We had a nice stay here. This hotel. Staff is friendly and gives good advice. The room on the 19th floor was nice, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the Friday pool party. We appreciated the breakfast with lots of options. Hotel has a mall and metro nearby and was close by Expo 2020. And there is a shuttle to the beach. The view on the power plant is not the nicest one and you can hear some noise from the highway. But it surely is a great place to stay with value for money!

Very modern hotel with direct access to Battuta Mall. Excellent service, but the food in the evening could be better. The buffet breakfast is excellent however in the evening it is not always hot and there are few choices. However there is a menu for the pool bar which we only discovered on the last night with a vast choice at an extra price. Really interesting choices, wish we found it sooner. We have already booked to return later this year... The rooms are reasonably large and once you get the hang of the original and a bit strange bathroom doors it's quite trendy. The vibes are spectacular, the Mall, The Battuta Gate Hotel, and off into the distance. Lovely. Keep the curtains closed with the lights on as the rooms are very visible from the pool deck. The hotel smells fantastic, don't know what they use but it's lovely. The staff are outstanding and you will feel welcomed from the minute your taxi turns up.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and my daughter caught a cold on the second day, and because I was on a business trip, all the servants of this hotel paid special attention to us, even they took us to the doctor in their own car and took us to the restaurant. I am very grateful especially to Mohammad, he was very kind to us and if it wasn't for him, maybe something bad would have happened to us. He is a real man and this hotel and its crew deserve 5 stars. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was excellent.

worth staying, reasonable price. Right from the check-in very friendly and welcoming staff in the hotel lobby, sincere and very polite cleaning boys. Decent food and good vibe in the pool area, mall and metro is in the next door. Overall it was nice stay, definitely coming back again if the trip brings to Dubai again.

It's our first time staying in Avani Hotel and I must say I enjoyed the experience. The room is very practical and space is very well used. I want to thank especially to Ms Dristi she is such a sweet heart.Restruant staffs are friendly too. Over all it was a nice stay. Definitely will come back.😊

We stayed here almost a week, very well located in front of a train station and beside the Ibn Battuta Mall, service was excellent, rooms are nice, very clean and they provide all sort of complimentary items to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is included with your room, many yummy items to pick from the buffet. My only complain is about the coffee station where they try to accommodate all the orders on time but almost every day there was a big line to get your coffee and drinks, maybe adding another coffee machine and more staff will solve this issue. I would recommend this hotel.

Special thanks to Mr. Shuaib. We had a wonderful experience. Great service, clean rooms, and attached to Ibn batuta Mall. The only negative point is that it is a bit far from the old Dowtown.

Stayed here for a night this past week and it was a very luxurious stay! The ambiance and hospitality are great and for such an amazing price. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Especially housekeeping guy Mr.Krishna and Mr. Kaamdev. The kids also enjoyed the pool! I think it’s a great place for a stay that’s relaxing and with a nice view and also close to the metro station and the bus station. Highly recommended!!

This place is awesome, the Avani hotel is so clean. The staff are so kind, especially in the reception Mr. Ahmed, he is so kind. I found a cake, for my birthday. And Mr Shoaib,he is so helpful and kind,I found a cake too for anniversary. The room is clean and pool so cool with music and DJ.

Hotel is very beautiful. One fact wonders me It is located in the Center. I have never met such kind people in the hotel. I would mention there is nice staff. I would like to mention Jamila employee who is very polite to me. She is really beautiful

This hotel has a lot more room for improvement, if they want to deliver a truly world-class four star hotel experience. In short, I don't think they're like a 4 star hotel I've stayed at elsewhere. I indicated that I'll be there for my honeymoon. At check-in they asked if I wanted 2 twin bed rooms... How ridiculous! This is my final stop in a month-long honeymoon only one that did not give us an upgrade or even a room with slightly nicer view. We got the room with the worst view. Don't even think that they read my comment in the reservation. In the room, the hand soap was completely empty! Housekeeping was not very attentive. The robes were also stained. No mini fridge in the room. Note that the bathroom is an open concept. Great for couples and individuals in a room, but not great for other types of travelers.

A good and comfortable hotel with a suitable services for business, couples or even family trips Almost all services and staff were available to create a comfortable stay in this hotel. I think If changes are made in at least a few rooms with a different design in the arrangement of the sanitary service space, the level of satisfaction will reach a higher level. Good luck

DO NOT STAY HERE THE NIGHTS THE HOTEL HAS A PARTY. (I believe their salsa parties are every Saturday), they are incredibly loud and pretty much keep everyone in the hotel awake. The rooms overlooking the pool are doomed for any peace whilst the parties are on. The party went on until 3am on Saturday!! Similarly, the live music went on till late on Friday too, keeping me awake. I had no idea about this before booking and should have been warned. The rooms are fine but the location is quite out the way and near an industrial setting so air is pretty smoggy. I also found the staff quite blunt and rude. I do not recommend staying here.

