Don’t eat here !!!! Service, Food and staff is HORRIBLE!!! I watched people wait over 20 min for someone to ask how many in their party. People left cause no one came. Manager walked around on her phone the whole time!! Horrible service , food was cold, couldn’t get any refills or condiments!! Don’t waste your time or money here !! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone !!

This was such a pleasant lunch. There were three different ladies, who checked on me the whole time I was there to make sure that I had everything I needed. I started with chips and salsa, and y'all let me tell you, these are some of the very best chips I have ever tasted! They're light and crispy, and so flavorful. Possibly my most favorite tortilla chips in the history of tortilla chips! I should have stopped there, but of course I didn't. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta dish and enjoyed that as well. I took most of it to go for leftovers. Props on your tea, Chili's! It is always delicious. I never leave Chili's without a cup of tea to go. This was a good lunch with great food and attentive and friendly service.

No greeting upon entrance. My daughter and I sat ourselves. 10 minutes of sitting before the staff brought the menu. No drinks offering. Waited another 20 minutes before leaving and still did not receive service. This place was empty and fully staffed. I would recommend going elsewhere. If this place cares about reviews I hope to get a reply. What can be done to resolve this bad experience?

This place has changed! Great food and perfect customer service! I was shocked on how good everything was going. I highly recommend you try. They didn’t disappoint and I’m glad they have new staff.

Ordered shrimp tacos, plate was disgusting so was the thing where the tacos were placed. Had to eat my food on a napkin since plate was too dirty. Told our server but she didn’t care, a friend ordered a burger and his plate was dirty with some sauce his burger didn’t even have .. server didn’t care . We ended up still paying for everything and food took 45 minutes to get to our table ...

Not even a 1 star, this place is always dirty when I come in. From the tables to the floors. I was the first person to get sat and even if you order appetizers before the food. They always come out last, I mean about 30 min after your food comes out. Food took up to an hour and thirty minutes to arrive at the table. This place stinks, needs to be closed down. Due to poor service or hardly any at all. I only came because it was the closest place to eat. No one was inside the restaurant before I came in and still received my food after everyone they sat. It is horrible, from the service to the food. Needs better managers and people to work here. Very disappointing who would wanna work or eat here ever in the first place after this horrible experience. I should have read the other reviews next time I will do so

I feel like the quality of the food and the accuracy of orders has gone down. The last few times, I've had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes for my To-Go order. Once there, they tell me certain items on the menu were sold out. I would've liked a call before leaving my house to just be told my food options are sold out. I switched to something slightly different and the food was cold. I probably won't be coming back.

if i could give zero stars, I would. Food was cold, waited 20 minutes for curbside, and they never brought it to me. I had to go in to get my food that was ordered for Curbside Pick up. They werent even busy. Upon entering, I wasnt greeted or even acknowledged. I could have taken ALL the orders on the shelf and they would have been none the wiser. But the other orders were probably cold too. This is the worst chilis i've ever been to.

Came to this Chili’s at 10:25pm 4/4/2023 and was told there where not be able to serve us any more because they close at 11. The place was not busy at all the host keep looking from the back kitchen area, but never came out tell 10:36 then told us let me see if my manager will seat y’all . Ashley the manager told the host no. Bad service

Service was horrible it took forever to get our drinks & over an hour to get our food. They didn't even give us 1 refill on our drinks & the food didn't taste good. I will not be going back again to this location. Other locations are way better than this.

We sat at the bar and had really great service. The lady who took care of us was sweet and attentive and was taking care of the entire bar. She was on point and was multitasking her butt off. Food was good and hot. Drinks were strong and left super full. Three stars bc there was a hair in my first drink.

This experience was disgraceful. I went here with my husband and sat waiting when no one came to wait on us. The manager Kelly stayed in the kitchen cooking while staff ignored customers and left the middle of the restaurant looking like trash with napkins and cups spilled all over. If you are of alternate races please reconsider going to this chilis for great or even subpar serving.

I ordered the 6oz sirloin with avocado and asparagus with no pico de gallo. The server brought me the 6oz sirloin with avocado BROCCOLI AND PICO DE GALLO. Someone else brought me my food, not my server (I get it, they have helpers but they too need to look at the order before taking food) and when I told my server she apologized that it was wrong, said she would bring me asparagus but then I also told her the rest of my order was wrong too, that’s when she took the actual plate back. She brought it back and said “oh they put broccoli because we don’t have anymore asparagus.” Y’all are supposed to let us know and give us the option BEFORE YOU BRING OUT THE PLATE. She apologized and was nice. She came like 10 times the entire time we were there asking us to help her pick up all the trash on the table. That is YOUR job after we leave, not our job while WE ARE EATING AND TALKING. My second plate that I reordered, since I didn’t receive what I wanted on my original order (and that’s OK, it happens. Certain foods run out due to vendors not delivering or other customers ordering the same thing, etc) took FOREVER to come out. They should have put a rush on it since they/cooks/etc were the ones who messed up. I’m not one of those people who go crazy mad over a food order but this time around REALLY was not great service. She was nice which was good but making us pick up trash and clean our own table? Like 10 times? That’s where I draw the line.

