Excellent location. I think that is the only good thing about the hotel. The room was not decent. It is just clean. The door of the toilet was not closing. The room service was not done while I was away. The hotel seems to be Happy with getting people booking because it is affordable. That seems to be there startegy. No effort is done to make customer experience a good one. Maybe my expectations were just higher than what the hotel can afford. But having a decent check in experience is the minimum right? It was a disaster for us. Many time I called the reception and no one would pick up also. If you are looking for an affordable only then it might be good for you. If you want to be somewhere where you are expecting a minimum customer service satisfaction a little attention...then don't go there!

Amazing stay. Check in was fast and the reception staff were very welcoming, the room was sparking clean and had the most beautiful views along with comfortable bedside and wide bathroom. I was surprised with the birthday decoration and highly appreciated their efforts and thoughtfulness. Location is perfect, 1 minute away from the metro and bus station, and the hotel has an entrance directly to Ibn Battuta mall which made shopping easier for us.

Excellent quality for a great price. The position was good enough, at least for us who had a car. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious at breakfast and dinner, generous but not decadent (we don't like food waste so it was perfect for us). Most of all, the staff was excellent. Helpful and kind. In particular, every evening, for dinner, we were welcomed by Susma, very professional and very kind, she always made sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

I recently stayed here with a study abroad group visiting Expo 2020. On one of our first nights, we came down to the bar so we could all get a drink and get to know each other. Little did we know that the bar would probably be our most memorable place that we visited or went to in Dubai. The bartenders, Sujal and Sameera, were some of our biggest highlights of our days and our trip. They are incredible and work SO unbelievably hard. Two lovely men who make each night memorable. I am going to miss them dearly. We looked forward going down there each night to order food, get drinks, listen to music, play pool, and talk to the bartenders. This hotel was also conveniently located next to the Ibn Battuta mall and the metro station, which made it easy to get around. I highly recommend not only staying at this hotel but definitely visiting the bar later in the evening. You won’t regret it!

The best hotel for family because they give extra double beds for kids at a price of one family room. Great job Premier Inn. Breakfast is 👍 and easy access to mall. Only they should done more on the choices of food they offer during Christmas Eve. The price is expensive. I am not expecting that only one type of juice is available and no coffee served. But anyway, three days two nights stay is great. Thank you Premier Inn.

My girlfriend and I had an overnight stay at this hotel and enjoyed a few drinks at the rooftop bar. The ambiance was truly nice with a live band. I had a relaxing time at the place. If you prefer a chill atmosphere and want to avoid crowded bars, this is the right place. It's conveniently located opposite the Ibn Battuta Metro, making it easily accessible.

Okay this hotel is AMAZING! But there’s just one thing! In the cheapest room that the hotel has it is actually pretty good but I would like to know why I Need to pay extra for shampoo,toothbrush,comb,etc. other than that the hotel is amazing! Good food and room service!

Stayed here during COP28 for 6 weeks, lovely team and they can't do enough for you. Christian, and the wider bar team were wonderful! The lovely gent who runs the bar was fantastic too! Mamadou was excellent and my room was always left in great condition! Would happily stay again if I come to Dubai! Easy to get to the metro and shopping mall. Thank you!

I’d like to recommend this hotel wholeheartedly! The location is simply perfect,just a few steps away from the IBN Battuta Mall,but also from the metro station and the bus station.The staff is very welcoming and always ready to assist,rooms are huge with the most comfortable beds ever! Housekeeping make sure the room is always shining! I also recommend room service,delicious menu and very good prices,available till midnight! There is also a pool open till 8 pm.Totally recommend!

Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall. Location is perfect. A direct bridge linked to Ibn Battuta Mall and immediately at the Metro Station of Ibn Battuta Mall. Staff are genuine and very friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are extremely quite. Have a pool, a spa and gym on site. Bridge to mall closes 10 pm every night, at 12 am on weekends. Free wifi to guest, and good covered parking space available in P1 and P2 for hotel guests. Affordable prices and great deal for the location and cleanliness of facility.

Great hotel! It’s connected to the mall so you can easily enjoy their food court or a shopping session. It also has very easy&fast access to the metro station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and their breakfast is pretty diverse!

I am a frequent visitor to Mr. Toad's Pub & Kitchen and Nuevo restaurants located inside the hotel. Both restaurants are nice, clean with reasonable prices and excellent service! The staff is very polite and incredibly friendly! The location is convenient- just about 7 min from the Metro Station. Recommended.