Check in was easy, friendly staff. Room was perfect. Well equipped. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. You can leave your luggage at the reception. Location is a problem, long distance to downtown. But the metro station just 1 minute walking from the hotel. Don’t book Saturdays because they have an outdoor party in the evening that last till 3 am. Recommend it

High level service, kind helpful staff. Pool and gym caused extra joy. Built almost together with a big and impressive mall. Metro and bus stations are in 3 minutes walk, however reaching the city lasts rather long time (more then an hour).

Amazing rooms and installations. Very polite stuff. They offer you free shuttle to its private beach club which is very nice in the palm tree Jumeirah. Only thing I would suggest is more variety in the breakfast as they were offering the same food for all our 5 days spent there. Also as suggestion (I guess better for them if they want to make more business) is to reduce the terrace prices, we didn't take anything while having fun in the pool due to the high cost. Near the hotel there is an amazing and huge mall where you can have lunch/dinner very economic and from very different countries. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Bell hop even inquired about my stay while riding elevator. Great customer service. I did order room service first night using the scanned qr code. I waited 45 min and no delivery but I called and they promptly responded. They even assisted with holding my laundry for outside service. Overall a very good experience and would certainly recommend.

The staff at this hotel provide exceptional service. I first stayed here in February when I arrived in the country whilst sorting out my living arrangements and the restaurant staff were great. But the most amazingly I came back to stay again 9 months later and the restaurant staff at breakfast remembered me, and greeted me with warm wishes of "welcome back" and fist bumps and smiles. They were very attentive and even prepared my coffee just how I like it as soon as I walked in and before I asked for one. They all made me feel very welcome and added greatly to the enjoyment of my stay. I was very impressed and will stay here for a third or fourth time if ever I am in town. Steven

I enjoyed a long stay at Avani. The location is great, with easy access to the metro and mall. The room was very comfortable and quiet (opposite side from the pool). Every weekend is a party and the pool DJ is great. Many thanks to the staff who were always ready to help, especially housekeeping and the front desk.

Cool stay. You can use everyday beach shuttle to the palm beach, very cool place even for sun-burned ) Better to go earlier than 11 am. Lunch is a bit better than dinner... Love the hotel pool with relax music daily. Cocktails could be better for their costs.

The hotel should be 5* for sure! Beautiful building both inside & out, fantastic pool on a level of its own & such kind, knowledgeable, courteous staff & service. I am a wheelchair user & everywhere in the hotel was fully accessible which I loved. The only problem with the hotel is the location, it is not in the hotel centre, it is a journey to see or do anything outside of the hotel. From the pool area on level 2 of the hotel, you can see The Gate & the Entrance to the mall which is next door to the hotel (as you can see in the attached pictures) Please note this mall is very big but it is not the Biggest mall in Dubai.

The only downside here is my inability to speak anything other than English. People super helpful and friendly once they get what I'm trying to explain. Love the mall just next door. Great view from 19th floor.

Really looked forward to my stay at Avani given the glowing reviews reflected here. However, my stay was less than memorable. Biggest gripe is concerning the cleaning of the bedroom which was abysmal, the bed was merely made but the remaining of the room wasn't cleaned at all. Probably took the house keeping team 5 min at best in and out job. Disappointed.

We had a training conducted in the hotel for a small group of people. It was well managed. The food options were limited but nice. Can also suggest that a buffet would have been better.

Had such a fabulous week at this lovely hotel - the staff can't do enough for you & we found the food to be really good. It is so convenient for the IBN mall & the metro is right on your doorstep. The pool has sun all day & there were so many sunbeds & other options there were never any issues getting one any time of the day. We were very happy we chose the Avani!

hi, I am trying to reach your hotel day and night to make a reservation for a month or so.. but your staff in main office i guess they answer that some one will help you soon.. and yet no answer.. if you dont care about client wants to reserve a room, then how do i expect a better service in the hotel!! hope admins will pay more attention to these things, that will make you lose clients

The hotel was very nice and the service was excellent. Jamila was an excellent host and helped us throughout our stay and was willing to bend backwards to help make our stay more enjoyable and always greeted us with a big smile. Ahmed was also very helpful and was willing to help at anytime during his night shift, where he even went out of his way to get my son a cake for his birthday as a surprise. Mahmoud was also very helpful at checkout and made everything very simple and easy with my family. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Dubai.

We booked two rooms, one of which was a suite for 1 night. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was good too. Very close to the mall. The staff is amazing. Especially the duty manager, she was really nice and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, wish we had stayed longer!

We stayed at the hotel Dec18th to 24th 2023.The staff was great and so was the breakfast. The lady at the breakfast room(Justine) was very nice and kind and gave us exceptional service.The rooms was nice and clean. Only 1 issue I had was the loud music on Saturday night that disturbed our sleep as it went pretty late...other than that we had a great stay...thank you.

