This mall is in Jabel Ali. Not much crowded even on weekends. This mall do not have many branded and Porsche stores like dubai mall. This mall has family stores for housing , quick shoppings for food items and Vehicles. Mall is very clean and due to IKEA it’s give a looklike European stores out of the city. This mall is quite far from the residential areas. So the access to the mall is little challenge. You have to take taxi from metro station (Ibn batuta). If you are coming with car then it has ample space of parking. If you coming only in IKEA then it’s ikea parking close to ikea entrance (most probably filled on weekends) because family spend time in ikea. More then in mall. There are stores like pan Emirates and food outlets like Tim hortons. Recently mall upgraded some adventure rooms for small entertainment for people and kids. It’s free! Enjoy and update your Instagram picture in those rooms.

Festival Plaza is the latest addition to the malls coming to the Jebel Ali area , a two level mall. There anchor stores are Lulu hypermarket and a big IKEA outlet. The rest of the mall is full of your regular stores, clothes, shoes etc. The mall is less crowded and easy to navigate, the ambience is decent. There is an ample amount of car parking in this mall.

Calm and peaceful environment.. Specially during festive days.. Like Valentine days and Christmas Day.. You will definable a good space for you and with your loved ones.. To enjoy and hang out.. Without extra crowdyness.. Go n enjoy😊

It's the newest addition in the Jebel Ali region coming up early and Lulu is operational inside the mall. There is a big IKEA showroom present in the mall and some functional stores are also there where you can find a lot of tools and equipment for your housing needs and for the interior decoration too . There's ample car parking and a great ambience also in the mall .

A relatively new mall that houses a branch of the infamous IKEA, that's towards the Jebel Ali end of Dubai. It's generally a quiet mall and thus quite pleasant for social distancing and not feeling so crowded. Parking is also largely undercover with the IKEA end being very busy but further away you will usually be able to find ample parking. There's a Lulu hypermarket, various other smaller shops and quite a few international branded eateries and cafes making this a reasonable place to hang out at, not forgetting IKEA's own restaurant. Otherwise there's nothing else that's particularly special to visit this mall for unless you live close by.

Why is the mall not relocating the electrical charges 6 of them cannot be used since over a year because they decided to park Volvo show cars there …. Very poor Managment Most of the charger never work in the mall and always under maintenance you guys need to meet other malls standard in the region and have better Managment 6 chargers out of use since a year !!!!

Nice cozy mall, you can go there to chill or shopping. I have seen a big hyper market, clinic, cafes, restaurants, IKEA and ACE Hardware. Two things to note; 1. Parking was a bit confusing and 2. I wish the mall management allow for a better variety of restaurants.

Quiet, I love the cleanliness and the affordable food from Ikea. Walkable distance from Energy Metro station or take bus 44 from Ibn Battuta if you are using public transportation. There is also a free shuttle bus.

A medium size mall, Jebel Ali area . Ikea is a biggest attraction in the mall. Clean and quiet, not very busy, well maintained. Not easy to find your way around. Kids friendly. Few restaurants and Cafe's. Supermarket serving groceries, fresh produce. Shops offering various products and services. Nearby parking

Customer service is too slow IKEA has to hire more in the customer service section . Quality isn’t as it used to be ! Unfortunately I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from IKEA with an amount more than AED 2K

Located in the Al Furjan area around 2 km from Hindu Temple. Best for residents of Jebel Ali, Furjan and nearby suburban areas. Though you would wish to enjoy shopping in a less crowded mall, seeing less crowd actually kinda put your mood down. Wish more shops are added and more people visit this mall for better vibe. Parking is adequate

This mall is always my favorite place where I can find all the essentials needed Including multi rands available and many coffee shops brands IKEA is there, Ace, Lulu and Champs which is fair enough to fulfil your needs at home. Free parking slots are always available and easy to access in and out

It's a good mall, not very busy. Mostly people come here because of IKEA as well as Lulu. Ikea is worth to visit, it's huge but Lulu doesn't have department store. Only grocery available.

Nice Mall, Big Ikea inside. It's a little bit far, but you can have a cab and in a few minutes you will be at the metro station or at IBN Batuta Mall.
