the hotel... not very comfortable rooms with uncomfortable narrow beds and a tiny bathroom. Our room was overlooking the driveway and parking lot, although it should have a view of the garden (not the sea), it did not encourage us to stay. I will certainly never go back to him. Even though the hotel grounds were quite well-kept, there were problems with noisy children and the lack of enough sun loungers on the beach.

Awesome loved it always spend an amazing time here, very comfortable and the views are amazing. The atmosphere is serene and full of green. The Ocean is nice and clean. Very helpful staff and many activities to do. The food is also very pleasant and tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner. As you can see from my pics and vids.

Very nice location 👌, the services are good, housekeeping needs to improve, old towels, they don't keep kleenex in leaving and dinning area. The sea 🌊 water, is not clean, I am not an expert, but I think Environmental Agency needs to take water samples to make sure that the water has no oil, which could be discharged from the Vessels.

We watched the Cricket World Cup final here. The resort is really nice. They have great facilities including sports, golf , water sports etc. also several events gets organized here. Overall a great place

What can I say amazing time here for my brithday we had to change hotel half way though due to the power cut but all staff was amazing abd really helpful.. definitely recommend to updagde to all inclusive plus instead of Al buffet as the sports cafe have amazing food.. all bar staff smoking gun sports cafe and the housekeepers are lovely I didn't want to leave they let us use the hotel for a extra day as a apologie for the power cut and all was amazing thank you ja resort will be back again and bringing my girls with me

I am really giving the manager, Murad 5 stars, the hotel 4.8. Made it to the hotel after 15 hours and we were exhausted to find out that our reservation was charged without my knowledge or permission by Chase Travel. Murad worked with me to try to get the issue resolved. He actually talked to Chase to try to get the issue resolved. Chase made several promises they did not keep. Murad went up and beyond numerous times to try make our vacation enjoyable. He was very understanding with the circumstances due to the mistake and offered many options. Liana and Muhammad who worked at the front desk were not as helpful and did not seem to want to help. Actually Mohammed appeared to take pride in running up to us to give us bad news with no apology at all. The hotel is nice, nothing amazing. However, you have access to 2 other hotels, The JA Palm and The JA Lakeview hotel which are in walking or golf cart distance. The JA Lakeview was very nice. All of the hotels are very clean. The ocean view was great. Staff was very nice. Gabriel was very friendly and helpful. He always greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything. If he saw us with bags he would immediately grab them and take them up to our rooms. The food could be okay, but it was NEVER hot, at least at the buffets. I would book again with JA The Beach Hotel. I think we could have had a better experience if Chase did not mess up the reservation. You will need to book your stay longer than 7 days if you are flying from the US. You lose 2 days coming in. The flight is 15 hours (direct) from Texas then they are 9 hours ahead of Central time, practically 2 days. And it is an hour away from Abu Dhabi and hour away from downtown Dubai where you can see the tallest building, Burj Khalifa and the largest mall.

The hotel is new and clean . The staff is helpful.the food in restaurant 81 is good . The location is far from Dubai center but this is what makes it a unique resort providing relaxing vibes .

Love the vibes, resort makes you feel like you lift the city to the forest, the resort is 20 minutes drive from Dubai. Nice beach, 3 swimming pools and more that 3 bars. Very reasonable prices and good service.

The eastern food has no taste or just cause of alot of food wastage.. breakfasts and desserts are outclass. Very expensive 5 star services indeed.

The course is simply gorgeous. Proper resort course, very picturesque, lots of wildlife, visually stunning, and in really great condition. The course doesn't play long, but requires precision. Lots of trees and water and elevation, close to the coastline, so the wind plays tricks on you. But overall, very enjoyable!

A fabulous little gem in the desert!! Green, tranquil, with tropical vibes. Lots of hidden little surprises like waterfalls, little bridges, gardens, lawns, an amphitheatre, peacocks, tortoises and even a couple of eagles and falcons. The rooms are very spacious have a sea view, or the view of the beautiful golf course. The space is a must with kids. Plenty to do with kids.. tennis courts, a squash court, badminton, billiards etc. They have a well equipped gym, spa and plenty of choices to eat. I'd come back again and again. A great place for families with kids. The service is excellent and the staff were always happy to help. We will be back!!
