I had an excellent experience visiting this place today with my daughter. The place is very child friendly, the staff and Doctor Ahmad were exceptional. If your child has any allergy, eczema etc. This is the place to go, I highly recommend it.

The most unprofessional behaviour we have ever faced. Your secretary did not respect my husband, nor myself. You, as a well known Doctor did not take your time to explain my diagnosis and the results of the tests. You charge a good amount of money but the respect for the patients is not even present. We asked for a detailed medical report all we got is some bullet points not even explaining my case. How are we supposed to claim it from our insurance company? I would never recommend this service to anyone and I am very unfortunate to say it but I regret coming to you clinic wasting my time, my husband’s time and our money. Reply: I tried to reply to your post but couldn’t find the feature, so I am adding to my original post. We did not complain about your costs and the money that you charge. I mentioned ealier that this was not expected from such a reputable clinic specially that the cost is high. I have tried to ask you for a detailed medical report several times but you did not tell me that you do not provide with a detailed one. Even if we had to pay for it, we clearly asked you for one. You could have said that this is paid if you need one. We even asked the secretary prior to entering your clinic and she informed us that the doctor povides you with a detailed report. On another note, the meeting after the tests have been done: you barely sat with us for 5 minutes explaining quickly as you were in a hurry but this was the most important part for us and it is the diagnosis that matters the most. I kept on asking questions and you told me we will discuss it afterwards, how do you want me to ask them again if you were in a rush as you had other patients in the second room? You didn’t even explain why should I take the meds, you didn’t explain what is the link between my food allergies and the weather, you didn’t explain the nose and eyes allergies that you saw before the tests. Our time and money were not appreciated at all. As for your secretary, the matter has nothing to do with giving us an appointment. We told her thank you we don’t want another appointment. But the way she dealt with us and with my husband specially with regards to adding our policy number was not well mannered at all. Refusing to own one’s mistakes is a problem by itself. Thank you.

Amazing pediatrician he is one of the best with amazing north american background. He support the new up to date medical approach to his little patients, using less aggressive treatments and respecting the proper usage of antibiotics, which is rare in kuwait since most of the physicians they misuse the antibiotics and sometimes they are used as candy's. He spend his time explaining to the worried parents. Examining the child with the best manners in addition He respect the uniqueness of the child. All the best to him and to his approach.
