BED BUGS all over the bed. Went to the staff and was asked for proof. When we asked someone to walk down to the room and see the proof of them crawling all over the bed, the man at the front desk laughed and refused to come down to see. I am assuming because they will just get the bed ready for the next unsuspecting person. Terrible customer service and the place is filthy.

The room was filthy!!! The floors were gross, the tub was gross, it smelled like death! If it was so late when we got in town I would of found a cleaner place . It was only for one night but it was the most disgusting room I ever had to stay in. Room 302! The housekeeper should be fired! The corporation should be ashamed to rent such a disgusting room!

You get what you pay for- one of THE DIRTIEST motels I've ever seen! Despite being a smoke-free facility, the room smelled like smoke and there were burn holes in the pillowcase and all through the blanket. The only things missing are bed bugs and cockroaches. My daughter's feet were so filthy from walking around that she left black footprints on the sheets, and her socks are stained black. There are even dirty handprints on the walls! In addition, the toilet seat is broken and the ice bucket had dirty black fingerprints inside.

There was blanket on the bed with only 2 pillows, 99 shot empty bottles/lids left from previous, toilet was noisy and didn't want to flush, a few doors down huge black dogs scratching at the window at us, and woke up to about 5 police cars surrounding the entrance. Spend an extra $40 and stay across the street!

Absolute worst environment. You're better off sleeping in your car. It's dilapidated and full of the most unscrupulous individuals. "Projects" would be a more appropriate name. I do not recommend at all if you value your peace of mind or safety.

They didn’t clean our rooms for two weeks and I had to go get towels every day. Kept on giving me the runaround about cleaning our rooms. We’ll never stay at this hotel again. I recommend everyone to stay at any other hotel.

It was horrible inside the room and $100 for a drug hotel it felt like! Couldn’t even walk on floors without shoes! Stained floors, cut up rugs, nasty

This hotel was amazing. There are great rooms with lots of space, lots of parking and free coffee. The staff were very friendly and professional. I have been to plenty of hotels, and this was by far the best when compared to prices in the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

My family stopped here on our trip to Niagara fall and it was amazing. All of the staff were really nice, our room and all of the common areas were really clean. The coffee was spot on. They had good stuff in the vending machine. Enough for our day to start. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at for a few nights.

Shower head mold! Bath tub nasty with mold! $65 and could not take a shower. Mattress so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. Sink has cold & hot water reversed on handles. The stopper is broke closed, so water drains out slowly from sink bowl. I’d give it a minus rating, if I could.😠

I love the room and the environment and the most important thing is they have everything like freezers,microwave,bath tub and in this budget i think this is the best hotel.I'll love to visit there again and again.

Staff was very disrespectful. Unhelpful. Charged different rates and expected a guest to be ok.?! TV was broken, refused to be switched after constant issues. Found a bed bug and asked to be switched and was given disrespect. Staff and ownership is very sus and scammy… would not even recommend to my worst enemy!! Was told after being in and out and not really having much issues before , was told because I was the first and only one to actually make an issue about cockroaches and bed bugs in the rooms , that I am wrong!! No not in the slightest!! Do not book at this hotel!!! Unless you want stress annoyance and fighting with the staff.

Door broken so couldn't properly lock, bathtub broken, cigarette burn on sheets, management not so nice. Very loud and guest were up yelling and screaming well past midnight

Room needs a new bed, mattress had indentations on both sides of bed. Seems to be very old. Could use some maintenance work inside. I have stayed in much worse.

The rooms were clean, they just need to upgrade their amenities.. the pillows were extremely worn and small.. the dresser drawers were broken.. But aside from that the help was nice 👍

Not worth the money...what you pay for what you get. The rooms are in desperate need of a remodel with some new furniture. My bathroom didn't even have a shower curtain. The only good thing is the location. It's close to restaurants and the freeway. Only stay here if there's no where else to stay....

Amazing location! The staff was very nice and helpful and the room I got was clean, smelled nice and furniture was good. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and it is very good for its price and therefore it is an Amazing hotel! Please stay here!

My fiance and I were Stopping for the night. Found pictures of pictures of the hotel.. Very disappointed the rooms are nothing like what was presented in the pictures.. I don't think our room was even clean because there were baby toys behind the bed . Peanuts all over the floor bathroom was not clean very nasty.