Positives: - near ibn battuta mall - near bus and metro station Nigatives: - bad condition and designed rooms (bathroom and toilet seats) almost in the middle of the room. - refrigerator is bad, our food and drink were ruined. - very bad smells in the room May be from carpet/ac, that's why they put the scent machines in the corridors and it's very strong and annoying smell - very bad smell towels - very poor amienties in the room. - insects in the room (cockroach) comes from drowers. - bad insulation ( our niebrouh phone on vibrator) didn't let's sleep. - low moral staff. It was the worst experience we've faced. Never will come back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel with modern design. Literally next to Ibn Battuta Mall, which made things easier for us to go shopping or visiting the mall. Their rooms are relatively large in size, very clean & neat. Their service is very good & their response was immediate. Mohammed (Reception) is the guy who made sure that everything is going well for us.

Paid to have a small suite and this was definitely worth having. We had lots of space since we were there for several days visiting the World Expo. The staff were very helpful on arrival and when we got into our rooms and needed additional coat hangers, they were delivered very quickly. The breakfast could be eaten indoors or outdoors near the pool which was also very good. My only complaint would be that the one time we decided to use the pool for a swim, the whole area was taken over with some sort of party with loud music and dancers... not my sort of thing nowadays.

The location of the hotel is quite close to malls, restaurants and other business centers in the city. As for the room, it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and good service from staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for affordable and nice accommodation. Also, the staff were very accommodating especially Dawn the receptionist that gave us a good room. We had a great time and surely comeback for more.

We stayed here overnight and were satisfied! The ambiance, the room, the food, the pool, we really like it. Moreover, all the staff we met were so welcoming especially Shoaib in the reception, he gave the best room for us. We will be back definitely and bring my family here. Stay here!!! From the door, everyone was so professional and helpful! I had so much fun especially with the Karaoke and the host. The breakfast area was clean and they were all super helpful and kind. I am definitely coming here again!

The prime advantage of this hotel is its close proximity to the bus and metro station, making commute seamless. The ambience of the hotel was amazing and so was the room. The amenities served in the room was of high quality and overall, the room could easily accommodate a small family. The breakfast served was good, and they provide ample parking space. The only downside was that the restaurant doesn't offer cutlery to your room, rather you need to walk up to the restaurant to collect them, which I found to be a little strange.

Had a pleasant stay at your facility. Liked that it is situated attached to the mall and the metro. We love the room set up for us. It is well maintained. Kudos to Valerie for attending and solving our minor room issue. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at your Hotel and we will surely come back soon.

The hotel is great, prices are perfect, very close to train station and public bus transport. And the mall is just 50 meters away. Rooms are spacious,clean and very comfortable. The employees are helpful and professional, special thanks santosh for taking care of my room and my comfort for the last 6 days. Definitely recommending it for any one coming to Dubai

High quality hotel, rooms are clean & spacious, would upgrade the TVs to have more smart features (Netflix etc). Great facilities, making use of the pool & gym & restaurant. Staff are friendly & helpful. Didn’t have any noise late at night as previous reviews had stated, perhaps that has stopped?! Location is quite far out but really convenient with the metro being opposite, the extra commute time is well worth the value for money you get at the hotel! Check in was a little slow at no fault of the staff, not sure what software they use but it appeared too complex slowing the process down (compared to anywhere I’ve previously stayed).

1st thing we noticed is the fragrant smell all around the hotel especially in the hallways 😁. We had a great time overall. Even exceeds experience we had with more expensive 5*hotels tbh. Definitely worth the money. I love that it is very close to Ibn Battuta Mall. Staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and stylish. Amenities are complete. Also very chill to hangout in Pele pool bar. Looking forward to another staycation here.

The room is cozy, bed is so good good for the back. It's noce that they have starbucks inside the hotel❤️. Location wise is good too. Near to JBR, bus station, Metro amd Mall accessible place.

The staff is not well mannered and professional. I only had a chance to use their pool dated 17-Sep-2023 as I was staying in Premier Inn and their pool was temporally closed so they advice to use Avani hotel pool. They may be good only when you are paying to them but they don't understand that if today I am guest of Premier Inn tomorrow I can be yours but the way they treat me and my kids i wont suggest/recommend to any of my connections. You can see the real side of staff when they don't have any benefits in returns. They asked my 4 year old son to remove the shirt prior to go in side the pool, being a child he refused so they kicked us out from the pool. If you are not welcoming other hotel guest then please do inform them so their guest cant be insulted like this as this was very embarrassing.

Excellent 4 star hotel. Very welcoming and nice staff. Specially Ahmed he extended best services to us. Location is quite a distance from the Airport but it did not matter to us because we hired a car from the Airport. Metro station is next door to the hotel if you want to use public transport. We will come back again and see Ahmed.