Hotel is in perfect location - 5 min walk to Ibn Battuta Mall, 10 min to metro and bus stop. Rooms (Tower B) are well maintained and comfortable. My very special THANKS to Mr. Mamadou. He keeps our rooms always in perfect condition and super clean. Bed was super comfortable with crispy clean blankets and bedsheets! Thank you to everyone who keeps my long stay comfortable and pleasant!

I am a regular customer at the bar Mr Toad’s. I love this place, coming here for around 4 years. Nice and quiet, good for laptop work during the day and nice chill in the evening. nice location..connected to the mall..good service from Cristian from the restaurant! thanks a lot.. I just want to call the attention of the chef..the beef bacon was really rubbery..you cannot even cut with a knife! we have a clean and nice room but unfortunately, no table tissue, no toiletries inside the room..and you need to pay for disposable slippers. we only got one towel even the room is for two pax..you still have to request for it which supposedly be in there before you check in, right? we requested for 1 queen bed and yet they just combined two single bed..funny.

Extremely rude receptionist in reservations... this is the first point of contact and when you get an attitude like this from the reception... better stay away. Dubai has plenty of good hotels who know how to treat customers well!

The beds and pillows were super comfy I had a good sleep. Check In was smooth. Room and cleanliness spot on. Breakfast needs improvement, omelette was raw. Too much Indian items rather than western options. The most irritating part was no one answers the calls at the reception and neither in room service or the restaurant.

I am more than two months in the Premier Inn hotel and I am very thankful to the entire team . I feel like at home . Many tanks to Leonora and her team to keep my room very clean . My stay at Hotel Premier Inn (Ibn Batuta Mall) was quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added to the overall experience. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The location was far from downtown but the Dubai metro station is just beside the property with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Overall good experience, Thumbs up 👍

Currently staying in Premier inn Ibn Battuta - Room (607). Our stay has been excellent so far! The staff are very friendly and helpful in all aspects including cleaning up and maintaining our room. Special shout out to DHARAMEER who gave us fresh water bottles, towels and even changed our bins! The hotel was nice, the food was nice. My room was always clean thanks to Ahmed coming every day and thoroughly cleaning it, that's the thing I always look forward to whenever I come back from work. Room smells really nice and is very clean after his work. Also the location of the hotel is nice next to Ibn Battuta mall.

Had a great experience staying here. The staff is nice and courteous with a shout out to Dharamveer. They are professional and understanding. The location of the hotel is also pretty good with metro, mall and bus services at walkable distance.

Restaurant staff was very rude with my child and as well with me and even she did not care about the surrounding and she was raising her voice. It was really embarrassing situation today morning I have to raise the voice after the irresponsible and arrogant and abusive language from the staff and management has responded that as if I have abused the staff after the polite answer from the staff. at least that is what I understood. Anyway for more clarity, I have asked very politely with her with all due respect "what happened" because I was not present when the incident happen. but I have received very arrogant reply from the staff & then she walked off while I was talking (I hope this is not what respect means) then off course I have to raise the voice to reach her ears. She do not have any rights to touch my kid first of all she has to understand if not someone has to teach her. Even with the hand or with some objects. I also understand that my kid would have exaggerated the scenario so, I have also asked very decently but she was at the peak. I am asking the management is it allowed to be rude and abusive towards your guest by your staff.

Dharamveer was excellent, great customer service and always very friendly and happy to help any request. Stayed in room 610 and he kept it super clean and tidy the entire week. Very happy and would recommend.

The location is excellent. Huge shopping mall and multiple food outlets just next door. The rooms are clean and tidy enough, but rather dated. They have a nice pool area, which has the sun most of the day. There is a themed bar with a nice "beer garden" and a restaurant too, they also have a gym. The Dubai Metro is just opposite, so handy for getting to the beach and downtown.

It was my first time to visit in this Hotel, and I was amaze how affordable the room was. They have a comfy room, clean and unique design. It’s close to the mall and everything is easy including transportations. The employees were accommodating and the manager. Thumbs up👍🏼

What a positive experience! after an exhausting day at Expo2020, I made an error in my booking but Hafeez patiently assisted me to correct it and guided me to my room. The rooms are clean, spacious and I had a very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise! Very affordable, very conveniently located, I will be back!

The staff are very courteous. Breakfast and dinner menus are varied and well prepared. Daud, who cleaned my room on several occasions, made sure it was tidy and well arranged and was always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is conveniently located next to a Metro station and connects via walkway to the Ibn Battuta Mall.

Perfect size room in a well located premier inn. The hotel is connected to the mall which has a bridge to just outside the metro station, which makes travel into the city very easy. The hotel also has a pool and the Mr Toads pub inside is great as well.