The waitress was polite, unfortunately that is where the compliments end. Food was nasty and very greasy. Tasted like they were using old oil. It was saturated and undercooked (big bites, fried pickles and fried cheese) switch back to the cheese sticks, these squares are trash. Silverware was dirty. I mentioned the undercooked, was asked if I wanted something else. It’s sad because I eat at other chilis and they are great. Stay away from this place, it’s disgusting. Was my third time there and it continues to get worse.

The Atmosphere was very nice, the food was absolutely delicious and the mac and cheese was bomb.. The service was a bit slow but progressive..

The apps and drinks were pretty good, but the old piece of orange in the drinks just ruined it. It looked dried out and mold starting to grow and just made me not want to order more. If it wasn’t for that I would would have given it higher stars

The food was okay the chicken a little dry but overall it was edible and the plate seemed a bit dirty . Or poorly plated, the waitress seemed nice but they give you the food when they are ready , they don’t bring the checks until they noticed you’ve called them more then several times . After the 20 minute wait and the faces of a few employees I finally received my receipt only to pay and they give me the wrong change. By almost 20 dollars .. yes no tip .. tips are based on service and overall experience … first and last experience at chilis .

Always a dependable spot for family get-togethers. Good food and drink selections, and the pricing is reasonable for satisfying portions. This Chili's location, while seemingly a bit understaffed during peak hours, never has a long wait time (even for moderately large groups of 8 to 12 people). Service time upon being seated, even for a pair on date night, has typically been slower than desired. However, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and accommodating even of those with multi-substitute orders. I have been a patron for 8 or so years and will definitely continue to be.

We walked into a half empty restaurant, Sat at the bar. It was already littered with dirty glasses. It took 10 minutes for the bartender to ask us if we are dining in. Then proceeded to leave the bar and not take our order. Ten minutes later we decided to just leave. Not one ounce of energy from any worker there, all just standing around with zero sense of urgency.

Food was fresh out of the kitchen, our order just took a little longer. Waitress was friendly and apologized. Good sandwich, good portion, and good value.

Terrible experience! From the food to the waiter! It was a tall guy of color. He didn’t even bring us chips and salsa! and when I asked him to we came to the surprise when we were about to pay that he charged us for them! Like $6.00! The order came with guacamole included and when my friend let him know about it he said they didn’t bring it from the kitchen, we were like what?!! Also he took ages to bring our food to the table and he also served other people from other tables first, even though they got there after us. It wasn’t even that much food! Even gave us silverware twice!

Service was extremely slow. Food was cold. Our waiter was very inexperienced. Never served refills, he brought the pitchers and forgot to refill the drinks. We ended up pouring our own refills at our table. Not once did he nor the Manager come by to ask how we were doing. Not one apology for the slow and inaccurate service we received. Carlton was the only person who I can say was on his game. Unfortunately, he wasn’t our waiter.

What a disaster. We should have left when they warned us at the door even before asking how many in our party that food was coming out of the kitchen in 45 minutes or more. I am OK with that, we had a few people for a birthday celebration and this is where the birthday boy picked and we could visit. I am OK with a long wait but I still expect it right and hot and I am not exaggerating when I tell you every dish that came out was either prepared wrong or cold. We did speak with the manager and she was friendly and understanding she had things cooked over and everything came out great

Where do I start? Long wait time, Food items not available for order, small portion for the amount of money paid, $3 sweet tea wasn't very sweet and was rather small for the amount. I can get a larger sweet tea that tastes the same at a fast food joint. The only good thing about my visit was that the young lady that assisted me with my order was professional and friendly.

The whole place smells like a dirty mop. Half the tables are empty since they obviously cannot attract sufficient staff to utilize the space. Bathroom stall has door torn off, floors are filthy, seats are torn, and tables aren’t bussed. This place has really gone downhill. The one star? The Blue Moon was cold and our server was trying her best.

30min wait and the food was an hour wait more. We found a piece of glass in the drink and was told that we would be compensated but didn't. Lucky were not the type to make a big scene out of it but most definitely making this review of our horrible experience. The waiter was nice.

I went here to eat with my mom on her lunch break. She was waiting for 10 mins before I got there. We chatted for a bit while waiting for our server to take our drink order, only to find there was only ONE server working the entire floor. We waited for at least 30 more minutes and not once did we have someone take our drink order. Not once did a manager come out and help their associate. Waited a total of 40 minutes to not be helped by anyone. I don’t blame the server, she needed help and no one was there to lend her a hand!!

Dillon was great and extremely attentive and the drink he made was very good. But the food I ordered was cold and the waffle tasted like someone forgot how much sugar they added so they added more. It was like sand in my mouth as I was eating. I was really disappointed with the food. The waffle was inedible. I'll go back because the service was great but I'll never order the chicken and waffles from here again.
