    What can I say? This massage envy location is the best. Starting with the booking service when I called to the actual massage. The process was wonderful and seemless. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and attentive. No, wait, time for my appointment once my intake was completed. My massage was wonderful, Alex has miracle in his hands, seriously. The checkout process was fast and easy. I will definitely be going back.

    Elyse was absolutely the sweetest. She was very informative and patient with my questions. My massage was with Bill and he did a terrific job. I highly recommend coming here for the warm welcome and great service.

    This was an amazing experience and completely reset my overly contracted muscles. The wait was reasonable and my therapist, Carol, not only did an incredible job but also provided me education on stretching that will help in my recovery. My only recommendation is that they purchase a higher quality linen yo coat the table as it never felt luxurious and initially felt very itchy.

    I was a member for years. During Covid closure I continued to pay membership fee to support the business. After they reopened I had issues getting appointments so I opted to end my membership. I had accumulated a lot of massages from over the period they had been closed for Covid but when I called to schedule an appointment they told me I couldn’t use the massages I had paid for with membership charges because I only had a limited time after ending the membership to use the accumulated massages! I explained to them the situation and they didn’t care at all. Nice! Terrible customer service.

    I had scheduled a 90 minute massage last week. I drove an hour to get to Massage Envy and somehow they deleted my appointment. It wasn't even 11:30 and the receptionist was stupid and kept giving me options for later in the day. Like driving one hour out of my way was appropriate.

    Carol was very thoughtful, knowledgeable and personable! She took every aspect of my concerns into account during my massage and then gave very specific directions and recommendations to help maximize the results of my massage and long-term care of my problem areas. Her insight on my problem areas has been so helpful and I’ve already booked again to keep up on getting back to feeling my best! We may have chatted a little more than I’d normally like during a massage, but the knowledge I gained was so beneficial that I wouldn’t look at this session as a normal relaxation massage because I was so overdue for treatment and having so much discomfort that our conversations were an absolute necessity. I very much look forward to working with her again and utilizing her tips in the meantime!!

    The services are good...ive been a member for years, but honestly anymore I cannot even get someone to answer the phone so I can make an appointment. This is a business... pretty ridiculous. I've given up making an appointment countless times because I literally cannot make one.

    I had such a great experience today after a 6 year hiatus! I was paired up with Shane after requesting a deep tissue massage on the app (and found an opening in just 2 hours from when I was booking which was super convenient). Shane provided the perfect amount of pressure and gave me substantial relief in my current problem areas. He was further super kind in answering my many questions. Shane is super professional and a good dude. I personally look for someone I feel comfortable with to help me relax as part of the massage experience as I always feel a bit nervous and self-conscious. I felt at home, like I was talking to an old friend. I started a monthly membership back up today and wouldn’t have done so had my experience not been so positive. I look forward to again making Massage Envy a regular part of my routine. Thanks for such an awesome experience and thanks also to all the ladies in the front desk/check-in area. Top notch experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left!

    My wife just had a massage and she came out worse than when she went. One leg and one arm did not even get massaged. I paid for the exfoliating hand treatment and they literally just rubbed her hands with lotion and that was it. The woman (Pamela) was loudly chomping on a mint the whole time. When she tried to use a gift card they gave her an attitude about not having a barcode. Well, we never got a barcode when I purchased it so I don’t know what to tell ya. The head massage was just a woman pulling her hair and called it “moving the scalp around”. The counter women were loudly talking about their “tinder” the entire time she waited. If I could give zero stars I would! And I’m sure I’ll get a smart response to this review considering the quality of customer service she just received. I recommend NO ONE go here!!!!!

    Incredibly hard to transfer balance to a friend. Membership not worth it. What you are verbally told and what is in the fine print of the signed agreement is different.

    Have been going to Massage Envy for almost 7 years. It’s the place to go for massages and facials. Missing one star due to the recent raise in membership prices. Zach is exceptionally experienced and provides the best deep tissue massage I’ve had anywhere. Jamie is also highly experienced and takes your personal skin care seriously. You can tell she wants the best results and uses what is needed based on the look and feel of your skin. The front staff is friendly and professional. Thank you all!

    Jon does a great job! Always feel better after a treatment. He asks what is troubling you and often finds spots I didn't know needed work. The front desk staff is always helpful too.

    Great experience. The person I was with was very knowledgeable about neck issues and provided much information. Very sweet individual. Very pleasant experience and would definitely book him again based on knowledge and expertise! Also, ever visit or schedule change with the Belden Village location has been incredibly easy. They are so pleasant to work with. Such a pleasure to enter into the lobby, they remember you by name, what you like, what your usual therapy is. These little things probably do not seem like much to the staff (they are just doing what comes natural to them ) but it really makes my day when I walk in, I feel like I’m part of the family. I joined last year in May and it has been a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location. Customer service here is A+!