Premier Inn hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for accommodation. The staff are highly cooperative and attentive to guests' needs.I have a strong sense of satisfaction regarding the hospitality offered by Mr. M Shoaib. His room service is consistently impeccable and hygienic. He maintains regular communication with me and is exceptionally amiable and helpful. Moreover, he promptly attends to any requests. The experience he provided me with was truly exceptional. Additionally, the hotel boasts a delightful ambiance and offers magnificent views. I highly endorse it.

Our stay was short but fantastic thanks to Derek Affran and Joanna who all looked after us at one point or another during our stay. The room was amazing, spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained (tower B) and we would stay again in a heartbeat. The location is so convenient having the mall right there or being able to go outside on to the metro or in a taxi straight away.

The rooms were spacious enough. The location to the mall and the metro made it ideal. The rooms were cleaned daily. WiFi, water pressure, AC and water heater worked well. The only thing I’d adjust was the lighting in the rooms. It made it very difficult for you to apply your makeup properly. Bear in mind that it’s a bit far out from other activities that you’d like to do so factor in that time when taking the metro. Overall it was a good stay and great value and I would definitely stay here again. Madelyn at reception was also very friendly.

Great experience in the Premier Inn Hotel! My room was clean every day, they have good mattress for bed so I slept like a baby! Affan and Yousef were very attentive with me and my family, they treat us excellent and solve any questions I had. Breakfast was also very good!

Stay here often; have recently added a new block (Tower B) which is very nice. Much better than the rooms in the original building where some of the rooms had started to become a bit run down. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. They have a gym and it is very close to Ibn Mall - there's even a direct walkway. However, food could do with more variety; but lots of restaurants to choose from in the area or in the mall if you wish to eat elsewhere.

Lovely hotel, very attentive staff and spotless. Pool area was very well kept, towels are complimentary. Costa coffee on site. My only reservation was the smoking area. As a smoker myself I tended to use it daily but it was filthy. I know, I know what non smokers would say but I don't ask for negativity just a clean table to sit at away from all the non smokers .

It was our first time in Premier Inn due to our friends were staying to the same hotel. We are very disappointed and never again to return here. Room is very smelly, we open the window and purchase air diffuser so we wont suffer while staying. Bathroom, there is a used tissue so it means they did not clean properly. The electric kettle is not working so we request to change it however the person who change it, seems do not like his job and spilled the water in the carpet if it was by accident we can understand but we don't feel so. What is good only here is the reception who was very friendly and the location. It was connected to Batuta Mall so basically it's easy to shop and eat. But I don't recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay specially for family.

The hotel is good for the price, the reception located 3rd floor, difficult to get concierge or bill man to carry luggage. The location is very good as there is Bridge into Ibn Battuta Mall, metro is near too walking distance 4mins to get there. Rooms are acceptable, the bathroom not that much

The hotel is great, prices are perfect, very close to train station and public bus transport. And the mall is just 50 meters away. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Really nice hotel next two metro and easy access to shopping mall. Booking in can be a bit of a pain they seem to want you to upgrade to tower b all the time. The pool area gets very busy, so you may not get a bed. But apart from that really nice hotel and would stay again

Lovely stay, our room has a nice view. The housekeeping makes sure that we are all well settled. Food access was easy as it was beside the IBN Battuta Mall. We explore the mall without worrying much of the time. The place is clean; on the other hand, please open the pool early and extend the time in the evening. I will recommend it to my friends and also budget-friendly.

Service is great here at the Hotel! Rooms are always spotless and great cleaning staff. Mr Toads pub is a great venue for food and a beer. Staff are brilliant specially Sam. Sam is very welcoming and always remember my drink of choice when I arrive. Sometimes before I sit down Sam has already brought my drink.

I’d say it’s great hotel for a 3 🌟. The new renovated block has quite nice clean rooms. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional, but again good for you have paid for. They might need to work a bit on the Reception & do a proper re-design of that area, as it look too dull.

I have stayed in Premier Inn for one week and their service and hospitality is good.. the guy from reception (Mohammad) is very supportive and ready take responsibility to fix if any issues. Location is good and easy accessibility metro and mall.

The Hotel is very close to the metro and has a direct link to the mall next door, which has a supermarket and many food options. The room was clean and big. The breakfast buffet had a nice amount of food. The Room Service food was good as well. The shower didn’t have enough water pressure which made showering a lot longer then usually. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly when we arrived, so we went to reception in the morning, they said they would send someone, came back in the evening, toilet wasn’t fixed, so we had to ask again. Staff was hit or miss, some where friendly, some not so much. All in all, you get what you pay for. In the future i would choose a different hotel location, because you had do drive 30 minutes or longer with the metro to see sights or go to the beach.

