Can't beat the lox on an everything bagel! Truly a unique meal, and subsequently, one of my favorites. Consistently great, every time.

Let’s not even discuss food or service quality. We need to go straight to cleanliness, heath, and safety. I’ve provide pictures of things that look like they probably have not been wiped since they opened. This is something that can easily be done once a month. In all seriousness, when I looked up, a dust bunny fell on my face. This tells me it’s probably falling in your food. I would steer clear of here, especially if you care about your well being.

We used to love coming to this Einstein Bros, they had the best coffee and bagels. However, we will not be coming here any more, it’s been 3 years and the dining room is STILL closed to the public. I understand initially it was because of COVID, but let’s face it, people are past that, what’s the excuse now? The benefit of dining in was the atmosphere and coffee refills. If you don’t want business, just close already. If the issue is short staffing, then maybe pay more for people to actually want to work there. There are other breakfast choices nearby that offer dining room access. Edit: I did reach out and got a canned response of: “we are also committed to being able to open all of our dining rooms in as safe as a manner as possible so that our guests and team members alike are not at risk.” Is it really a risk when the CDC has declared this is no longer a pandemic and everyone else is open for indoor dining?

They don't answer the phone. I don't want a dozen assorted bagels which appears to be the only selection on GrubHub. Just close the place.

Einstein Bagels on the Strip in North Canton has absolutely the best bagels around. The staff and service is absolutely outstanding. The regulars are always recognized and well known to them. It is always a great experience and the coffee is the best. It is always a good time there. The atmosphere is great and light.

Staff is extremely friendly and the food always tastes great. Have tried quite a few things on the menu and they have always been excellent.

I always enjoy going to Einstein's. I'm looking forward to the next visit and getting more bagels.

Location is ran poorly, understaffed, and unprofessional. This is the third and last time I will be patronizing this garbage location. Waiting for 2 sandwiches and a drink for 20 minutes in a dirty store. Counters and floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Workers were handing out orders to customers who haven't paid but were waiting in line for as long as I was because they're so slow and inefficient. I told them I wanted a two-egg specialty sandwich and a second custom sandwich. Screwed up both then the worker and his unkempt looking boss got an attitude because I brought the wrong order back to them and asked for it to be remade. The manager had the nerve to say to her underling that I shouldn't have told them I wanted that wrong order in the first place, when if they ran their store correctly and had excellent customer service and active LISTENING skills, that stupid comment would not have came out of her mouth. If I wasn't talking to a nice customer who was sharing his frustration with this trash location, I would've demanded my money back. They also returned to me the same two-egg specialty sandwich that was now cold instead remaking it from scratch. I threw it in the garbage.

Highly disappointing!!! Bf ordered a breakfast burrito, turns out it’s a pre made and the employee just pops it in the microwave and hands it over. Yuck. Then I get a veggie bagel which was awful. The coffee was OK. waste of money and really frustrated. First time going and the last time.

I wish there were more of these places!!! I LOVE this place and frequently come here when I can. Food is AMAZING!!! So yummy! Way better and different than most of the other places. Go here every chance!!

Great breakfast sandwiches. Get the farmhouse sandwich on jalapeño cheddar bagel. Add jalapeño cheese and jalapeño smear to spice it up to 11!

Our go to place for a brunch box(variety of bagels) after Church! They do have coffee, but we generally just get food there.

The bagels and sandwiches here tasted fresh and good at one point, but now not only are they bland and tasteless, but they also taste and feel old. Not to mention the slow and unwelcoming staff.

Not sure what is happening? Is Panera Bread closing Einstein locations? This restaurant has removed all inside tables and has NO indoor dining. Has to be hurting sales. Still like their bagels, but I did enjoy having a seat there to enjoy a breakfast sandwich and always purchased bagels for take home as well. Not going as much these days and I’m sure it’s the same for many previous Einstein customers as well. Too bad ownership!

Today is Monday and according to the website and app, you can get a doz bagels for $9. We go to get a couple dozen and are told no they have to be called in. We ask for a doz and again are told no. Nowhere does it state this special has to be preordered. This is the third time in 6!months we have had a bad experience. The district manager Steve was told and nothing was done and it is continued to run poorly. Three strikes and you are out.

Good bagels, a terrible ambience. Apparently, there are no chairs or tables still due to Covid. So this is a carry out only or sit outside when the weather permits.

For a bagel place the bagels I got were not very good. I got an assortment and was very disappointed. The breakfast sandwich saved this place! It was fantastic and very high quality.

This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time! The last 5 times I have come to this store it has taken close to an hour to get me food that I ordered ahead and waiting for the 20 mins before I even came in! They weren’t even busy when I went in! Don’t go here unless you like waiting forever for a bagel lol not worth it I will go to Starbucks from now on

I hadn’t had Einseins in forever! They don’t have them where I live now. I was excited to stop by and I was quickly disappointed. The location didn’t have working fountain drinks so you were pretty limited on how you’d wash this dry sandwich down.. The quality is totally mass produced feeling and messy as can be. Service was nice and they apologized for the lack of drinks, can’t blame them for bad management. All in all, I have no real issue with this location, I’d bet it’s all of them degrading quality for a buck.

I just wanted to give a shout out to store #1997!! I've been ordering a lot of Doordash lately and other places seem to have dropped the ball because the customer is not there in person, but my order this morning was perfect, delicious, and just what I needed!!! Thank you!!

Aside from the long lines, this was a welcomed, convenient treat and they are open throughout the day.

If you've never experienced these bagles your missing out I always get there when they open and the help is outstanding They're apple cinnamon are off the charts and they're bakers dozen whith smerrs are the way to go

This is one of the best Einstein Brother's Bagels in the nation. Food is always done right and the employees at this location our the best.

Great service, amazing bagels, freezable, so I brought home a dozen (which comes with one extra!) Don't forget some tasty cream cheese spread (schmeer) - the savory veg is amazing.

Coffee tastes fresh. It's hip, it's cool and expensive. Late afternoon, there was no line, yet getting someone to take my order was slow & delivery of the order even slower.

When ordering on app be careful check that you have everything. I drove home and realized they forgot my shmear had to turn around and didn’t get an apology.
