Quite expensive but great customer service. Most important, they treat everyone equally. Food is really so delicious.

i’m not the biggest fan of TGIF Fridays, but this one was solid because the service was really good. The food that I ordered was good and the atmosphere was somewhat towards the choir and even though there was a lot of people there, I know that this is most likely a busy location but they gave us the appropriate attention for everything that we asked for

It was not bad it used to be better few years ago. The appetizer was better than the main dishes. You have to try the twister and the Dynamitt shrimp. The best thing in the restaurant was the staff. They are really friendly and helpful. Overall they were great.

I don’t come here regularly just came in with my friend. And when I entered, the place was So crowded and not enough staff!, they take time to clean take time to serve the food maybe because it’s Christmas Day don’t want to blame them The food is served cold ( twister ) Normal food to me

The service was excellent thanks to Mohammed who was very friendly. But the food was not good at all it had no taste. Our neighbors were smoking when it should have been forbidden.

Overall decent experience with quick service, food served hot and was good. Average score here, nothing super amazing nor bad. Though did like their boneless wings and mozzarella sticks.

Nice place, but not enough seating in the afternoon. Upstairs was closed. But otherwise...food was great, service was fine. Nice place for lunch or dinner

Personally, I think the food is not so variety. Only fried food. However, the taste is fine. The place is clean, quiet and chill. Not so crowded. The staffs are helpful.

Good food. Loved the dishes. Tenessee sauce was excellent. First time I try. Service was very poor sadly. Restaurant is not clean- Jabriya branch. Manager didnt visit tables. Waiters never asked or offered refills. Overall, excellent food, poor service.

The worst service that I received ever Very slow service and bad welcoming The food quality is really bad cold and not made well I think they have bad management Comparing to other branches this one is the worst in Kuwait Very bad welcoming and the manager his name Vinod .. I asked him steel forks but he insisted to eat with plastic or leave At the end I left the restaurant without eating my dish.. I will never come her again

It’s one of my favorite fine dining places here, I’ve enjoyed having a ribeye steak and chicken strips, also parking is limited

Nice American food although prices are high but it's still comparable to other places, there are daily offers which are great for a single person or a family.

Everything is bad the food is cold and the portions is smalllll waitress are rude. The only thing is good is the parking

We all know how Covid hit the restaurant business hard and so the rise in menu prices is expected, but when that is accompanied with the quality of the food to decrease, then you have to make the decision not to come back for another meal here! Sorry TGI, but you’re on my list no more!

Its 63 degrees outside, the air conditioning is running and the door is open, brrr. I ordered hot tea right away. The service is good, friendly and quick. I ordered the beef sliders and the mac n cheese bites. Both came to the table hot. The mac n chesse is plenty for two people but you'll need to ask for more sauce. Its crispy and creamy but lacks taste. The sliders were fine, perhaps over cooked, asked for some bbq sauce to dip them in. Social distancing seating is being observed. Parking is limited.

Clean, neat, rapid food preparation, food is tasty, with lots of varieties, and plenty of drinks and appetizers options also. Vast parking lot around the restaurant. Nice experience overall.......