Every dish I've tried has been absolutely delicious and the portion sizes are generous. The prices are very reasonable too. You definitely get your money's worth here. Finally, I have to give a special shoutout to the waiter Sam. He is truly the best. He always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and his recommendations are spot on. Overall, I highly recommend this pub. Whether you're grabbing a drink after work or enjoying a leisurely weekend meal, you won't be disappointed.

I stayed in Premier Inn Ibn Battutha for 12 Days and their service and hospitality was very good. The location is excellent, easily accessible to Metro and to the Mall. The staffs at the reception (Mr. Mohammad) and house keeping (Mr. Daud) were very courteous and helpful. The facility is well maintained and nice place to stay. Highly recommended.

I had wonderful days of stay kudos to the Housekeeping department Ms. Leonora and Mr. Innocent. They made my stay comfortable and ideal. Also, they made sure that my needs are very well attended. It's an ideal hotel for those who wish to shop anytime as the mall is right next to the building. Tho, the Room Service Department delays the meal delivery not to mention they're difficult to contact via hotel phone. Overall, i recommend their world class services and facilities. One of the great experienced stay with Premier Inn for Eid holidays. We are selected a standard family room, even though very spacious, clean and neat. All the amenities we are given for a cheaper price and especially bathroom is very tidy with hot and cool water for 24/7. If you are looking for cheap and best stay, I would recommend Premier Inn without a second thought.

This hotel boasts a prime location, as it is conveniently connected to both the Dubai Metro and Ibn Batuta Mall through a tunnel. However, I must acknowledge that the rooms were rather basic, and on my floor, there was an unpleasant smell of water leakage. The initial encounter with the customer service agent was quite disappointing, as they exhibited rudeness and a serious demeanor. Fortunately, their shift ended, and a more amiable staff member took over, assisting me with my booking and providing a detailed explanation about the hotel and room. It was this improved experience that ultimately led me to give the hotel a four-star rating. The breakfast offered was decent, although not exceptional. Nonetheless, the hotel's remarkable location, with its proximity to the mall and metro, was undeniably impressive.

Good place for a stay. Rooms are clean, good staff and varieties of food to choose. Recommending this place. Points for improvement: 1. I came for 9 days' stay, and I was given an electronic card to unlock my room number and elevator. During my 9 days stay, the card stopped working 3 times, making me lose time by going to the reception. 2. Had minor problems with electricity in a dining room.

It was a pleasant stay. We originally booked at Tower A, but the lovely staff, Harry and Joana, at the reception, booked us to Tower B. It’s important to bring your toiletries as they don’t provide unless you pay some additional fees. Like our slippers, we had to purchase our own for 5 AED each. The location is very convenient as it’s next to the metro.

Everything was Absolutely awesome. Room was very neat and clean. This was my 3rd visit to this property it was very fabulous. And looking forward to visit Again. Specially many thanks to Mr Riyas at Reception.

One of the worst hotel I stayed.very poor AC service, were AC will not work at night n temp will not come down from 26. Irrespective of set value. My kid suffered a lot. If we ask water also no use they won't give. Simply wasted my 2days off. very poor altogether. Even food also not good.

Oh my gosh. Was this an amazing experience. The service is GREAT, the breakfast is superb, the staff are on par with every request. If you looking for an affordable and not too far (10 min) from Dubai Marina this is your place. And you don't have to pay Marina prices. I would stay here again and again. And there is a pool and gym and direct entrance to the mall. Lovely mall. Not crowded, not so complicated as the other malls, not too big and right on the map for travelling with a metro or bus.

We stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time. The reception (at 5am in the morning) was fantastic as always. We stayed there for 14 nights. Room was fine as always. Breakfast was good. Pool water was nice and warm the first 9 days of our stay, then ice cold. We will definitely come back.

Really happy with my stay overall at Premier Inn Ibn Battuta Mall. Couple of really good things I want to point out: 1. The support staff specially Uttam, my daily service representative has been one of the kindest and sweetest persons to talk to. He signifies the essence of hospitality and had ensured that my stay has been comfortable and memorable. 2. The breakfast staff in the morning has been extremely nice and accommodating. The buffet breakfast menu has always been excellent. 3. The hotel’s focus on clean and green initiatives such as giving water in 100% recycled plastic bottles has been evident from the get go.
